sleep: what is the most comforting thing at night time for you?

Does this mean in terms of sleep, or what I find comforting about night time in general? In terms of sleep, I just find comfort in knowing that I can just lie down in bed and not move around anymore. I'm just constantly tired what the fuck

and in general, I usually like night time because it's cooler than usual (I despise heat), and usually, it's when the city quiets down a little, and it just gives me a little more peace, y'know? I could find peace like that if I went somewhere less populated, but I'm a city boy. I don't want things TOO quiet, but a little calm is good every now and then, and the night gives me that in the city. It gives the place a different atmosphere too c:

chimes: what sounds are your favorite?

It's corny, but I really like people's laughs. It means they're happy and having fun. Plus people all have different laughs and I like that. I also like the sound of traffic at night. It soothes me. Just a car or two passing by every now and then. The city's quieted down, but it hasn't died.

and to make things a little more fucked up, in action/horror/torture porn flicks, I love the sound of bones breaking. Just those sharp, unnatural cracks that make you cringe mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

reverie: think of somewhere otherworldly u wish to be within, what is it like there?

Probably most of the cities from FF XIII or FFXIV (I can't think of anywhere else I particularly care about that isn't something obvious like Pokemon or something.) Bodhum is gorgeous, especially during those firework parts. It actually makes beaches appealing to me. Gran Pulse looked nice too. All that open field and crazy plant life looks really astounding. Speaking of which, I should at least try beating XIII.

With XIV, Gridania would be really nice. I'm just a really big fan of nice looking foliage, LOL (despite saying I'm a city boy).

stories: books you remember from your childhood?\

I could go with something like The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, but frankly, I only read the first two books as a kid before losing interest. A book I really liked reading was something I got at a big flea market back in 5th grade called Bart Simpson's Guide to Life. It was a book chalk full of just Simpsons-esque articles and diagrams and other funny stuff. I was just a really big fan of reading stuff like that because I felt it was more happy and upbeat than other fiction stuff I tried. I brought it with me to school and everything to show and read to my friends. Got to the point where pages started coming off the spine and I'd try to salvage everything with staples and scotch tape.

Another, more legitimate book was How to Eat Fried Worms. That book was fuckin' rad.

elder: what do u expect to be like in your elder years?

I honestly don't know, but I'm hoping I'm at least trying then to still be technologically savvy and still be playing video games. I also hope I try to ironically act like a caracature of an elderly man too ("WHEEEN I WAS YOOOUR AGE, I ONLY HAD TO PAY $70 FOR MY PS4, NOW WITH INFLATION, THESE CRAZY WHIPPER-SNAPPERS ARE SELLING NOTHING GAMES FOR $200, IT'S OUTRAGEOUS)

home: in what type of environment do you feel most safe?

Usually a cozy home, not anything too big. Something just big enough for me and a couple of buddies to hang out, chill, play video games, and shoot the shit, y'know? I just like being around my friends and just having that camaraderie. I feel safe and content then.

lore: if your life were a tale, how do u expect it would end??

with the way life is going so far, it'd end really flaccidly, but still try to end in some sort of cliffhanger, and the author would probably just abandon the series after that because they weren't feeling up for it anymore~
