40k Guilliman: pretty good option. He’s (somewhat) mentally stable and has talked it out with you beforehand. Though I am curious on where he acquired primarch-grade bondage equipment. Is that why it was planned months in advance? Was he spending all that time just trying out different kinds of ropes and chains that could hold him like some sort of kinky parody of Fenrir from norse mythology?? Also, he deserves sex that has him relax and not possibly shatter his partner’s pelvis, let that man rest. 8/10.

Corrupted Horus: We all enjoy a very evil and very charismatic man from time to time. And the chaos gods which are currently kinda wearing Horus’ body like a condom are one of the options presented in this poll. But before your mind gets carried away with the fantasy of hot mean DILF, we have to think: He’s still a DILF. And so his taste in music will be that of a Dad. So get ready for him to blast Imagine Dragons while sexily taking his shirt off. So I feel that the sex wouldn’t be the main draw of the situation here, instead it’s more to do with trying to make a guy feel better about a body part that he wants to peel his metal-skin off of. Ferrus is a dude that has simultaneously given all of his children body dysmorphia (that they try to fix by replacing their body parts with tech) while also wanting to get rid of the most technological part of himself. And he won’t even tell people a direct answer about where he got the technological metal hands from anyway. This man is an enigma and the sex is just a backdrop for the true scenario; which is the Ferrus Manus character exploration that’s going on. So to judge purely by the sex itself it’s a solid 5/10.

Daemon Magnus: This dude will not only do all of what you specified. But he’ll also add Gale from bg3 astral plane type sex into the mix. The only limit is your imagination Babey!!! 11/10 (he may have used his psychic powers to mess with the rating).

Leman Russ: What’s not to love about a big scary man in a collar? What’s not to love about a living war machine getting restrained like they’re a simple animal?? Though him eventually breaking out of it would imply that my skills in Husband husbandry are poor, and that might make me kind of sad. 7/10 (would change it to 8/10 if you also put a muzzle on him)

Pre-Heresy Fulgrim: The number one rule of kink fantasy is that nothing will work out as perfectly as you want it to, something will always go differently than it did in your imagination because, fun fact, your partner is not a mind reader (and even if they were it’s not like they can control every action/reaction they do/have). If you fuck him he will be very very very disappointed in you and will act like a bitch about it. 3/10 (the sex stops midway through because you ruined his expectations too many times).

30k Corvus Corax: Now while he can’t be perceived, I can. In fact I am very perceivable. Unlike Corvus’ furtive emo outfits my fashion sense consists of wearing the most sparkly and shiny accessories all the time and in very large quantities. I dress as though I’m trying to sound like one of santa’s reindeer or a sentient human windchime. And my penchant to talk very loudly knows no bounds. So combining his extreme stealth with my extreme unstealth gives us the average of The Normal Amount Of Noticeability. Which would get us both arrested for indecent exposure. 0/10 because i don’t want to go to jail.

Sanguinius: also a pretty good option. Though I question how a man who had big issues with being deified by the mortal populace would feel about having his more “angelic” features worshipped. But I’m sure I can make it work. 7.5/10.

In conclusion: the vote goes to Magnus, but if he wasn’t there then Dorn would be attaining the title of “babygirl” real fucking fast.

"pieces of her" which is a bad title which is about things Ellie gives Joel, basically. It's just under 17k and it's the one I'm leaning towards posting.

"baby-sitting" is a Tommy POV fic if him taking care of Ellie while Joel is sick.

"fighting" is my giant "Ellie struggling in Jackson" fic that I'm not done editing, it's like 40k so I need to sit with it a while still, but I like it so much.

"school" is about Ellie's experiences at FEDRA school and Joel's feelings about that lol.

"sick babey" is just Ellie getting strep throat.

And "uncle" is the "Ellie thinks Tommy hates her" fic I've been playing with.

Oh, and the one I'm actively writing is "animals" which is about Ellie and animals because she is so cute about them.

Yeah babey, having to memorize a massive volume of over-detailed information and constantly refer back to obscure pieces of info to make sure you don't fuck up, and also playing 40k.

Okay, I do understand everyone here who is very young considering the 1000 per day option, I do, and you might even be right depending on your circumstances and how much inflation happens over time, BUT

But I feel compelled to explain interest and compound interest a little. In case this comes up for you in a more realistic scenario.

If you put all that money in a savings account, you get interest. Either monthly or annually.

Annual interest at even 4% is considered pretty shitty. It isn't unheard of to get 10% interest if you have enough "principal capital" [the 10mill]...

That's 40k-1mil a year in interest. [up to over 800k per month]

What most people do with large sums of money isn't ration out that money for their lives. What they do is put the 'principal capital' in savings and DO NOT SPEND IT.

Instead what they do is take out whatever portion of the interest they need to live monthly and leave the rest in there. Or leave extra in there.

This means compound interest.

