Week 2 of current engagements to follow.
-
Oct. 26
I woke up around 10AM, today.
Did a bit of gaming before moving straight into exercise stuff, in anticipation for the outage.
First, today’s DD. 1′ one arm plank with EC. I really should keep the timer on the ground, it's just unpleasant straining the neck to glance up at desk to find my cue to switch sides. But done. :P
Second, Day 7 of the 30DoHIIT. Ab work, Level 3. Unlike the previous days - this one was completely untouched as far as structure went. And I did enjoy the selection of exercises. Except maybe the scissors - but I was able to manage.
Third, Day 7 of the PGC. 1′10″ un/clenching fists. Still outpaced the .gif slightly. But it’s definitely getting more challenging to do so,
(After some errands and feeding the dog...)
Fourth, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts.
(After the power going out around 6PM, I spent most of my remaining daylight hours on reading to dad.)
Last, Day 7 of the G2B. I got to bed a bit before midnight - probably one of few good things about the outages... =_=
-
Oct. 27
I woke up a bit after 10AM.
The pretty much the first thing I did was my exercise.
First, today’s DD. 10 plank walk-outs with EC. I saved the image before the outage, so I could still do it on time. It was just manageable.
Second, Day 8 of the 30DoHIIT. Cardio HIIT, Level 3. Despite the outage and not being able to listen to music with subs, this went pretty well. This was the same in everything except for set counts from the older version. So it was easier, now.
Third, Day 8 of the PGC. 1′10″ overhead flex hold. Pretty straightforward.
Fourth, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts. Iron Bar was probably the second hardest part of my exercises today. But I think it's going to be a good call for at least the next week or so.
(After spending some time repairing a bunch of gloves, going to Grandma’s for dinner because she still had power, and doing some reading to dad...)
Last, Day 8 of the G2B. I got to bed a bit later than yesterday, but still in the green zone.
-
Oct. 28
I woke up a little later than yesterday.
After some yard work, I went into my exercise early again.
First, today’s DD. 100 squat hold punches with EC. I asked my brother if he could use a bit of cell data for me to peak at this one, so I did it on time again. I  enjoyed it and my quads were on fire. :D
Second, Day 9 of the 30DoHIIT. Active Plank, Level 3. Good thing that I installed a HIIT Timer app on my phone for this one. Made this WO go p smoothly and the 2′ rest period was so nice. (Also worth noting, this was another day left completely untouched by revision. Except for the title.)
Third, Day 9 of the PGC. 1′20″ un/clenching fists. I think I maintained a pace of about 2/sec, but that was only an estimate.
Fourth, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts.
The power came online moments before grandma came to pick us up (~3PM). At her place, we played cards and ate dinner there. Dad tokk the time watching football.
Then we got home, I did a bit of gaming, ranting on Twitter, and took a shower, before winding down... which happened too late for the G2B (~3AM). Thankfully I’m giving myself one grace day each week.
-
Oct. 29
I woke up a bit before yesterday.
First, today’s DD. 2 minutes chest expansions with EC. I counted 112 reps by the end, a few shy of 1/sec. But I’m okay with that. It was fun, too.
Second, Day 10 of the 30DoHIIT. One & One. It escaped me to jot down my reps, this time. I would say this was harder than the previous instance this version, but easier than the older version. I did notice I staggered my pace during the jumping Ts, after going a bit too fast for the half jacks, but I did the jumping jacks somewhere in between them. Middle row was a nice breather. The high knees + butt kicks hovered between jogging and running.
Third, Day 10 of the PGC. 1′20″ overhead flex hold. This was made a touch harder after all the standing shoulder taps - but still manageable.
Fourth, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts.
I unfortunately did not get to bed on time, tonight. Though I did turn in a bit earlier, than yesterday. :/
-
Oct. 30
I got up a bit before 11AM.
After a bit of the usual and getting upset from feeling overwhelmed, I did some exercise.
First, today’s DD. 30″ star plank with EC. This was pretty doable, I think just negotiating the floor space was the most awkward part of it. :P
Second, Day 11 of the 30DoHIIT. Ab Work, Level 3. This was a day left completely untouched. And I enjoyed the selection of exercises and it did improve my mood a bit.
