^ he would regret thinking deeper about what yoonsung had told him: "are you sure you don't feel anything for them?" . . . queue a montage of every single memory he has with you where his stomach did a "weird flip" that he never chose to acknowledge.

basically. jaeyun was fucked LOL

BUT despite his revelation, he managed to keep himself composed pretty well. he was never overly affectionate with the members so him suddenly getting lost in his thoughts a lot wasn't exactly foreign.

what was foreign, though, was his very apparent distance.

to be fair, he wasn't fully aware he was doing it. it was more so "when i'm around them i get this Feeling. i cant handle that Feeling right now," then he kinda just. goes somewhere else for the time being.

you'd realize it, overthink it all, and text him on a whim that you needed to talk to him.

he'd get so nervous and only then would he really think about his behavior and . . . yeah you deserved an explanation, even if it resulted in rejection for him :(

he wouldn't speak first. he'd want you to feel welcomed to let out any emotion you were feeling; you were the one who wanted to talk, it wouldn't be right of him to take over.

he'd know that no matter his reason, him suddenly avoiding you and saying "i didn't realize" wasn't going to cut it, so swallowing whatever anxiety he had, he confessed then and there. it wasn't too in depth, of course, but it didn't feel right for him to hide it any longer - especially after everything.

but, the silence that followed his confession made all the anxiety bubble up again, only for you to speak about your reciprocated feelings.

in an unknown way, him pulling back from you is what brought you two together in the end; strange how that works.

⁰⁰² : MYUNGHO.

he's not shy in the slightest LMFAOO 💀 it'd be more shocking if you didn't know he liked you.

it doesn't even matter if you two were hanging out with other people either, he'd make a point to sit by you during a movie. even if it wasn't a horror movie, he'd still tell you that if you're scared, you can cling to him (as if he is any better with scary movies . . . his arm ends up around your shoulder anyways).

he's not usually one for talking during a movie, but he cant help but crack jokes here and there, using that as an excuse to lean in closer to you and watch as you try to hold your laughter in, his eyes watching you adoringly.

myungho would pull you into your own little world when you're with one another,,, he'd literally be so obvious about his feelings for you i'm crying.

openly flirting and complimenting you non-stop,,, holding eye contact if you ever caught him looking at you,,,

myungho would literally tell you how much he liked you straight up 🤭 "i like you a lot, y'know that?" "i'm so glad i met you." "you'll let me stay with you, right?"

the only time EVER he'd get shy if it was you who initiated something. he'd actually lose his mind.

it'd be such a stark contrast to the myungho you knew previously that you couldn't help but laugh a bit whenever you caught him like that.

holding his hand out of nowhere or leaning your head on his shoulder is a surefire way to make heat rise along his neck and make him go speechless.

he's so open about it and talks about you so much. his members are SICK OF HIM!!!! /j

minho probably threatened that if he doesn't make a move soon that he'll ask you out himself . . . you'd get a message from myungho the next morning ♡

bye he's so so playful and he'd be able to cover up how he truly felt pretty well, which was both a positive and a negative for him.

positive: he'd be able to hug you nonchalantly or tap his cheek asking for a kiss and you'd think nothing of it.

negative: you'd think nothing of it.

since minho often acts this way with his friends as well, he slowly becomes self-conscious of his actions, worrying that that's all you saw him as - a friend.

he'd probably slowly try to either a: be more forward with you, or b: reserve certain actions for you only.

minho would stop blowing kisses to myungho and asking seungheon to kiss his cheek. he might even go as far as to not be as physically affectionate with his members anymore.

slowly letting you come to the conclusion yourself that the way he treats you is different from his members.

if you weren't the type to fight against him when he acted this way, if you suddenly started reciprocating the same actions towards him, his head would start spinning.

if it was a normal occurrence for you to return his energy, he'd start to wonder if you treated your friends like this as well.

but . . . he never saw you cling onto jaeyun's arms like you do with him . . . and you don't look at haemin the same way you look at him . . . hm . . .

minho crushing on you would be hard to detect until he made more of an effort to let his guard down about it.

you'd pick up on his behavior change pretty quickly which only opened the conversation of "why are you suddenly treating me like i'm special?"