I am on a disability pension. I am very good with money for someone on a disability pension, but I never had as much as 10k put away in my life until this month. [read: I only pay for inclusive rent, internet and food, I don't buy anything else, because I am desperately trying to afford a house some day, just bar soap, no makeup, no new clothes, no new anything unless I am positively forced to these days] ... The last time my bank had promotional interest I got handed a cold 20$ for already having some money in savings, and now that 20 is ALSO making interest.

Last month for my interest amount, on a shitty poor-ass nobody savings account with -not the interest rate I would be getting if I had 10mil for sure- I made 3.59$ [.037% interest, if my math is right], If I had 10 mil that would have been 3700$ Enough to live on for the month at my current expenses [or easily with a mortgage-free house and bills] and put away another 1000 or more to add to the principal capital. If I got even 2% interest that would have been 200k on 10 mil... [multiple times the 1k per day deal that I could 'pay' myself]

Now that 3.59$ last month, and the 1.27$ promotional interest they have given me even so far this month, and the 20$ they handed me 6 months ago, and all the little pay-outs in between, those have all added to my savings account, and now I am making interest on those... The interest is compounding.

Imagine what that starts to do when you have 10 mill to begin with and a not "shitty for poor people" interest rate? [the more money you have the more banks will incentivize you to keep that money with their bank].

Now let's say you make 250k in interest and don't spend the full 250k in a month... let's say you spend 5k on rent/mortgage, food, tvs or something... You now have 10mil AND 245k in savings to make interest on next month.

That's compound interest babey. That's interest where your new "principal capital" is taken into consideration each month so it starts compounding itself.

This is how the rich get richer.

So if you have even enough ability to function, and self control, to just open a savings account, and not spend more than the CONSIDERABLE interest each month... Your amount of money will at least stay the same, if not start slowly multiplying itself.

So basically by taking the lump sum, you are getting both.

The caveat to this is that it depends on the interest you get. My regular interest rate on my savings account is something stupid like 0.02% outside of promotions, which on the amount of money I have isn't a lot, but it is paid monthly... Also not all interest pays monthly, some of it, especially the higher amounts, pay out yearly. [And my bank is always offering promotional interest]

I don't have enough experience making interest on high sums of money to confidently assert, through sleep deprivation and brain fog that you would -always in all circumstances- be able to 'pay yourself' more than 1k per day by taking the 10 mil option. BUT it is highly likely. On top of the first 10 mil.

And that doesn't take into account the money you would save by immediately being able to buy a house, make it stupidly energy efficient and stop paying rent forever. Or the money you would save by buying say, one really good pair of boots that will last for years, or a big box freezer so you can just buy bulk meat from a good butcher.

There are SO MANY THINGS where having enough money to just slam it all down right away, means saving so much damn money over time. Loans have interest too, imagine never needing a loan. Mortgage interest is downright predatory, imagine always being able to just skip all of that.

By taking the 10 mil, there is a very good chance you would be able to pay yourself more than 1 k per day, and that this amount would just keep compounding and escalating over time.

The only thing is this doesn't account for the possibility of the banks collapsing, or for banks to stop offering high interest, or for whatever happens to a mutual fund or credit unions during economic recessions.

But we also haven't been told whether the source of money is from an earthly institution or whether it is supernatural in nature, and a bank going completely bankrupt isn't a thing that happens often. You could split your principal capital between a few high interest savings accounts at a few different banks if you were worried.

You WOULD, for the record have a steady income that you could keep paying yourself. And you would be able to buy a house in full [no mortgage] up front, right away, and you would get ever growing interest and payout on all of that from that moment onward, so long as you had just enough self control to not dig into the 10 million more than you had to in order to buy your house and vehicle.

If you put back ONLY 1k of your interest money each month on the 10 mill you would have another million every 80 years or so BEFORE any compound interest and after spending over 2k monthly and ON TOP of the first 10 million.

By contrast, if you take the 1k per day it would still take you 27 years of SPENDING NOTHING to get to your first 10 million, and if you lack the self control to not spend more than the interest in the other scenario, still have to rent and pay whatever bills you landlord foists on you, and can't do anything like hobby farm your own food from your back yard and etc... It could easily take 50 years, 60, 70 etc to get the same amount... and a lot of waiting to actually build the life you want to be living as opposed to just slapping down the cash to do it now.

Now are YOU -even if you are in your 20s now- going to want to wait until you are 60 or even 90 to have the 10 million in your pocket to work with? Will your ambition to affect change in the world not grow as the ability to move that kind of money around puts itself on the table? Or if you think it -could- have?

Is simply opening a savings account and not spending more than the interest you make -really- beyond your capacity for self-management and self control?

It might be, or you might find it simpler to just not worry about anything more than the 1k a day magic money you just get without having to think about it... I can't judge that for you. I know my mother for one would take the 1k per day.

You would live comfortably off of either unless you got really into strip clubs and drugs, probably.

But the point people are trying to make is that the lump sum isn't just a lump sum, it's a lump sum and then the ever compounding interest on 10 million for an effort or risk no more elaborate than having a savings account.

Interest amounts from banks and credit unions are far more likely to keep up with inflation over time than the flat daily payout of 1k.