Third, Day 11 of the PGC. 1′30″ un/clenching fists. That got pretty tough to mostly outpace. And also tougher to type afterwards, which is an amusing effect of doing this exercise.
Fourth, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts. Pretty straightforward, feeling pretty helpful to do. Knees and ankles feel more stable. I’ll do this at least one more time before taking it out of the regimen for a time.
Last, Day 9 of the G2B. I did get to bed a few minutes before midnight - but I hit the yellow zone again.
-
Oct. 31
I got up sometime after 9AM - accidentally hit the snooze button too many times.
Woke up to the driver calling home. And I rushed my ass out to get in the car to keep them from waiting too long. Surprised I didn’t forget to bring anything with me, despite that (except there was no time for some food/coffee). @_@
Got to the facility, worked more on that project, went to WRAP Group, ran out for some vending machine snacks, and did the DD, before leaving home-bound.
The DD was 5′ “Zombie“ hold (it was basically just a frontal arm raise hold), done with EC. I found this amusingly festive to do before leaving the facility today. My triceps started trembling in the last minute or so, but still very doable and fun! :,D
Got home, spent a few hours on the usual, but I did roll out the garbage and exercised.
First, Day 12 of the 30DoHIIT. Active Plank, Level 3. I think this was easier than the old version - mostly because of fewer sets again. Selection-wise I think it’s a harder judge - it was definitely challenging to maintain balance going right into those plank rotations with the stacked muscle fatigue. But I managed and my abs burned good! =w=
Second, Day 12 of the PGC. 1′30″ overhead flex hold. This was just about doable - a good way to work some wrist ache out.
Last, Iron Bar + Footwork Workouts. I think this will be the last time I regularly incorporate these exercises, for the time being. They were very helpful!
Unfortunately didn’t get to bed on time again. Got to bed a bit after 2AM. :/
-
Nov. 1
I woke up around noon, today.
Most of my day was spent on the usual, making dinner, doing dishes, watching the rest of KLK + Snowpiercer. Dinner was stuffed green bell peppers... my knees didn’t like that. =_=
It was an active rest day, so as far as exercise went, I did just the DD. 40 climber taps with EC. Not much to say other than I found, this was just about doable.
For a bit of catch-up, I fulfilled Day 10 of the G2B. I went to bed shortly after midnight, and hit the yellow zone.
-
I’m going to just post this now. I draft another for the following week.

Methyl Ester Sulfonate Market to Touch US$ 2199.6 Mn Valuation by End of 2018-2026 Period
Upsurge in Demand for Bio-Based Products and Increasing Spending Capacity of Middle Class Population on Laundry and Personal Care Products to Propel Growth of Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) Market
The Methyl Ester Sulfonate report delivers insights about volume (KT) and value (US$ Mn) forecasts, market trends competition, market dynamics and latest developments in global Methyl Ester Sulfonate market for the analysis period 2018 to 2026.
The global methyl ester sulfonate market is estimated to be pegged at US$ 903.0 Mn by 2018 end and is forecast to reach US$ 2,199.6 Mn by the end of 2026, with a significant CAGR of 11.8% over the forecast period. The global methyl ester sulfonate market is expected to present an incremental opportunity of US$ 1,296.6 Mn between 2018 and 2026. The demand for methyl ester sulfonate is anticipated to observe significant growth over the forecast period, owing to the changing consumer sentiments towards bio-based products such as bio-detergents.
Request For Report Sample@ https://www.persistencemarketresearch.com/samples/27244
Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) is categorized as an anionic surfactant derived from oleo chemical feedstock by the sulfonation of saturated fatty acid methyl ester, which is a derivative of natural fatty acid and oils. Methyl ester sulfonate is used in the manufacturing of laundry detergent powders & laundry detergent soaps as well as personal care products, such as shampoos & soaps along with dish wash. In the recent times, there has been considerable focus on hydrogenated and highly refined methyl ester feedstock by manufacturers. Methyl ester sulfonate is derived from renewable natural resources and possess high detergency and calcium ion stability. Apart from this, methyl ester sulfonate is less toxic and easily bio-degradable.
