👒 Question: What’s your go-to low calorie food swap? 👒

  I’m not much for swapping foods for low calorie options. The most I do is I look for options with no added sugar to cut back on calories but still have something that satisfies me mentally. Or if I’m baking, I like to replace the sugar with splenda. And sometimes I’ll get a loaf of wheat bread instead of white bread, but I usually eat only one or two slices of that before it goes bad, so I try to stick with foods that I know I’m not likely to waste.

🧹 Thinspo of the day 🧹  

🧹 Question: What’s your UGW? When do you expect to reach it? 🧹

I tell people that my UGW is 140, but I’m not actually going to stop until I reach 127. This is stupid and petty, but at my height, that is where my BMI would finally reach the “underweight” category. I don’t think I would feel comfortable with asking for help unless I was underweight. And I do hope to maintain that weight, but I’ll keep a range in mind instead of a specific number when I’m down to just maintaining. I’m thinking 125-130 would be my sweet spot. 

Anyway, I’m planning to reach that weight by the end of February next year. I’ve fucked up a bit on my way with just this diet, but I’m going to keep going.

Day 19 of #30DOT // I'm thankful for Alaska. Growing up, you sometimes don't realize how much you're affected by where you were raised. Your values, what you love, what you connect to... all of it goes back to your upbringing. I've lived in Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, and California... but as the saying goes, there's no place like home :) pictured above is the first friend I ever made in the entire world - @melissalynnpribyl. Her, her sister, and my brother were all best friends growing up and we had countless adventures together. From giant games of sardines, hide and seek, movies, every birthday party, picking crab apples off of neighbors trees, being chased by moose, building snow forts and mazes in the snow, being drug outside to play when I wanted to play video games all day... I'm super thankful for all the memories we made together. So thanks Alaska, and thank you amazing cul-de-sac for helping make me who I am today :) (at Alyeska Resort)

Lmao. I don’t think I’ve ever lost weight in a healthy way. I hate not seeing quick progress. I want to get rid of the fat I’ve accrued as quickly as possible because having gained back all of the weight I worked so hard to lose feels so fucking humiliating.

Sepertinya memang tahun lalu, setelah sekian lama, gw bisa ngerasain apa yang namanya kesedihan.

Yap, I should be grateful. Karena setelah gw agak gamang TA D3, hidup gw termasuk dalam pola stagnan dan jiwa gw kering kerontang #elah Dan gw ga pernah yang namanya nangis, karena stagnansi hidup gw... gw pikir itu bagus. Tapi gw baru sadar sekarang, hati gw dalam kondisi paling keras sekeras-kerasnya kayaknya selama 3 tahun itu.

Yes, 3 years, I felt nothing. I’m dead.

Terus yaaa... sejak saat itu gw terbangun pelan-pelan. Jiwa gw diguncangkan #elah Lalu ya gitu... melalui sebuah curahan air dari langit, gw terbangun. Lalu seperti layaknya seorang anak kecil yang baru lahir, gaweannya nangis, ya udah, sejak saat itu gw yang selalu tampak heartless... mulai sering nangis-nangisan di setiap kesempatan.

Capek sih, capek banget aslinya.

Tapi gw anggap nangis ini kek semacem... curahan air dan langit agar iman gw tumbuh seperti halnya pohon kurma, zaitun, dan juga taman =)) Hahaha. Coba cek Surat Abasa, ya seperti itu PERSIS!

Bagus lah.
