Ingredients:

2 packs of instant ramen noodles

1 cup of chopped kimchi

2 cloves of minced garlic

2 sliced scallions

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

4 cups of water

Instructions:

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the noodles and set them aside.

In the same pot, add the garlic, scallions, and sesame oil, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the kimchi, gochujang, and soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

BESTIE STFU!! WHY ARE WE JUST FINDING OUT THAT U EAT SAMYANG NOODLES TOO?? I have been obsessed with them since the last 2 years or something 😭 When I say Koreans know spice and food, I mean it. My personal favs are the pink one (Carbonara flavor)! I once tried the red and black one but omg they were sooooo spicy and hot, I thought my mouth was gonna fall off. Idk how u even eat it 😭 Like, with the pink one, it's spicy but it also has flavour. But the red and black ones are just spice and hot, nothing else. Oh, and I always cook either a boiled egg or a fired egg with my ramen (to add nutrition, nah it just tastes good lmao). Will never shut up about them ramen. And the fact most Koreans can easily eat the black noodles 😭 Istg they handle spice so well. Korean food is literally so underrated. Their was also a whole challenge on yt to eat the black ramen and literally most people fail lol.

(Also, can I recommend u and ur followers a yt series called ' eng high school boys try korean noodles' by korean-english-man. Istg, they're all so funny and it's how I felt when I first ate those noodles. They've got other people trying those noodles too! Like rapper and footballers! Also, some of the marvel cast was once on their chanel too. )

I’ve been eating them since all those spicy noodle challenges on YouTube YEARS ago, like bretman rock did it and they looked so good and I found them in my local Asian store so yeah!! Also common misconception is that the black one is the spiciest when tbh the black one is kinda bland to me. The red 2x one is the spiciest! And I once even had a 3x spicy one but I don’t remember how it tasted!

Samyang isn't even that hot... too hot for a regular person, sure, but hot enough to be dangerous? I've eaten stuff that made *me* worried I've overdone it and Samyang doesn't come close to that, not even the 3x variant

I have yet to try the samyang 3x buldak ramen but the fact that it got banned in denmark for being too spicy only makes me want to try it even more