The Low Toxicity, Economical Price Point and Biodegradability of Methyl Ester Sulfonate Drive Its Adoption in Detergents and Personal Care Products
Rapid growth in urban population, mainly in emerging countries, is anticipated to drive economic development. Growth in the younger population has increased spending on personal care products as more importance is being given to grooming and styling these days. Simultaneously, increasing environmental concerns have surged the demand for bio-based personal care products, which has been surging the demand for methyl ester sulfonate from the personal care industry.
The improving standard of living is fuelling the demand for business-casual clothing. That apart, growing interest in fashion and growing self-awareness have also led to an increase in the demand for clothing options. This demand for clothing has subsequently led to an increase in the demand for laundry detergents. Rising penetration of washing machines in developing economies is also expected to drive the demand for cost-effective detergents during the forecast period. Increasing preference of manufacturers towards the use of bio-based raw materials is another factor expected to drive the demand for methyl ester sulfonate during the forecast period.
Linear alkylbenzene sulfonate is widely used a raw material ingredient in the manufacturing of detergents; however, the price of alkylbenzene sulfonate has been increasing. Alkylbenzene sulfonate is a petroleum-derived product and a number of regulations are being imposed on it, as it is non-renewable. Methyl ester sulfonate can tackle problems related to alkylbenzene sulfonate as it is renewable, less toxic, bio-degradable and less expensive. This particular factor is expected to propel the demand for methyl ester sulfonate in the coming years.
Request Report Methodology@ https://www.persistencemarketresearch.com/methodology/27244
Rising Disposable Income and Favorable Socio-Economic Trends to Aid Methyl Ester Sulfonate Market Growth in Asia Pacific
The growth of the methyl ester sulfonate market is pegged to be determined by socio-economic trends, such as increasing population and rising spending capacity of middle-class in the growing markets of India and China. Steady economic growth in developing countries, such as China, India, and ASEAN countries, and rising per capita disposable income and expenditure in these regions are the major factors expected to drive the demand for laundry products and personal care products. This consumer market growth in developing regions is expected to in turn help drive the growth of raw material markets, such as the methyl ester sulfonate market.
In regions such as North America and Europe, the demand for methyl ester sulfonates is expected to plunge slightly, owing to the shifting trend towards the use of liquid detergents. In spite of this downturn, North America and Europe are estimated to be potential markets for methyl ester sulfonates, owing to the surging demand for bio-detergents in these regions, due to the ever rising environmental concern.
Methyl Ester Sulfonate Market – A Moderately Consolidated Market Largely Captured by Global Market Players
The global methyl ester sulfonate market is a moderately consolidated market with the domestic players accounting for a ~20-30% share of the overall market. Tier 1 players account for a ~50-60% share of the global methyl ester sulfonate market. Capacity expansion and product innovation are some of the important strategies undertaken by key players to expand and sustain in the global methyl ester sulfonate market. Some key recent developments & industry activities in the methyl ester sulfonate market are:
Lonkey, a professional detergent manufacturer in China, Sime Darby Group, a palm oil cultivation group, and Emery Oleochemical, an oleo chemical company, together stared a joint venture under the name of Guangzhou Keylink Chemical Co., Ltd. solely for the production of methyl ester sulfonate
Methyl ester sulfonate manufacturers are emphasizing on process optimization and product innovation to overcome the challenges faced during methyl ester sulfonate production
Methyl Ester Sulfonate Market: Key Participants
A few of the key market participants covered in the study of the global methyl ester sulfonate market include Stepan Company, Lion Corporation, KLK Oleo, Wilmar International Ltd. and Guangzhou Keylink Chemical Co., Ltd., among others.

30 day KlK challenge. Day 11 favorite episode:
EPISODE 3 JUNKETSU
Ok, there are so so many reasons why I love this episode. This was the episode that I went “holy shit, this show is ridiculous. I must watch it all.” It’s also the episode that I went “holy shit, look at those two! Ship it! Ship it hard!” and now I have a very special circle of hell reserved for me. So let’s break this down.
