I'd like you to type up your idea about the star wars hotel.

okay so basically it has to be a hotel containing an experience, not an immersive experience confined to a hotel. the story has to be a value-add. unfortunately the app is going to be important.

there needs to be a star wars story happening -- multiple stories! -- but you're not the star. you're IN a star wars story, not creating it. the hotel is primarily a star wars cruise ship themed hotel that has some additional star wars activities you can do in the day, like the asteroid field or the lightsaber training (and I'll be real with you the way the lightsaber training apparently worked was legit genius, in round 3 aiming the lasers at your lightsaber so it feels like you're predicting them)

but your whole day isn't scheduled. it is assumed you go to the parks for most of the day. the cruise ship of course will stop at a different "port of call" every day, with a "docking bay" for shuttle service to different "planets" aka the different parks. you have different uniforms and signage for the people in the shuttle service every day, nothing extensive, just make it look like "oh, this is a different port we landed at." so you can go to other parks besides galaxy's edge. the magic kingdom is obviously a lush luxury planet. the world of pandora is, you know, that. ah, typhoon lagoon, you mean Typh Lagos IV? I hear the climate is like Kamino, but much more temperate!

but you hide little bits of star warsy things in each park, kind of like the Kim Possible event she described. we'll get back to that. you don't have all the guests' time scheduled, but you DO want them back earlier than most, because you still have events going on, story-related or not. you have the dinner theater with the star wars singers and so on. plot events happen in the afternoon and evening.

the exception to this is you set aside exactly two days of the week to be plot days where guests are expected to be on the ship all day. you set these on Saturday (most crowded day, keeps one hotel of guests out of the park) and Wednesday (least crowded day, encourages people to come in midweek to visit on Tuesday and Thursday when you normally have less customers). The length of stay isn't the same fixed duration for everyone, instead, you have a set of storylines that run for seven days but don't all pay off at the same time.

You need more stories with less cast involvement. Basically, you can't do the thing where you act like each group of guests is a different timeline where they're doing the things. It's one set of events everyone is around for. There's not multiple Chewie escapes per day that can misalign, there's one Chewie escape on this one day.

The audience participation has a bigger proportion come from cooperating with each other. That thing where everybody got the notes at dinner and Jenny thought they'd have to work together to figure them out -- actually do that, because the time they're doing that is time they're doing a star wars experience but you aren't having to pay a cast member to run it. you take the idea of the scanning cargo and do something with it, make it a bunch of scavenger hunts to do star wars things. if you're going to Typh Lagos IV, the resistance contact needs you to meet a few people on that planet and check in. hey, these people are situated all around the major attractions in the park so you'll travel to all of them! they're normal employees of typhoon lagoon doing employee things, but they have little scripts or instructions about how to interact with guests where they're secretly star wars guys with star wars things! doing all that cargo scanning isn't just for the sake of scanning, the smuggler wants someone to tag the boxes that have spice in them so his guy can pick them up later. now it's a mission! it's a mission where you get rewarded kind of like the Kim Possible thing, little souvenirs or tchotchkes left by the maid service with a little "thanks for the job well done ;-)" message!

Vige: “Ma siamo i suoi amici! Qui è l’unico che rimorchia effettivamente qualcuno, ci servono i dettagli” Marco che esce dal silenzio con un: “Ma parla per te!”

Dino: “Buona fortuna”

Vige: “Marco che ne pensi?” e Macco se ne esce con un’alzata di spalle. Quando Erma esce dal bagno ormai hanno abbandonato in un angolo l’argomento e mentre Ermal prende il tabacco per farsi una sigaretta sentenzia con un “vado a fumare” aprendo la finestra del balcone “Aspè vengo anch’io” dice Marco prima di alzarsi dal letto per prendere il pacchetto delle sigarette. Fatto sta che si ritrovano Ermal e Marco sul balcone appoggiati con i gomiti alla ringhiera con le finestre socchiuse mentre gli altri parlano di musica e cose varie.

Ermal: “Mi piace davvero, sai? -Marco che si gira verso di lui alzando le sopracciglia- Fabrizio. Sono stato bene oggi, non mi capitava da un po’”

Marco: “Suona? Ho visto la chitarra” ad Ermal si illuminano gli occhi e sorride d’istinto: “Si, ha una voce spettacolare. Dovresti sentirlo, è... graffiante, calda. È molto bella.” Marco che lo guarda e fa un mezzo sorriso, bastava quello per capire che Ermal era già sotto un treno per il tipo

Ermal, dopo qualche secondo di silenzio: “E se stessi sbagliando? A provarci, intendo”

Marco: “Pensi che lui non ci starebbe?” e Ermal che si gira a guardarlo ridendo: “Oh ci starebbe eccome, credimi, anche troppo” e Marco solo ora si rende conto di un leggero livido succhiotto che viene nascosto dai riccioli e quasi si soffoca facendo un tiro alla sigaretta “E allora che problemi ci sono?”

