This feather boa with matching hat was first worn by Marlene Dietrich as Bijou in the 1940 film Seven Sinners.  The boa was later used for a photoshoot by Sam Shaw featuring Marilyn Monroe around 1956.

The time has finally come in which I can show off my submission for the @globalsorcererfanzine! <3 If you haven’t already, please check it out - it’s such a beautiful collection of work and the final product is so awesome!!

I remember working so hard on this piece!! It’s always a little surreal to see art you haven’t looked at in a long time and notice all the shifts in style and whatnot, though! Loved the concept of this; it’s heavily inspired by an Alphonse Mucha painting that I love and the book of END, if you couldn’t tell. ;) I’m very happy to be able to share something (even if it was created a really long time ago) during this art hiatus I’ve had to take. I hope to be back at it soon, so in the mean time… enjoy! <3