(hint: its because you are special to him).

⁰⁰⁴ : YOONSUNG.

he is taking this to his GRAVE!!! he'd try to be so so so secretive and discreet.

yoonsung falls hard and doesn't want to overwhelm you with how he feels and everything :( wants to try and soak in the feeling of crushing on you but every time he sees you he just gets so overjoyed and just wants to confess right then and there.

which is why he feels he needs to take this to his grave 😭 he's not sure if he will ever be able to fully "calm down" around you enough to properly confess to you the way you deserve to be confessed (he thinks you deserve the world).

tries to act as Normal as he can around you, but most of the time i think he'd fall kind of silent.

whether you're with a group of friends or just talking one-on-one, he'd get so wrapped up in his thoughts and become uncharacteristically quiet.

it was a constant internal battle for yoonsung. he wanted to be near you but also knew he likely couldn't hide how he felt for much longer.

unlike minho, yoonsung wasn't going to hug you or hold your hand out of no where. he did this with his friends, sure, but he didn't see you as just a friend, which made physical affection towards you that much harder.

the lines would get blurred in his brain and he feared if you reciprocated, even if it was platonic, he'd make an assumption that could end up hurting him.

of course, yoonsung was unaware of your feelings towards him as well, and seeing him seemingly pulling away from you, you subconsciously do the same :(

he doesn't realize just how different he was acting towards you until that moment, and as if his heart took control over his brain, he'd spill all of his feelings for you, doing his best to explain away his behavior.

and it worked - who could stay mad at him for too long?

everything would be going perfectly fine for haemin,,, until minho jokingly commented about how much he liked you. then that became all he thought about.

begin haemin's internal debate of if he liked you romantically or not! and if it was true (it was), how long? upon actually giving it a lot of thought . . . he's liked you for a while without really processing his feelings effectively.

and now,,, he cannot properly face you!! at least, not in the beginning.

everything hits him so fast and he's forced to process his emotions at a rapid pace now. he does a decent job at hiding his inner turmoil about the topic, but he eventually confides in kyungmin about it (though it wasn't on purpose),, kyungmin just caught him while he was dazed!! totally not like he went to kyungmin stressing about possibly ruining your friendship hahaha . . .

once he was able to fully "recover" and process everything, he's a goner. heart eyes are permanent.

just so absolutely infatuated with everything you do and say. comes around more often and always manages to take the spot next to you if you're with a group of people.

always always always joking around with you because he loves the sound of your laugher and how happy you seem when you smile, especially when you smile because of him.

in a twisted ending, haemin is grateful that minho made him fall into a crisis. if he hadn't, he wouldn't have been able to have these moments with you.

once you end up together, minho rightfully takes full credits for the relationship starting, kyungmin taking credit for helping haemin get over his fear of ruining everything between you two.

so - albeit his disagreement - haemin accepts that they should get some credit for their help.

but how it all came to be doesn't matter much, as long as in the end, he ended up with you.

⁰⁰⁶ : KYUNGMIN.

i'm not usually fond of the trope of someone who brings up the person they like every time they can but,,,, kyungmin does exactly that. his members get so tired of him for it too HELP (he's gotten into the practice of just,, thinking of you instead of verbally bringing you up so often).

his members' anger (/j) doesn't stop him though!! every chance he gets he talks about you,, the only time that stops is when you're around 🧍‍♂️

you BET the members are gonna poke fun at him for that too LMFAO

when you're around, he'd be much more into listening rather than speaking himself.

"platonic" kisses on the backs of your hands. "platonic" hand holding. (nothing about it is platonic).

kyungmin would love love love to rest his head on your shoulder!! whether he's standing behind you while talking with a group of friends or sitting next to each other watching a movie, he just likes the feeling (bonus points if his arm is looped under yours to play with your fingers).

he'd be in his own head a lot,,, daydreaming and such,,, even though you're right next to him 🧍‍♂️

if you were to nudge him while he was like this, he'd look at you with the most love-filled gaze.

he didn't have to say anything to you, just from the way he looked at you and the light blush forming on his cheeks, you knew. the way your stomach filled with butterflies as you held his gaze was also a great indicator that his look meant something more.

it was then when he saw how your gaze changed too - it changed to one that matched his own. with a deep breath, he'd squeeze your hand before a smile spread across his face.