Ermal: “Sai come sono, dovrebbe essere una vacanza” e Marco che capisce, è il suo migliore amico e sa che se qualcuno lo prende ci investe anima e corpo e questa vacanza finita, non durerà in eterno e non può permettersi di perdere la testa per una persona che tra tot giorni non rivedrà più

Marco: “Non ti fasciare la testa prima di cadere, vedi come va e non ti privare di nulla finché puoi, poi si vedrà” dice subito dopo aver spento definitivamente la sigaretta girandosi verso Ermal che sta spegnendo anche la sua

Ermal che sussurra un “Grazie Macco” mentre appoggia per un attimo la testa sulla spalla di Marco mentre lui gli mette un braccio sulla spalla stringendola un po’ e Ermal che trattiene a stento il “E se stessi già cadendo?” che ha sulla punta della lingua (In inglese poi è tutto più bello perché cadere=fall=fall in love=innamorarsi e AAAAAAAAAA E CHE CAZZO)

La sveglia, la mattina successiva, suona dopo quello che gli sembra troppo poco tempo. Ad Ermal sembra di aver dormito due ore. E con tutto il tempo che ha passato a girarsi e rigirarsi nel letto probabilmente non ha tutti i torti.

Per ore ha rimuginato su quello che ha detto a Marco, e i dubbi, la confusione cosmica dei suoi sentimenti e i ricordi dei giorni precedenti l'hanno tenuto mezzo sveglio, lasciandolo riposare in una sorta di dormiveglia solo di tanto in tanto. Fatto sta che Andrea sta già facendo casino e tutti gli altri si stanno arrendendo all'incombere di un nuovo giorno, Ermal compreso, il quale ancora mezzo rimbambito si conquista il primo posto in bagno

Va a finire che, mezzo addormentato o meno, è il primo ad uscire e no, non è assolutamente di cattivo umore a causa della carenza di riposo e, soprattutto, dell'assenza di Fabrizio per la buona parte del weekend

Passa la colazione a pensare a tutte le diverse attività con cui si terrà occupato il suo Bizio quel giorno, mentre lui passerà la giornata a non fare niente e quasi sicuramente a peggiorare il suo stato d'animo esponenzialmente E ASPETTA ASPETTA N'ATTIMO CHE ERA QUEL SUO? "ERMAL RIPIGLIATI" pensa, prima di alzarsi da tavola e andare a raccattare velocemente le sue cose, mandare un messaggio sul gruppo per avvisare gli altri e uscire in fretta e furia da quell'hotel. Gli altri non si stupiscono nemmeno più di sto atteggiamento a parte Vige che "un po' insofferente il ragazzo", ma dopo un'occhiata di Macco, una delle sue, si rassegna pure lui

Il fresco del mattino e le rive verdi del lago sono una boccata d'aria fresca per Ermal, deciso a camminare sulla ciclabile fino a perdersi (per una volta si trova a ringraziare gli dei per la tecnologia). Non passano nemmeno venti minuti che si ritrova fermo a fissare affascinato un locale dall'altro lato della strada. La pizzeria è un gioiello di posto: un ampio giardino che lo circonda, lanterne, lucine e mobili di vimini a ornare il patio esterno, vetrate luminose e camerieri elegantissimi nella loro divisa nera, già indaffarati in vista del pranzo. Ermal immagina Fabrizio con una divisa nera, poi l'immagine lascia spazio a un Fabrizio con giacca e cravatta, le mani tatuate e i capelli sparati in aria che fanno da contrasto, e sinceramente è una delle cose più belle che gli abbia mai servito la sua mente così, su un piatto d'argento.

Mancano non tantissimi giorni alla fine della vacanza e fanculo, buttiamoci. La passeggiata gli ha tirato su il morale molto più del previsto, ed Ermal torna vittorioso in hotel con il foglietto della prenotazione per due  per la sera dopo stretto nella mano.

Sto cambiamento di umore non passa inosservato agli altri, ma nessuno commenta, e Vige si sente libero di sfidarlo, sorridendo maleficamente, a una seconda gara di tuffi convintissimo di vincere e guess what: Ermal si prende la sua rivincita battendolo su tutta la linea, ahh, sweet revenge

Ora non resta che aspettare il pomeriggio successivo. Ermal sorride, rendendosi conto che sarà effettivamente il loro primo appuntamento.

