I thought this would be interesting data for anyone who's curious about what kind of participation events have been getting. Obviously there are variables such as character specific events getting different levels of attention than full cast events but there is a pattern here.

An A-mazing Adventure was a slightly earlier event and the numbers suggest that og was still getting more players at the time. Or that Mammon fans prefer og over Nightbringer. More data would be needed to know for sure.

All three of the other events shown are more recent and suggest that now Nightbringer is getting more participation than og. Or at the very least these events appeal more to Solomon and Satan fans with an overwhelming favor for Nightbringer with group events.

Admittedly, I haven't saved nearly enough screen shots of event rankings so this is all I have atm. More are definitely needed for a clearer picture. Sorry about that.

A piece of “data visualization” or an infographic. What underlying agenda do you think this visualization has?

The image above is from Americans United For Life 2015, and it is trying to show an inverse correlation between the number of abortions and the number of cancer screenings that women got over the years between 2006 and 2013. The data is trying to show how less women are getting cancer screenings, therefore risking their lives. They put the number of abortions on there as well to try to piggy back off of the risking life to make it seem like abortion is an act of killing. Hence the title -> Abortions Up: Life saving procedures down. Putting the data in this format makes it look like there is a correlation between the two. But when you look closely at the right side you can see that they put 327k way above 935k which makes the data look like more abortions are happening than cancer screenings when in reality it is the opposite times 3. I think the person who made it is against abortions and wanted to put them in the spotlight to make them look bad. Although I'm not sure why they included the numbers on the right side, if they didn't, no one would be able to tell.

A piece of design that is part of a larger identity system. What are the visual "relationships" between the elements that construct this system? How does the brand achieve consistency? Is it illustrative? photographic?

I chose the brand CeraVe, a logo whose brand name appears the same on all products in the ITC Blair light and Trade Gothic typeface. The color of the right justified triangle varies but helps define this brand and it's products. As you can see the yellow labels are only on the sunscreen products, green is face wash, and blue is moisturizers. This brand is definitely illustrative, during my research I found this fascinating. The brand CeraVe is made up of two words to make up the meaning of the brand; Ceramides, their key ingredient for healthy skin, and something they call MVE, which is their own touch called MultiVesicular Emulsion Technology which releases moisturizing ingredients over the course of 24 hours, layer by layer, to help keep skin soft all day long. Which is why the C and the V are capitalized because they are two words underlyingly. Also, it makes even more sense now that the colored triangle goes over the "Ve" because they are highlighting the ingredient that they use that makes their brand stick out and work like no other.