"Mmm?" His eyes stayed glued to his mobile

"Yah? Myungho"

His eyes lazily met yours, "Yes sweetheart"

You placed a kiss onto his lips and looked him in the eye

"What do you want angel?"

You wrap your arms around his shoulders and pull yourself onto his lap.

"Wah, you love me so much huh?"

You let out a huff and shoved his shoulder lightly

"You were ignoring me!"

He rubbed circles on your back and placed a kiss on your cheek

"Sorry baby, I love you,"

JAEYUN

“Y/nnie, I found this new blanket at the store you should come try it with me”

Jaeyun walked into your room with a canvas bag in his hand, he dumped it onto the floor, removing the blanket before slumping down onto your bed.

"Come here baby,"

You walked toward him and sat down next to him, as he wrapped his hand around your shoulder.

He pulled the blanket over the two of you as you nuzzled into his chest

You stayed there peacefully for a while before you finally broke the silence

You both hated each other yet the stupid weather had decided to turn on a thunderstorm when you were mid-way through your herbology lesson.

You let out a shiver and caught Yoonsung looking at you from the corner of your eye

"What did I do?"

"Your staring"

He let out a grumbled, "whatever"

Another shiver travelled down your spine as you shifted in your place.

"are you cold?"

The boy stepped into your apartment, pulling his jacket off of his shoulders, hanging it behind your door

He slumped down onto your couch, leaning his head back against the chair.

"I was meant to go with this boy I really liked but he turned me down last minute, he told me that he was sick but Heon said that he saw him at the dance with some other girl,"

Meeting the parents of your boyfriend was always a nerve wracking task but especially when one of them was your proffesor.

The Woman, surprisingly, brought you up to stand with her hand telling you there is no need to bow!

"Hello! It's so nice to properly meet you! Seungheon speaks about you a lot but I never really speak to you in lesson, you're just so well behaved,"

You grin at the woman, what a relief, she ushers you into the sitting room and shouts your boyfriend down stairs.

As his face emerged from the stairwell you saw a smile take over his face.

He pulled you into a hug and exclaimed that you looked so beautiful!"

She is just so lovely Seungheon. And so polite!"

You smile at the boy as he silently thanks you for making his mom smile.

"You two go upstairs I'll call you down later okay? Your father's running late but you can just meet him at dinner!"

As you entered his room he pulled you straight onto his bed, thanking you for being kind to his mom and reassuring you that his father will love you!

hi!! i did see their debut! not really a fan of the song but the styling is really good so far! the orange outfits from the mv were my fave, but their stage styling and all the backwards jeans have been very 00s and very fun. not really any comprehensive thoughts so far because they're not really doing anything new or that interesting performance wise, but i'll keep an eye on them.

Yungyu was late, as the time went on the later and later it got Yungyu still not in sight, sighing you settled into the couch ready to watch the movies by yourself, slowly chewing on popcorn the loud slam of the front door and loud footsteps scared you out of you're skin, jumping you whipped you're head back at the boy who smiled innocently at you.

"Sorry I'm late, mom wouldn't let me leave" he sighed sitting on the couch next to you digging his hand into you're bucket of popcorn, "you could've texted me you were gonna be late" you huffed hitting his arm, he winced dropping the popcorn in his hand while his other shot up to hold his shoulder.

"Ouch!" He exclaimed kicking you're leg, "hey! Don't kick me!" You gasped going to kick him back, he flinched away "then don't hit me!" He argued making a valid point you sighed settling back into the couch, "whatever" you grumbled, using the remote to start whatever horror movie Yungyu was so prominent to see.