Ermal ha osservato Andrea autodistruggersi nella sua competitività, e nonostante Marco tifasse palesemente per Vige, alla fine persino lui non ha potuto fare altro che ammettere che la tecnica di Ermal nelle ultime due settimane è leggermente migliorata. Andrea dal canto suo ha accettato la sconfitta con un "certo che ce ne metti di impegno per far colpo sul tuo amico laggiù" al che il cuore di Ermal balza allegramente un battito, mentre il suo proprietario gira i tacchi un tantino troppo velocemente e ah già, è sabato pomeriggio

Ermal era sicuro che non avrebbe rivisto Fabrizio almeno fino a quella sera, sicuramente sarà di turno al bar, Ermal ne era certo grazie alle sue doti da stalker e ai calcoli intricati riguardanti i turni di bizio, 100% confirmed e invece guarda un po' chi gli sta facendo l'occhiolino da dietro il bancone

Ed Ermal non può far a meno che sorridergli e pensare "oh sto infame sempre a fare occhiolini e mandare bacetti sta", more like "okay fai finta di nulla mi raccomando non pensare a cose troppo porno, come per esempio quelle labbra stirate in un sorriso un po' troppo furbo, o i muscoli delle braccia tesi mentre finisce di preparare i Campari per le due bionde sedute sugli sgabelli di fronte a lui, o lo sguardo un po' troppo penetrante per uno che sta ancora lavorando e contemporaneamente sembra ul punto di andare a sollevarlo e sbatterlo al muro malamente-"

"Oh Ermal ma sei ancora tra noi o no?" la voce di Dino lo riporta nel regno dei vivi e buongiornissimo Gigi

“Ma sì, sempre a rompere le palle state, mi ero perso un attimo nei miei pensieri" al che gli torna in mente la prenotazione per la cena dopo e non può fare a meno che sorridere come un bimbo felice

Fatto sta che Ermal getta un'occhiata verso il bar di soppiatto, e Fabrizio non si vede più da nessuna parte. Un bambino gli passa vicino strillando qualcosa del tipo "SONO GIÀ LE CINQUE E ANCORA NON MI HAI PRESO IL GELATO MAMMAA" e oddio come le cinque, Ermal ha solo un paio d'ore per docciarsi, cambiarsi, decidere quello che si metterà quella sera, un dilemma esistenziale vero e proprio, e prendere il solito aperitivo al piano di sopra. Fabrizio avrà finito il turno, per forza è sparito nel nulla che manco Luke Skywalker.

Ermal si dilegua e dopo aver passato tre quarti d'ora buoni in bagno (sti capelli non stanno da nessuna parte diobó) eccolo là, impalato a torso nudo davanti a tre appendini che sorreggono le rispettive camicie a dir poco eccentriche.

Dopo aver rimuginato per un'altro quarto d'ora (gli altri erano praticamente già pronti, e dire che li ha preceduti di una mezz'ora buona), mette via tutto e tira fuori la camicia più sobria che si è portato dietro, tinta unica turchese. Sopra ci piazza un bel giubbotto dorato e oh yes, ora ci siamo

Aperitivo e cena passano velocemente tra battute e risate (e non mancano le lamentele di Andrea perché hai barato, non ci si allea contro un avversario onesto come me E VIA ALLE DISPUTE PURE A TAVOLA IN MEZZO ALLA GENTE) mentre di Bizio, nemmeno l'ombra, non sarà mica caduto da una scala un soppalco un albero un tetto?

Ermal finisce di bere il suo caffè (è il quarto che prende quel giorno l'iperattività inizia a farsi sentire)A un certo punto si rende conto che sta davanti al bar, a fare avanti e indietro come un forsennato, perso nei suoi pensieri. Fabrizio lo sta fissando e manco cerca più di trattenere le risate ormai e “Me stai a scavà na fossa ner pavimento.. tutto bene??"

“Mmh mi sa che ho esagerato con i caffè oggi" Ermal fa per sedersi sullo sgabello, appoggiandosi con i gomiti al bancone, quando Fabrizio gli prende la mano e ci lascia su un bacio sonoro. Ermal.exe che più .exe nun se pò.

