finch v. nettle: ranch edition is so funny to me because belgians were bred to be farm/ranch dogs. and u would Think that nettle would be the one that excels at ranch life bc of her drive and confidence and energy but it鈥檚 actually FINCH who absolutely 100% would鈥檝e been a ranch dog in his previous life. he LOVES being on a ranch. he is the perfect little buddy to do Ranch Tasks. nettle simply wants to catch frisbees and maybe scream

How are you guys doing? I feel like I haven鈥檛 talked to people in a few days so I just want to check in with everyone! Anything fun happen this week? Or something exciting planned for the weekend?
#it was my brothers birthday today so he came over for dinner with both sets of my grandparents#we really just talked about old memories the whole time but it was really fun!!#one of them was my brother(the birthday one) jumping off a couch and landing on my head when I was 3 days old#so if you wonder why I am the way I am blame him :)#(he also threw an apple at my head)#(and I just learned this one tonight but apparently he made a tripwire by our house when we were little and when I was driving#in this plastic 4wheeler we used to have I drove into it and it was like perfect neck height but I just kept on driving and almost#hung myself)

#i got too many to keep track of#but there's one in particular that I remember very well#I got a scar in my earlobe#wanna know how I got it?#at the age of 4#I full throttled a 4 wheeler#and FLIPPED IT#my head show how got#UNDER THE MOVING WHEEL OF SAID 4WHEELER#the wheel took of 3/4 of my whole ear#I for some psychopathic reason was very chill and calm about the whole thing#I distinctly remember looking in the mirror at my torn up ear#and then touched the bloody mess#some how the ear grew back and I still have two full ears#but now my left earlobe forever has a scar from the whole thing#all in all epic
