Day 4/92 || ??? lbs

Ah morning weigh in was way more than I weighed last night. I know I ate a lot of calories but the amount of food wasn't a lot so I didn't expect an immediate change on the scale by so much. That said it was salty, maybe I'm retaining water and it will drop a lot more. I will update the weight in my topic for a final weigh in before I leave for Ikea later. I managed to fast short of 20 hours yesterday so I'm getting back into the whole IF thing. I think I did something like 17 hours the day before, so an improvement. I will be breaking my fast with an almond milk latte around 4 pm today though so my fasting time will be a lot shorter today and that's okay. I still won't have much to eat until later. I'm also going to head out for my walk soon, burn some fat stores. I got some ketone strips, and while I don't eat keto, ketones were showing up in a couple of tests I had to do when I got a UTI twice last month (rip I haven't had one in a decade wtf! I blame the bath bomb I used) and it was while I was fasting. Now I'm curious so I got some strips to try at home. Not sure how accurate they will be compared to an actual lab test but they were inexpensive so I'm giving it a go.

Also, can I say, writing down lbs lost and then lbs to go every night and watching the lbs to go amount shrinking is really motivating me. Like seeing 17 lbs to go turn into 14.6 lbs to go makes me feel like I can really make a difference and not that slowly either. I actually recently did this with my income: made an income goal and kept track of my different streams of income and how much to go everyday and I surpassed my goal. This works so well for me and the most important part of reaching your goals is your mental state. Be it money, weight, or anything at all. So important.

This pic is a screenshot of a battle that went down Dec 28th, 2019 at the @loudmouthleague #BringYourOwnBars event. I drank damn near 2 bottles of crown to myself starting at 3pm and barely ate a damn thing that entire day. For 4 to 5 years I drank every single day. The more events and shows I organized or performed at the more I drank. It was irritating for me to deal with as many people as I do so I drank so I can be able to tolerate it all. I drank to get rid of my anxiety attacks. I drank when I woke up. I drank at work. I basically drank any time I could. Crown Royal and I became the best of friends and worst of enemies all at the same time for years. You would've never known just by looking at me then cause I wasn't the typical alcoholic. As of today I am 92 days alcohol free. This shit is extremely hard for me especially during these times were living in. Anxiety thru the roof. Weed doesn't help. It's hard to fall asleep due to waking up multiple times from numerous fucked up dreams... despite all that I don't plan on drinking ever again. Can’t believe I’m doing this but here goes! I suppose I just want to share with you the damage that binge drinking can do not only to your mind but your actual face 🙈 although I never thought weekend drinking was a problem it clearly was and both of these pictures have been taken with no filter. The picture on the right is my very last hangover, the moment I decided enough was enough, the picture I would never dare share with anyone, the picture that I kept to remind me how shit I felt! Day 2/92 || 132.0 lbs

Good morning! Sipping my black coffee and enjoying a lazy morning in my newly cleaned house. Spent ALL DAY yesterday deep cleaning and organizing. It's not 100% since the backyard needed to get mowed but my boyfriend was sick with a cold and he usually does it so that's okay! And I will just need to swiffer the floors today, I got too tired to do that yesterday. I spent about 6 hours straight cleaning and organizing my place. I also have a pile of donations to drop off but their hours are the worst and I don't drive (yet, I have to work on this so these things won't depend on others).

I'm feeling a little heavy today from 1600 calories last night but I woke up at 132.8 still. That said, I'm fasting 20 hours (until dinner) and I'm 11 hours in. I will weigh in before I eat so I can at the very least get rid of some of this water weight. There was a lot of sodium in that stir fry since we are still finishing up the bottle of regular tamari before opening the low sodium one. I beleive tonight we are making Afghan Dal with cumin (jeera) rice. I will likely break my fast with an avocado and zevia while dinner is cooking away and then have 2 cups of dal with 1 cup of rice. If I'm still feeling snacky then I will have more zevia. That puts me at about 795 calories for the day which gives me about 200 calories of wiggle room incase I eat a little more, then I still won't be over my goal.

So, I was thinking about when 92 days from the start is. That will be September 23rd. The weather will just be cooling down. I honestly love summer and I will get to enjoy it as I lose the weight, but I really really look forward to rocking my high waist skinny jeans, boots or Tom's, a looser tshirt tucked into the jeans at the front or a fitted cropped tshirt or tank showing off my tiny waist. Worn with a cute oversized knit cardigan or my olive utility jacket.. or when its colder my camel wool coat. I can't wait to look effortless in a beanie and my new oversized gold wire framed glasses. I'm going to finally be who I am meant to be.

Chính xác hơn anh ấy là bạn thân của người yêu cũ =))))) nhưng vẫn là một người anh trai khá cưng em 😜. Họ yêu nhau 10 năm cho tới hiện tại, nhưng mới lấy nhau vào đúng ngày cuối cùng của năm 2015.