"Me sei mancato, sai" e il rossore di Ermal passa inosservato all'orda di ragazzi ventenni che si affollano per prendersi il primo drink e farsi fighi con le ragazze inglesi già sedute sui divanetti. Un po' meno inosservato a Bizio, che arrossisce leggermente a sua volta, ma allo stesso tempo guarda Ermal con una scintilla indecifrabile negli occhi e un sorriso che non tradisce alcun imbarazzo

Sti pischelli finalmente se ne vanno ed ecco, è il momento giusto, nessuno sta facendo caso a loro. "Devo dire-" attacca Ermal "che mi sei mancato un bel po' pure te" e Fabrizio nota il bracciale al polso di Ermal "Pure io non l'ho tolto, me sa che dà proprio n'influsso positivo, nun te so dì il perché"

“Non ho intenzione di toglierlo molto presto nemmeno io" e sì vanno avanti cosi per dieci minuti, tra sorrisi dolci che evviva il diabete e ammiccamenti da sedicenni. Ed Ermal tra un po' si dimentica della cena ma per fortuna la divisa nera dell'altro cattura la sua attenzione e dai ora o mai più

“Ho pensato di farti una specie di sorpresa" Fabrizio alza le sopracciglia, colto alla sprovvista "sì, insomma, dopo che mi hai sopreso in quel modo sul lungolago regalandomi questo" riprende, accennando al bracciale, "mi sono sentito in dovere di fare qualcosa per te"

“Qualsiasi cosa sia-" lo interrompe Fabrizio avvicinandosi ancora di più "direi che ho ricevuto un ringraziamento più che soddisfacente"

La sua voce è troppo bassa e roca ed Ermal seve deglutire un attimo per riprendersi prima di mettere in ordine i pensieri e continuare

Lasciamo un attimo da parte quello" [inserire occhiata MOLTO eloquente di Bizio] "stavo pensando-" e un signore di mezza età li interrompe, seppur molto gentilmente, per chiedere a Fabrizio due drink. Ermal tira giù tredici santi nella sua mente.

“Stavi pensando...?" Lo incalza Fabrizio- “Sei libero domani a cena?" Ermal sputa fuori quelle parole come fossero un insulto e woah, easy tiger, mentre Fabrizio scoppia a ridere di fronte alla faccia costernata e ai gesti nervosi di Ermal (si è sistemato i ricci almeno cinque volte negli ultimi dieci minuti) e "sì, certo che so libero"

“Meno male perché ho già prenotato, cena, io e te, rimaniamo per le otto, fai anche otto e un quarto va" Ermal è sollevato, e si rende conto di sembrare un rincoglionito ma non riesce a levarsi il sorriso dalla faccia. Fabrizio nel frattempo è rimasto di stucco, qualcosa nel suo cuore è andato a posto e ora sente solo un calore strano in mezzo al petto, e guarda ammirato il ragazzo stupendo che ha davanti. "Sei ancora più luminoso co' sta giacca" gli dice con un mezzo sorriso "e grazie dell'invito, non mancherei per nulla ar mondo"

“Ti do il mio numero di telefono, nel caso ci fosse qualche imprevisto” e Bizio sgrana un attimo gli occhi perché ah già il telefono e fatto sta che appena gli scrive il numero su un foglietto inizia ad arrivare una marea di gente ed è costretto a tornare a lavorare seriamente

Tra l’altro i ragazzi lo trascinano via perché la serata karaoke e Bizio che osservando da lontano la scena pensa almeno lo sentirò cantare mentre lavoro

Il problema è che non sapeva COSA gli avrebbero fatto cantare

A few hours later Vige è più di la che di qua a causa dell’alcol ingerito aka sta male e ha davvero bisogno di vomitare perché raramente si prendeva sbronze simili e per punizione, visto che il giorno prima erano stati brutalmente abbandonati, quello che si dovrà occupare di lui per il resto della serata è proprio Ermal che in versione fratellone che gli regge il capo e gli bagna la testa con una bottiglietta ghiacciata rubata a una signora sorry Vige, tvb

Ermal si accorge tipo alle 3 di notte del messaggio che gli aveva mandato Fabrizio all’una con scritto “Buonanotte infermiere!” Perché aveva visto tutta la scena da lontano mentre lavorava e ovviamente trattiene a stento le risate quando spiando il suo profilo si accorge che ha come stato ancora l’”Hi there! I’m using WhatsApp!”

La Mattina dopo Ermal si sveglia con un mal di testa assurdo, solo a vedere del cibo gli viene il voltastomaco e opta per un thè+moment accompagnato solo da due biscotti perché non si prendono i medicinali a stomaco vuoto.

La soluzione è passeggiare e non possono mancare i millemila film mentali e ripensamenti sull’appuntamento di quella sera perché non usciva seriamente con qualcuno da un po’, flirtava o andava con gente random conosciuta in maniera random semplicemente perché era una persona e ne aveva bisogno, neanche si impegnava. Era da quando stava con la sua ex che non si organizzava davvero per qualcosa e questa cosa lo turbava perché anche con lei era stato tutto molto graduale essendo prima di tutto compagni di classe, ma Fabrizio lo conosceva da quanto, 4 giorni???

