ah forgot my dream post despite remembering quite a lot:

Dream 1) at war

I had to go bring a box of necessities at the top of a building, along with a few others from my group. We were between 5 and 10, and along with us were a few soldiers. 3 in total. Two in front and only one at the back. We knew we were especially targeted by the enemy but they couldn't give us more protection because we were insignificant: either we succeed either we die. That's what I was told when I complained about lack of protection. I couldn't exactly call bullshit so I went with it. I had no trust in anyone but myself, choosing to stay at the back, just a few steps before the last soldier checking our rear. I was completely sure someone would betray or ambush us.

We kept going up wooden stairs. Some of it was carpeted but most of it was rotting and unsafe. The place only had a few windows and all of them were mostly barred with wooden planks. It was a bright morning outside but inside we could mostly see the dust floating in the air through the rays of light. Everything was mostly either dark brown or golden.

We managed to reach the top unharmed which reinforced my impression that we were betrayed somehow. I didn't say anything and stuck to the plan.

And when we went into the room where we were supposed to put the stuff we were bringing, no one was there: people were supposed to wait for us. I didn't go in, I let the others go in and wait a bit, watched the soldiers check various hiding places. The others were whispering about maybe putting our stuff there so they would get it later. I walked back, slowly, carefully stepping on the wooden floor not to make a single sound. I had reached the stairs when they realized I wasn't among them. The front soldier ran after me, screaming "Hey!", prompting an explosion. The second I had heard his footsteps I had jumped down a bunch of steps, and I rolled under something to protect myself from the explosion. I didn't die. The colors were the same: gold and dark brown. Heavy boots were walking around the rubble. They took the supplies we had brought and walked away laughing. I still had my own but I knew I couldn't move before night. Nothing after I couldn't hear their steps anymore.

For the stats: I'm a girl? Long hair in ponytail, light brown. I was addressed by last name, which I don't remember but definitely wasn't my actual last name.

Dream 2) at home. A lot of insignificant things that I keep finding out through today that they didn't really happen. This one sucks. Regular me, legal name.

Dream 3) "Orpheus Rex"

So basically it's a MDZS "opera" (?) about Lan Xichen and Jin Guangyao (their names were actually used), but they were very similar to Xiao Xingchen and Xue Yang in appearance + something else I'm pretty sure I saw elsewhere for the scenario? Really weird mix I wish it really existed I need to rewatch it like right now. Too much feelings.

So the story was about Xichen, a healer that went from town to town, healing people with his flute, mostly undercover as he was pursued by officials and stuff. He went to a town, ate a meal and watched the children play around. He asked the owner if he could put on a little show as a traveling artist and most of the time they said yes so he went to the middle of the inn and played the flute. The kids went and danced around him. Everyone felt better after he was done playing so he was given free food and shelter as well as a little money. They didn't find out he had actually healed them until he was long gone.

In a specific village, there was this mercenary sitting in a corner of the inn (and the inn was called Orpheus), injured not exactly gravely but not a little amount, so he noticed immediately when Xichen's music healed him. He decided to cozy up to that stranger and they soon became friends. The mercenary was Jin Guangyao. He was ruthless and brutal but never let Xichen see any of it. He was completely enamored with him.

When the officials caught up on them, it was Song Lan mixed with Zhou Zishu but called Nie Mingjue leading them. They wanted to retrieve Xichen to serve in the imperial palace, which he kept refusing, preferring his freedom to heal anyone he wanted to being confined to heal only one person for his entire life. Guangyao played the innocent travelling companion and observed attentively as they basically captured Xichen. They still stayed in the local inn that night because they had only caught up during late the evening and it was too dangerous to travel at night.

During the night, Guangyao abducted an injured Xichen. The fact he was unconscious made Guangyao completely furious but he refrained from killing them all by consideration for Xichen, who still had a lot of affection for Mingjue. So he ran, jumping on the air to cross large and deep rivers or jump from one cliff to the other. In the morning, the others ran after them, following the traces and remnants of the magic Guangyao had used. They were in awe before his skills and Mingjue was mad mad that he had let them escape + he hadn't managed to evaluate Guangyao's true skill. He was the only one able to properly follow but he had to wait for his men, which slowed him down.

When he caught up, we are in a barn. At the top of the barn is written "Orpheus the King" in Greek. We follow the action from the character's POV. I'm pretty sure it's Guangyao, see below for notes about POV guy's confusing situation. He was coming back from getting food and coming back to find Xichen. He climbs the ladder to get to the upper level of the barn and is immediately met with the sight of an enemy (dressed in dark blue) pinned to the wall, dead. Guangyao stills and carefully carefully gets up completely and approaches the body, mindful where he steps and to every little noise, which isn't easy bc it's windy and the barn is made of wood so everything creaks. Then the enemy's body collapses on the floor in the puddle of his own blood, revealing underneath, also pinned to the wall but this time by his eyes, the body of Lan Xichen, limp, his white robes soaked red.

