Well dear viewer, I'm gonna give you a TL;DR and then under the cut give a more in-depth explanation, I'll even cut it up into different sections to make viewing easier :)

TL;DR this guy is a 5yo Gen Alpha brainrotted kid stuck in a 14yo kid's body, and he's been harassing multiple (mainly TADC) accounts on Tumblr for a bit now, and just being a nuisance and damaging people's mental health.

That's the simple explanation, if you're still not convinced you need to block this guy (and his [supposed] girlfriend) and report him until your hands hurt and/or would like to know more thennnnn

The Long Explanation

Okay so I'm gonna be quoting the Google Doc a LOT here, you'll be able to tell which parts are quoted and which parts are me.

"Randy or randysworld2009 is a Tumblr user that appeared around TADC blogs in the beginning of 2024. Since then, he has built a history of harassing said blogs, mostly roleplay/askblog accounts and artists, forcing roleplay and specially spouting misogyny towards women mods and fem leaning characters, transphobic and homophobic towards queer people. At one point he started getting his information messed up, saying that he was super straight and then later on a “half-bisexual��, also often times approaching people with romantic/sexual intent and then getting angry when those same people state that they are not interested or are above legal age, which he supposedly is not. It is believed that Randy is 14 years old, but at this point, we can’t be certain of what information is true or false. For all we know, his blog could be just a troll."

So yeah, this guy is bad news. That was a direct (formal) quote from one of the victims.

Armament(s):

240mm Cannon • Mounted over the right shoulder, the cannon is clip fed, with a spare clip mounted on the rear waist armor.

60mm Vulcan Gun • A standard armament of the armor suits that are descended from the Earth Federation.These head mounted shell firing weapons have a high-rate of fire, but little power and are generally ineffective against armor suits; however, the vulcan gun can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. These weapons are ideal for shooting down small, lightly armored targets such as missiles or small vehicles.

BR-M-79C-1 Beam Spray Gun • The Beam Spray Gun was essentially the Gundam's beam rifle in a smaller weaker form. The beam spray gun has a smaller focusing coil which results in a less powerful, and a more scattered shot. As a result of this the beam spray gun is less effective at long range, but is better at close range due to a more spread out shot, similar to a shotgun effect. While the beam spray gun is less powerful than the beam rifle, it has been shown to be able to penetrate the armor of a Rick Dom - one of the most heavily armored suits.

NF GMG-Type.37/100mm Machine Gun • The standard armament for Federation armor suit ground forces, the Type 37 is an open-bolt, gas-operated, magazine-fed, armor suit handheld machine gun. It fires a 100×450 millimeter round at a rate of 500 rounds per minute and is loaded with a 20-round box magazine. Features include a folding stock and swivel forward hand grip. Maximum effective range of 1.5 kilometers.

BLASH HB-L-03/N-STD Hyper Bazooka • Technically a large rocket launcher it could fire several 380mm missiles to attack targets at long range. No mass-production armor is able to stop this weapon. While very powerful, it has a slow rate of fire and a fairly little amount of ammunition. Often used to take out slow, heavily armored targets.

BOWA·BR-S-85-C2 Beam Rifle • The standard ranged armament of the many armor suits is the beam rifle. The particle beam fired from a beam rifle can penetrate almost any armor that has not been treated with specific counter-measures. The beam rifle has a power rating of 1.9 MW and is powered by a rechargeable energy cap.

FADEGEL RGM-M-Sh-003 Shield • A basic arm-mounted defense armament for many Federation suits. The shield is a thick sheet of armor designed to take severe punishment that would normally destroy a armor suit. Since the introduction of beam weaponry, shields have been treated with an anti-beam coating allowing it to withstand several beam shots before the coating wears off. Typically physical shields can only take so much damage before they succumb to the pressure and break. A shield can be equipped to either arm of the GM Cannon in order to increase defense against both beam and physical attacks.

RGM*S-Sh-WF/S-00109 Shield • The GM Cannon is also capable of mounting on either of its forearms a smaller RGM*S-Sh-WF/S-00109 Shield. It is capable of deflecting most incoming ballistic projectiles and some explosive warheads. Trans rights are still under attack in the United States. Oklahoma in particular introduced a staggering number of anti-trans bills today. Please visit our website linked below to learn about your state and contact your reps. Here's a thread of today's updates:

In South Dakota, drag ban HB 1125 was introduced and brought to the State Affairs committee. This bill would make "drag performance', including "speaking" or "pantomiming" while wearing gender non-conforming or visibly trans clothing, illegal.

Similarly, In Kansas, drag ban SB149 could make violations of their drag ban a felony and/or penalized by a fine of up to $50,000.

