Disabled Disasters: Defying Doomsday Welcome, survivors and catastrophes! Look I get that not every choice can be implemented or have consequences. The games didn't focus THAT much on the choices from the previous games because it would be way too much of a hassle understandably.

But the choices and decisions that were shown, really added to the story, and made me feel like I influenced the world or my companions in some way.

Little throw away lines about the Warden or Hawke from the companions or random npc's, codex entries, letters, etc. Made it seem like my Warden and Hawke exist or had existed in that world. For me, those little acknowledgments and cameos were enough for me to keep making new saves with different choices and characters, to see what it would amount to in DAI.

So yeah, hearing that basically all of the choices from the past 3 games don't matter anymore has me:

Started reading Forbes' Ancient Metals in Antiquity and it's an absolutely lovely book, if... extremely 1950s archaeologically English [i.e. racist]. Highly recommend if anyone is interested in contextual ancient metallurgy though. I'm 95% positive the question about Cyprus copper can be discovered in here. But I'm on a different mission right now, so I'm skimming a bit. He doesn't seem to have a lot on Babylonia...