1. “Ask not the sparrow how the eagle soars. You aspire to nothing more than the shallow thoughts of commoners. I will not allow anyone to beat me in my own ambitions. My will is absolute. A kamui is just clothing, and I will make it bow to my will.” Satsuki has the best fucking lines ever. 2. Satsuki in full life fiber override. Also the first time we see a proper transformation because Satsuki is a boss. 3. GOD BLESS THAT KIRYUIN BOOTY and we get plenty of it in this episode. 4. A Senketsu suspender snap. A rarity and always to be treasured. 5. RYUKO IS FACE DOWN, ASS UP. GOD BLESS THE FAN SERVICE. 6. There are actually 3, that’s right, fucking THREE Kiryuin heel clicks in this episode. 7. The exact moment I said the words “Ship it. Ship it hard.” 8. Thaaaaats right Ryuko. Kneel before the steel queen. 9 & 10. This entire exchange between the two of them. -I’m gonna smash all of em All of what? -all that crap you’ve been talking about ambition this and aspirations that. I’m gonna take em all smash every last one of em and shove your goddamned face in it…and then you’ll be begging to tell me what I wanna know. and how does Satsuki respond? A SMIRK AND A HEEL CLICK
Of course Mako’s hallelujah speech and Ryuko finally achieving life fiber synchronize are notable badass parts of this episode, but I can only post 10 pictures. I just love every single thing about this episode and it was the episode that finally sunk all the hooks in for me on Kill la Kill.

Time for something different than the past few weeks - I’m going to get back on the programs/challenges thing. One less thing taking mental work (training plans are reasonably fun - but yeah).
-
Oct. 19
I woke up a bit before noon today.
Spent a good deal of the day on the usual stuff, before setting out to exercise.
First, today’s DD. 20 skydiver push-ups with EC. Got through by the skin of my teeth - despite running on coffee and chocolate beforehand. But mission accomplished.
(After some distractions and mulling over my exercise plans...)
Second, Day 1 of the 30 Days of HIIT Program. Cardio HIIT, done at Level 3. I definitely started to feel it in the latter half and it got me into the sweat zone really good! I didn’t realize until later that the main version discrepancy was in the number of sets per level was required. So this was a bit easier, on the face of it.
This is going to be a second go around for me and was one of the first programs I’ve completed by DAREBEE. So it’s going to be interesting to get it done at higher levels than before (with a newer version than what I did before). Let’s see if I can hit Level 3 all the way through!
Third, Day 1 of the Power Grip Challenge. 40″ of un/clenching fists. I wound up doing things a bit faster than the .gif. Remains to be seen if  can continue to out-pace it throughout the challenge. But I will try to make sure to “keep up”. This will be good for my wrists, especially with a long history at the computer. :,D
(After a few hours to chill, work on art, and wind down...)
Last, Day 1 of the Get To Bed On Time Challenge. I barely managed to get to bed before 1AM - but “I’ve got this.“
-
Oct. 20
I woke up a bit before 1PM, today.
Spent some time on the usual, before getting in my exercises.
First, today’s DD. 20 single leg deadlifts with EC (10/10). This took like 4 attempts but finally got it done. The successful attempt had a lot of wobbling, especially from a bit of muscle fatigue and frustration - but I managed to keep from falling out. Despite said frustration - I appreciate balance work a lot. :D
Second, Day 2 of the 30DoHIIT. Elbow plank, done at Level 3. This was one of the version discrepancies with the first time around, 10-20-30 vs 10-20-10-20. I think the new structure is a bit more challenging (possibly because sum rest time during the round is less). The first 10″ interval is a bit awkward because of the time spent getting to position after a timer reset.
Third, Day 2 of the PGC. 40″ overhead flex hold. This was surprising a bit challenging! I had to carry over the steady breathing from the HIIT workout, for sure.
(After doing some more Pomodoro-timed art progress in...)
Last, Day 2 of the G2B.
-
Oct. 21
I got up a bit before 9AM, today.
After a bit of gaming, doing some dishes, and rewatching some KLK, I went directly to getting my exercise in early.
First, today’s DD. 1′ plank leg raises with EC. I counted 62 reps, by the end. The form was a bit awkward to keep track of the timer on my desk from the floor for the first half. But it was doable. :D
Second, Day 3 of the 30DoHIIT. One & One. I remember that these days kicked my ass the first time around. But, I do think that this version’s selection of exercises were easier to manage. (Maybe in a future go-around - I’ll revisit the old version of the program!)
