Is it a salad or a Margarita? . This is one of the funniest follower comments I have had in the past 11 months (yes the Margarita Mum 1st anniversary is just around the corner....) . No, it it is not a salad.........This is a Pomegranate Cucumber Margarita and it is an antioxidant taste explosion! . Recipe: 60mls @901tequila Blanco Tequila. 30mls triple sec. 90mls @bickfords pomegranate juice. 1/2 cucumber seeded and peeled. Dash of lime. Ice. Place all ingredients in @thermomixaus and whiz until thoroughly mixed. Garnish with frozen Cucumber spirals. . Result: Tart and Tangy! Perfect for those that don't like sweet cocktails. If you like things on the sweeter side, simply add Agave Syrup to taste! . .