Every jump scare he would hide into you're arm while you laughed "I thought you said horror movies don't scare you" you teased moving his head to poke his cheek, the bowl of what used to be popcorn laid forgotten on the floor while you and Yungyu played around watching the movie.

Myungho always admired you from a far, whenever your not looking Myungho always is, his friends encourage him to talk to you, and he tries but someone else always comes up and you shut him down, over time Myungho got used to being someone from the shadows instead of actually talking to you.

Today however Myungho had enough, marching his way up to you, making sure no one needed you, tapping your shoulder, he said "hey Yn right?" He asked politely, in response you giggled, shy having your long term crush come up to you, "yeah, Myungho right?" You asked in a teasing tone, Myungho giggled nodding his head.

"Did you need something?" You asked admiring his features, Myungho blushed taking a step back slightly, "yeah I-um I wanted to ask if you'd like to hang out" Myungho said scratching the back of his neck, slightly embarrassed, you nodded your head "of course! You seen fun to hang out with" you giggled, Myungho's smile grew "perfect! Is tomorrow good for you? Or is that too soon..." He mumbled the last part.

Nodding your head you pull out your phone "here give me your number so we can arrange the time and place" you giggled, your palms felt clammy and the hair around you was progressively getting hotter, Myungho nodded grabbing your phone from you, he typed his number in, saving his contact and sending a message to himself.

"Thank you" he suddenly said handing your phone back to you, "Wait why are you thanking me?" You smiled up at him, "for agreeing to hang out with me" Myungho softly stated a smile growing on his face, a blush took over yours as you tried to hide it, "thank you for asking me to hang out" you giggled like a school kid talking to their crush, in this situation you were.

Later that evening your phone pinge, with a message from Myungho, a smile grew wide on your face as you read the text 'Hey! If you don't mind I could come pick you up, like to hang out...if you still want to that is!' the words read out, quickly responding 'For sure! I'm still down to hang out, my address is xxxx' you typed, your blush growing deeper the more you two talked.

A few hours later Myungho arrived to take you out, "hi" you said slightly awkwardly, Myungho chuckled, "you ready?" He asked, you nodded your head locking the door before leaving. If you decide to keep me around I could drive you everywhere" Myungho said placing a comforting hand over your knee, the 24 hours youve been talking, you and Myungho grew strangely close, both willing to open up almost immediately, breaking yourself from your thoughts you see Myungho pull over, no where near close to school grounds you look at him confused.

Myungho sighs nervous "listen Yn, I'll tell you the real reason I wanted to hang out with you" Myungho said wiping his hands on his school slacks, nervousness building in you as you waited for him, "I like you.." Myungho said, silence took over the car, his words sounded like the 7 trumpets of the lord, emotions ripped through you like a title wave, comfort, relief, giddiness, the urge to scream and cry of relief was strong.

Myungho took your silence as a bad thing, sighing sadly "it's ok, I understand you don't like me back.." Myungho said his expression representing that, of a kicked puppy, sadness evident all over his face, panicking you quickly stammered out an answer "Myungho I'm in love with you" you said quickly.

Myungho gasped, relief taking over him, "in that case, Yn....will you be my lover?" Doubt filled your mind as you skimmed through the pages your professor provided you, the deeper you went into the text book more tears piled in your eyes, before you knew it you were a crying mess. Unbeknownst to you, you're boyfriend of two years Jung Haemin, was planning a surprise for you.

He noticed you've distanced yourself. Only staying at school or, in your room studying or, doing homework. While you were sobbing over you're text books Haemin had arrived at your house with a huge bouquet, arranged of you're favorite flowers. Haemin noticed how quiet the house was while he was taking his shoes off, no matter how hard he listened he couldn't hear you're pencil, you're sighs of frustration, nothing he heard absolutely nothing.

Worried, Haemin set his journey up the stairs, off to your room. Softly calling out your name after approaching every room, finally he made it to your room. The sound of your silent cried through the door broke Haemin's heart immensely. He slowly creaked the door open so as to not startle you, seeing you curled up on your seat tears running down your face, caused Haemin to almost drop the flowers.