I did count my reps for the whole sequence, too:
High Knees - 141
Butt Kicks - 128
Side Leg Raises - 58 (Alternated each rep)
Chest Expansions - 58
Jumping Jacks - 64 (Fun stuff, but kinda glad that this was the last “hard“ exercise of the workout.) :,D
Raised Arm Circles - 115 (Switched direction every 20 reps)
Alt Arm / Leg Raises - 40 (Alternated each rep)
Raised Leg Swings - 98 (Switched at 30″)
Knee-In Extensions - 42 (Switched at 30″; made awkward by constant tilting of line of sight between floor and desk to see the timer)
Third, Day 3 of the PGC. 50″ un/clenching fists. Managed to outpace the .gif again - but I did have to slow down near the end. May have to moderate things sooner than later. :P
(After some time, made some notes for my dental appointment tomorrow. I also worked on more art while using the Pomodoro technique.)
Last, Day 3 of the G2B. I managed to get to bed a bit before 1AM - so I’m holding the yellow zone. Barely scraping the ideal of around midnight. But, I have to allow some grace.
-
Oct. 22
I woke up after 9AM. Kind of annoyed about the alarm not going off. Not sure if I forgot to set it or just didn’t hear it, but thankfully my ride calling us got me up.
Went to the facility, but all I really did was participate in Seeking Safety Group and talking with the facilitator about various things (which was enjoyable). Good thing I didn’t completely lose track of time and was able to pull away on time to get picked up for my dental appointment.
Despite being a ball of nerves - the diagnostic appt went well enough. I'm going to try & see if getting a fitted night-guard may help. But I may have to consider getting orthodontics, down the road. Aesthetically, I don't mind having crooked teeth. I guess there may be functional reasons to do it.
I mean... I do bite my right cheek on accident more often than the other. And it may better distribute bite force on my teeth, in general (not just for the sensitive one). I guess I'm warming up to that idea more than ever. Only concern is if it's deemed a cosmetic procedure.
But, I think this was a good first impression with this clinic. They seemed very nice and communicative. So that was another point in the good for this experience. I’m doing something about this. That matters.
Got home (the transporter guy was fun to talk to, today), did some of the usual - but I did bake some pizza and exercised (even though I was already kind of exhausted at that point).
First, today’s DD. 30 reverse crunches with EC. Probably among my favorite crunch variations. Happy that despite a heavy meal, this wasn't a problem.
Second, Day 4 of the 30DoHIIT. Basic Burpees, done at Level 3. I noticed some concerning, but painless instability in left knee and ankle throughout the latter half. That did get pretty winding, regardless! (Like the elbow plank day, I think this was a bit tougher than the older version.)
Third, Day 4 of the PGC. 50″ overhead flex hold. Pretty simple and to the point.
Fourth, for supplementary cooldown, I did Iron Bar + Footwork to address the knees and ankles a bit more. I may have to run these WOs more for the next few days to see if that’ll rectify those concerns.
(After a few hours chilling with the usual activities...)
Last, Day 4 of the G2B. I went to bed in the green zone, tonight. (Estimated clock out time being before 1AM.)
-
Oct. 23
I woke up a bit after 10AM, today.
Spent a few hours on the usual before exercising, today.
First, today’s DD. 10 shrimp squats without EC. I felt I could only get 3/4s the way down to the floor, with chair support. It's super intense in the knees and I kind of didn't want to accidentally ram them into the ground on descent or be unable to get up. :P
Second, Day 5 of the 30DoHIIT. Active Plank, done at Level 3. Despite the lower set ranges - I think the fact it was all elbow plank variations might’ve made this harder than the older version of things, certainly more anaerobic (and wearing long sleeves were very necessary). I really felt my abs during the body saws, not breaking the plank until the side bridges (which was kinda odd to structure for an uneven number of seconds and without a 7.5″ buzzer - I settled on shooting for 4/4 to maximize rep count and symmetrical loading.)
Third, Day 5 of the PGC. 1′ un/clenching fists. Just about doable. Only issue was the long sleeves trapping my fingers’ ROM a couple times, when arms were down.
Fourth, I did the same cooldown workouts as yesterday. Iron Bar burns so good. :,D
Last, Day 5 of the G2B. I got to bed a bit before 1AM - so it was marked down as yellow for me.