Guangyao shrieks in horror and runs forward, gently taking down Xichen's body and collapsing on the floor, not minding the blood soaking his own robes. He cries, running his hand through Xichen's undone hair, and muttering "no, no!" over and over.

Then someone attacks him from behind. It's all a blur and Guangyao can barely avoid the strike. The enemy, Mingjae grabs Xichen's body and keeps it against him. He basically snarls at Guangyao and points his sword right at his face. Guangyao impales Mingjae on his sword through Xichen's body. He pushes and pushes until he's inches away from Mingjae's face. He says: "If I can't have Xichen, then so can't you." Then he takes his sword back, lets Mingjae collapse to the floor, choking on his own blood, and takes Xichen's body gently and lies down in the hay with him like it's a comfortable bed. He kisses his forehead, drinks a vial of poison and dies with him there.

Note: POV guy's robes were dark blue which was Mingjae's color through the dream. It was also the color of his army, as seen as the body pinned on top of Xichen's body. The final enemy was dressed in blue-green, dark teal or something. I couldn't distinguish the swords throughout the dream so that can't help me. But the final scene in the hay, POV guy's sleeves seem black, which was Guangyao's color during the dream. I am thoroughly convinced the POV was Guangyao's but the color situation as I wrote this gave me pause so I decided to write it.

For the stats: external POV until last sequence where I'm a man and I'm pretty sure I'm named Jin Guangyao

it's really painful to open my mouth, or even talking and I'm so fucking hungry but I can't eat because ut hurts to open mouth.

idk where's the painkiller where i need it, i take my depression & anxiety meds every morning tho but it doesn't help the psychical pain

Goodbye Mandela Catalogue community

I am writing this post in light of recent (now proven to be false, READ THE EDIT DIPSHIT) accusations against the creator of the series that I (as a once fanartist) have made the decision to fully abandon TMC fandom altogether, this means that there will be no new artworks, no reblogs of my older works, no slight interaction with fan content from other people, NOTHING.

Which yeah, as someone who has gotten fame from it on this site (and good memories for that matter) , it fucking sucks. It sucks that the creator of a certain thing that you once loved, turned out to be a rotten, piece-of-shit person, it just sucks.

If you're here to like my posts related to it, it's up to you if you wanna stay here longer (assuming you don't support him), but if you continue to support him and everything he stands for after the callout doc came out, then GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY BLOG!!! DON'T INTERACT WITH ME, AT ALL!!! Infact, you can feel free to block me if you want to.

At the end of the day, we have to accept that a big and pretty impactful creator, who we considered as an idol to us, is very likely to become a horrible person in one way or another. It's an inevitable fate, yeah.. We've seen this before, and it will happen again in the future and there's nothing we can do besides calling then out on their behaviour and listen to the victims...

EDIT (31/03/2024): Turns out, Alex Kister was proven innocent and the accusations in the doc are FALSE.... so I take back what I just wrote in paragraph 2-4 don't read these. They aged like an absolutely SPOILED MILK. Still I'm not gonna associate myself with this fandom anymore due to the life-ruining, yet fake accusations V3n threw onto Alex out of nowhere. They've ruined my enjoyment of this series and being in the fandom in general >:|.

I'm kinda glad I didn't delete my fanart works, but still I'm not reblogging them anyway I wanna move on.

I was surpised that BABYMONSTER's debut mini album released on April 1st 0AM KST (usually 6PM KST for others). Everything is on YouTube & other platforms already! Some people jokingly commented that hearing/singing "SHEESH" in the chorus was too embarrassing or hilarious, but it sounds OK to me. Some things that I really liked from the MV:

Always nice to have a grand piano (with Rora)!

Chiquita reminds me of Barbie with her blonde pigtails!

Rami's "Set it all on fire" (first pre-chorus) is literally ON FIRE!

AHYEON (pronounced ah-hyeon) IS RAPPING!

ASA CATWALKED DOWN THE AISLE DURING HER RAP LINE WITH RUKA & AHYEON BESIDE HER!

The only thing that I didn't like is the weird outro (starts at 2:17 in the studio recording & 2:21 in the MV) that sounds like BLACKPINK's "Shut Down" (which I didn't like either). The beat change/drop is too drastic for me. I'll be cutting that section out when I do my download magic (song will be even shorter). "BATTER UP" now has an OT7 version, but people said that Ahyeon's minimal lines were mixed very weirdly compared to everyone else's lines... >:V

Anyway, I look forward to more comebacks & a possible Japanese debut in the future! (Number of Japanese members is also 2... anyone notice a pattern lately?)

Clicker Heroes

Haven't *really* been paying attention to what's been going on in Clicker Heroes so just noticed I passed floor 7k 8k 9k.

Got a few auto-clickers for the first time. Those *really* help. They let me treat this as an actual idle game again too.

Finally got to Tsuchi.