Rushing to your side, Haemin sat your flowers on your desk, embracing you in a huge hug, "hey your ok...don't worry ok? It'll all be over soon, Don't worry about it" Haemin whispered in your ear petting your hair. Before rocking the two of you back and forth, Haemin picked you up, before quickly sitting in your seat and, placing you on his lap, after 30 minutes or so you're tears calmed down.

Before you could speak Haemin shushed you pushing you back into his chest "shh don't say anything. You don't have to explain anything to me...just rest ok?" Haemin assured in a soft voice. Haemin continued to rock you back and forth, almost like a mother would, to stop her infant from crying. Upon noticing you've fallen asleep, Haemin unwrapped one arm from around you, still rocking you with his body and other arm, as he flipped through the pages of your text books and packets.

Once gathering the information he needed Haemin grabbed you're pencil and began writing, his hand writing an exact replica of your's writing down answers he knew pausing to think on one's he didn't. A few hours later Haemin finished you're work, while still rocking you back and forth on his lap. Hooking his arms under you're butt he lifted both you and him up, his bones audibly cracking as he stretched.

Making his way over to you're bed he sat you down, before going to your closet to grab you're sleep clothes, making his way back over to you he changed you into you're pajamas. Grabbing makeup wipes to wipe off whatever you had on, once he got you're makeup completely off he brushed his fingers through you're hair.

Admiring your peaceful face. Haemin eventually laid down next to you tucking you and him in, turning towards you kissing you're head, then eventually falling asleep with you nuzzled deep in his arms. The next morning Haemin made sure you got your flowers, of course keeping one so he knew when they died and, made you memorize what he wrote down assuring you "don't memorize the formula's instead memorize the answers" he told you, making sure you were stress free that whole day.

you and yungyu met playing in a duo team for an online game. Although never having pet in person the two of you got along pretty well.

eventually the goof friendship turned into having feelings for one another, Yungyu accidentally let his feelings slip,

result into you dating for almost 10 months now, an online relationship is hard, not that they've ever been easy.

Yungyu would often complain about how he couldn't touch or kiss you. Yungyu has been trying to get ahold on you for half the day,

only for you to be ignoring him, not once have you went online on anything, or have your mutual friends heard from you, the later it gets the more nervous he is,

all sorts of scenarios go through his head, he tried to stay positive, little did he know he'd see you in person on Christmas morning.

"where have you been?!" Yungyu yelled concerned now that youve finally picked up his face time "i was doing something" you mumbled fixing your hotel blankets.

Yungyu squinted at the walls and ceiling behind you "where are you?" he asked, his voice calming down "im at…my grandmas" you said pausing "your grandmas?" he asked you nodded in response.

Yungyu looked as though he wanted to say something but he kept his mouth shut sighing he finally relaxed knowing your alive and well. "merry Christmas" you said suddenly Yungyu looked at his.

"merry Christmas to you too, are you excited?" he asked adjusting his camera so you could see him better.

You nodded "beyond but also extremely nervous" you said playing with the blanket in your hand.

Yungyu looked confused "why?" he asked, "you'll find out soon" you smiled at the camera Yungyu looked at you on his phone screen a curious pout forming on his face, "i gotta go" you said quickly hanging up,

afraid of spoiling anything you put your phone on 'Do Not Disturb' and went to sleep.

Yungyu woke up the next morning realizing its christmas morning, his smile faltered when he seen you havent texted him, he tried to cheer back up saying you were spending time with your own family.

Myungho called everyone to the living room for presents, towards the end Myungho called everyones attention once again "everyone!" he yelled out "i have a suprise..for yungyu" he said looking around at everyone.

a soft smile grew on everyones face as they looked at Yungyu, Yungyu looked around confused and slightly creeped out about how in synch they were.

suddenly the front door opened, "oh its cold out there" you said casually walking into the living room, Yungyu sat in shock for a moment before screaming, making everyone in the room jump.

you looked at him shocked "Woah" Kyungmin who was sat next to Yungyu said putting his finger on his ear.

