There was fear. It was almost as if there was even greater distance between me and my body than all previous meditations.

If the portal of the third eye is to open and if I am to enter the portal with every ounce of life energy in me, then I’ll have to get used to leaving my body in suspended animation. I’ll have to leave my body!

But I haven’t even seen the third eye yet. I guess I don’t have anything to worry about immediately. However, dropping the body won’t come naturally to me. It may take 10 times infinity amount of patience for my attention to get used to the idea of ‘dropping the body’.

I can’t speak of this session because I can’t quite tell what happened in it. I know that there is new depth of mind that my attention is dealing with. There has been a change in my meditation. I just can’t tell what the change is. One thing is certain that I haven’t been shaking involuntarily as much as before.