-
Oct. 24
I woke up a bit after 8AM, today.
Got to the facility, did some drawing, and attended both the WRAP and Grounding Group today. Felt productive and reasonably thought-provoking.
Got home, was roped into a game of rummy but I had to tap out after that one. I was just too fucking tired to keep track of stuff. I think I was polite about it, though.
Did some of the usual to recover a bit, before getting in my exercise.
First, today’s DD. 40 ninja lunges with EC. Had to shore up a bit of energy after an exhausting day, to get this done. Was pretty busy, today. :P
Second, Day 6 of the 30DoHIIT. High Knees, Level 3. I think this was possibly easier than the old version - mostly for the lower set count. Nevertheless - I really felt the fatigue after the first 2-3 sets. Probably was not that great to do, feeling like I needed a couple hours of sleep.
Third, Day 6 of the PGC. 1′ overhead flex hold. Just doable.
Last, I did the same cooldown workouts as yesterday. I think that doing these as supplements will be a good thing.
I didn’t get to bed on time due to distractions.
-
Oct. 25
I woke up around noon, today.
Did a bit of the usual + some errands (got a flu shot + shopped to prep for the predicted outage tomorrow.)
Today’s an active rest day, so I didn’t do much in terms of exercise.
First, today’s DD. 2′ sitting punches with EC. This was another personal favorite and holding that ab engagement the whole time got to be quite the willpower game! I counted 253 punches thrown in the duration, feels like a good pace. :D
(After some time with the usual, and getting dishes done...)
Last, Day 6 of the G2B. I went to bed a bit before midnight. So, I hit the yellow zone again.
-
With that, I’m going to post this now. Power may go out later today (26).

30 Day KLK Challenge
Day 10 (like 60 days after day 9 but whatever, I like to finish what I start)
Least favorite character:
RAGYO KIRYUIN
Tumblr media
I hate discoMILF. A lot. I just...ugh. I hate discoMILF so much that I went 60 days between days of the challenge because I didn’t want to post about discoMILF (that is so not true for the entire 60 days but was totally true for like the first 3 days after the day 9 post).

30 day KlK challenge day 9 Favorite outfit: GAMAGORIS UNTRANSFORMED ULTIMATE 3 STAR GOKU UNIFORM For this one I didn't include Senketsu or Junketsu in my options of outfits because in my mind they are characters first and outfits second. Even though Junketsu never speaks, the character is pretty clear, and there's a piece of me that absolutely loves Junketsu but that subject is for a different post. I always loved both of Gamagoris transformations, especially the original scourge regalia, but the final design of the 3 star uniforms was superb. I like Gamagoris the best because of the simplicity of the whole thing and how prominent the 3 star on the chest is. The only reason Gamagoris outfit out weighs Inumutas is because I like Gamagori a little more.

30 day KlK challenge day 6: Favorite parings. I'm going to assume this is my ships? And I'm probably about to get some shit but whatever. I also want to preface this with: I have my ships, you have yours. While your ships might not be my ships, I will never talk shit about your ships. Please don't talk shit about mine to me. I also happen to have a ton of art for each of my ships on my phone but none of it is mine so I will not use it for this post. SATSURYU & MAKAGORI I started shipping satsuryu before I found out reasons you shouldn't ship satsuryu and I just can't stop. I mean come on! Who wouldn't ship them after episode 3?!?! As for Makagori they're just too fucking adorable. I will ship it till the day I die.

30 day KlK challenge day 4: Most underrated character
MITSUZŌ SOROI
So much so that I didn’t even know his first name until now. Soroi is badass in every way. Especially episode 3 when that other weird butler dude is like “no Satsuki you can’t have Junketsu. Soroi, wtf? Why aren’t you stopping her?” Soroi is just like “Satsuki’s gonna do Satsuki.” Plus I like to think Soroi was the one who took care of Satsuki after soichiro/isshin took off.

KlK 30 day challenge: day 1 Ryuko, Satsuki, or Mako.
SATSUKI KIRYUIN
This was an incredibly difficult choice between Ryuko and Satsuki (sorry Mako fans, she’s still super important to me!!). I absolutely love both characters but when it comes down to it, it’s gotta be Satsuki.