Yungyu sat and stared at you for a moment, before getting up and touching your face to see if you were actually real, once confirming his smile grew an inhumanly amount.

a few hours later you and Yungyu were sat in his room with the door open much to Myungho's request, "wait so that day you were unreachable you were flying here?" he asked you nodded fixing your shirt as you snuggled into his side.

"and last night you were in a hotel?" he asked finally piecing everything together, "wait how did you know where i lived?" he asked "Myungho, i found his Instagram through your following list and messaged him, he agreed to help" you said nodded your head slightly.

"you must be tired from your flight" Yungyu said picking you up and placing you on his bed, too tired to argue you just fell asleep, you and Yungyu spent an entire month goofing around with one another till you had to go back home.

Everytime you walked into Seungheon's room he'd panic and usher you out, even the other members were confused as to why he was being so secretive. "Hey Seungheon-" you tried to say as you walked through his door, Seungheon jumped up hiding something before he came up to you facing you the other way, pushig you out the door then slamming the door and locking it, "what the hell..." You muttered staring at the now locked door Infront of you.

Rolling your eyes you turn and walk away, "hey Kyungmin, what's wrong with Seungheon?" You asked coming across the tall male in the hallway, "what do you mean?" Kyungmin asked tilting his head slightly "he's like avoiding me but being super obvious about it-" you explained, Kyungmin nodded his head slightly as if he was making a mental note.

"Have you tried to ask him about it?" kyungmin asked causing you to dramatically nod "yes! He won't even answer my texts or calls.." you pouted, Kyungmin sat there for a moment deep in thought "I'll talk to him..." He informed you, in response you noded and went your separate ways.

You decided to leave the dorms, sense there's no reason to stay if your boyfriend is avoiding you, telling everyone bye, they all stared in confusion, "wait why?" Yungyu asked, "why what?" You responded putting your shoes on, "you just got here, your leaving already?" Myungho asked from the couch.

"did you and Seungheon fight?" Haemin asked you shook your head 'no' "he's being weird, he won't talk to me nor let me in his room I don't dem it necessary to stay if the person I came for doesn't wanna see or talk to me" you informed. Everyone in the room noded bidding you a goodbye as you walked out the door.

This went on for weeks, eventually you just stopped coming over, "where's Yn?" Seungheon asked, peeling dried glue from his hands "ok, wait..." Myungho said as the members stared at Seungheon's state "one(1) why are you covered in glitter, glue and, paint? Two(2) Yn stopped coming over since they deemed it not necessary anymore" Myungho finished, Seungheon sighed ignoring the question he was asked, cursing under his breath he quickly ran to the door throwing his shoes and jacket on, he rushed out not even bothering to close the door behind him.

You were chilling on your couch watching Christmas movies while munching on a random ginger bread house you bought as an extra, your calm atmosphere was ruined by panicked banging on your front door, you sighed pausing your movie, looking through the peep hole on the door you see a very messy Seungheon, as he frantically banged on the door, you scoffed, rolling your eyes you sat back down on your couch, pressing play on your movie.

The banging stopped, you thought Seungheon left only for your window to open and Seungheon came crawling through it, "Yn listen" Seungheon said dusting himself off, glitter falling on your floor, you slowly blinked at Seungheon, confused and annoyed, "I didn't mean to ignore you or avoid you, I was scared you'd find out what I was doing..." Seungheon explained, "your words aren't really helping y'know, cuz your making it sound like your cheating or writing a hate blog about me" you sighed.

Seungheon's eyes widened as he shook his hands and head 'no' frantically, "wait no! i can definitely relate to such a hard work overload. im not sure what grade you're in and you don't have to tell me! but it's so weird for me because i'm a sophmore and last year was much easier in comparison!

i'm an extreme overachiever, so if i don't have straight a's i lowkey freak. and my stupid euro class is breaking down that standard i have for myself because her class is so hard.

my teacher does teach, but she skips so much of the stuff and expects us to retain it all by reading the textbook. except i learn much better when i am explained thoroughly. on top of that, she assigns so many tests?? i have one tomorrow and i have FOUR next week which is genuinely bringing me physical pain.