D’altro canto, lui non lo sapeva, ma anche Bizio ci teneva tantissimo che andasse tutto bene perché nonostante sia molto fisico è quasi più attratto dalla connessione mentale con lui e la cosa lo sconvolge perché l’essere attratto per uomini e donne gli era già capitato, sapeva di essere bisessuale, ma un coinvolgimento mentale/emotivo così non lo aveva da una vita

“Stavo diventando quasi l’ombra dei miei anni” dal nuovo inedito e cazzo Aveva 32 anni e si sentiva così stanco emotivamente che si stava un po’ lasciando andare, prendeva le cose come capitavano senza impegnarsi e Ermal è stato letteralmente una luce, che nel giro di poche ore gli aveva fatto venir voglia di fare qualcosa, di non stare fermo ad aspettare che la vita passi

DETTO QUESTO, Ermal deve pur annunciare la sua non-presenza a cena alla truppa, quindi decide di dire la cosa a pranzo e “Stasera non contate su di me, esco a cena con Fabrizio" lo sentenzia proprio cosi senza infamia né lode, in qualche modo doveva dirlo e via il dente e via il dolore

Marco proprio not impressed e annuisce mentre Vige che lo guarda come a dire MA TU SAI QUALCOSA E NOI NO, ferito nell’anima proprio

“Ma siete amici o amici amici?” Manco alle elementari Vige

“Siamo io e lui, punto.” grazie Ermal ora è tutto più chiaro

Vige fissa ancora un attimo Ermal e poi ci rinuncia definitivamente perché dovreste vergognarvi, dopo tutto quello che faccio per voi e Ermal lo guarda e mangia come a dire “Ma stat citt”

Vige fa il finto offeso e decide di consumare quel che era rimasto dal post-sbornia sotto il sole cocente, seguito da Dino, mentre Marco che da protective mama si gira e “Oh se hai bisogno di qualcosa chiama me mi raccomando, non sparire” perché è ancora in fase soft dalla chiacchierata di ieri sera e in fondo anche due anni fa è stato l’unico a vedere come stava di merda Ermal e non vuole vederlo di nuovo ridotto a uno straccio

E non si sa mai che questo non sparisca a caso e certo Macco lui penserà a te durante la serata

Poi arriva il momento in cui poco dopo pranzo Ermal va a prendere una cosa al bar mentre c’è Fabrizio e Vige sotto l’ombrellone col binocolo a vedere la scena perché voglio sapere

Ermal che si appoggia al banco con gli occhi a cuoricino mentre Bizio a un certo punto ha due secondi di numero liberi e mentre sistema dei bicchieri gli mette una mano sulla fronte per spostargli i capelli dagli occhi perché “ma non hai caldo??? Fosse per me girerei nudo”

Vige si gira a guardarli proprio mentre Bizio si sporge e gli dà un bacio a stampo CHE MANCO NEI FILM, SOTTOOOONI

Vige ha capito e facciamo tutti un applauso di supporto per sto poretto pls

“Ma allora come me devo vestì stasera, me lo vuoi dare 'n mezzo indizio o no??" e Ermal.exe che manco sa lui che mettersi e "è un posto molto carino, ma non ti sto portando a teatro tranquillo, vestiti come preferisci" GLI PASSANO DAVANTI VISIONI CELESTIALI DI FABRIZIO IN CAMICIA E BASTA PENSA AD ALTRO ERMALÌ

FATTO STA CHE questi si devono pur preparare

Fab alla fine opta per la camicia nera mezza sbottonata per mettere in mostra la croce + via delle girandole con le maniche arrotolate sulle braccia e dei pantaloni neri che gli fasciano le cosce e collane random, coronando il tutto con il suo fidato cappello nero

Mentre Ermal è da 20 minuti con un asciugamano alla vita davanti a 3 grucce attaccate all’armadio indeciso su cosa mettersi

Alla fine opta per una maglia nera semplice sui pantaloni di pelle nera e una giacca nera con i fiori blu (per intenderci: quella della finale di Sanremo)

FINALMENTE, dopo aver sistemato alla bella e meglio la sua matassa di capelli, va verso la hall dove si doveva incontrare con Fabrizio e non può mancare il selfie in ascensore che manda prontamente alla sorella

When it comes to places to say, I personally recommend “La Zanahoria Chic” a little hotel own by a family that also has a bakery! So you get free coffe and on top of that you can go to the loby and get some cake..