Drag bans restrict access for folks who are gender non-conforming in any way. They loosely define drag as any public performance with an “opposite gender expression”, as sexual in nature, and inappropriate for children. This also pushes trans individuals out of public spaces.

West Virginia healthcare bill HB2007 is now before the senate health and human resources committee. It would ban gender-affirming healthcare for all individuals under 18.

Healthcare bills go against professional and scientific consensus that gender-affirming care saves lives. Denying access will cause harm. Providers are faced with criminal charges, parents are threatened with child abuse charges, and intersex children are typically exempted.

Montana "religious freedom" bill HB303 (2/6) is on its 2nd reading on house floor, allowing medical providers to refuse care to patients if it "violates" their "conscience", including if the patient is trans-identified or seeking trans-affirming care.

"Religious freedom" bills protect discrimination on the basis of gender identity by legalizing refusal of healthcare or business services on the grounds of "religious freedom" or more vaguely defined ideas like "violation of conscience".

Missouri is holding hearings on "don't say trans" bill SB134 at 8:15 am and gender marker/birth certificate bill SB14 hearing 10:00 am tomorrow, February 7th.

Schooling bills force schools to misgender or deadname students, ban instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity, and make schools alert parents if they suspect a child is trans. They remove life-saving affirmation and support for trans youth.

Birth certificate bills try to make it harder for trans folks to have ID match their gender identity. They tend to force a male or female designation based upon sex assigned at birth. Some ban a non-binary “X” marker or require surgery to update a birth certificate.

  The attacker who returned to Inter Allies after his loan spell with our sister-club HB Koge last season has ended his stay with us.

The young forward joined the Danish NordicBet LIGAEN outfit on a one-year loan deal last year.

Return of The Thing

Sort of. By thing, I mean me. But I love this movie and the meme. Ok, context for this post: - Where I’ve been - Why I left - Whats hip happening -  Where I’ve Been:

Long story short, I’ve had real life matters to deal with. Firstly, my entire household contracted COVID. Well, *almost*. We’ve been through constant testing, quarantine zones, and had the ambulance up numerous times. My parents and 2nd oldest sister were hit the hardest. My 3rd oldest sister was positive and asymptomatic. Now something none of us could predict that I would be completely COVID free despite my compromises. Despite that I was in close contact with them all, including the 2nd oldest who contracted it first and accidentally being coughed on a few times lol. I went through the exact same testing and yet nothing. No symptoms. No presence of COVID. And I took no precaution to isolate from my family as I presumed in our small house we’d all get it, so I was more preoccupied with caring for the sick. Ultimately, I’ve either gotten off scott free this time or there’s a chance I may actually either be highly resistant or even immune. Even then, I WILL be having the vaccine as and when my family are eligible. And we all still follow regulations set.  I’ve also had other real life obligations, much of it either mundane fixing up my living circumstances to more personal matters. Overall, I have been extremely preoccupied.

A mini update, the stray cat Big has been in our porch a lot more in recent times due to the snow as well as being even more affectionate. And Queefster passed away after a good life and a full tummy. Why I Left:

Aside from COVID, business, and my own health declining, I’ll be blunt. I left because of how disgustingly toxic most fandoms are nowadays, but Hazbin is one of the WORST for it. That includes harassment, death threats, mocking MI and triggering an ED. In fact, I’ve even seen others get rape and death threats. So yes, even if YOU are a decent fan, collectively most of you arent doing any favours. Even some critical blogs seem to be overtly catty in ways no one else seems to pick up on under this ‘look how blunt I am’ look and it’s just... You dont have to be a prick to have your say, to be honest and to disagree with the trending. That’s a few on and off of tumblr, and no one I follow anyways. 

In regards to my ‘sensitivities’ - two things: 1) Of course trauma is going to hurt, 2) Im fully aware of kids doing and receiving much of this, which hurts MORE. I have my own lil squids and Im worried of them eventually having to deal with this shit. And no, no one SHOULD have to put up with such rude and poor behaviour. Agree to disagree doesnt live in some people’s realities, but by God harassment and bullying seems ok if YOURE doing it or enticing it. That ISNT ok. Even if it seems like nothing to you it could kill another. I certainly will not take your shit. 

On huskerdust I STAND by my words. It’s fucking creepy and there is sexual harassment and obsession. And there are large triggers. I will not go into detail here because Ive done that dance before and I’ll be refining it again. YOU may like it, however it triggers my very real traumas as well as those in my bloodline. Be respectful and keep that shit away from me. And for goodness sake, parents PLEASE dont raise your children to behave as such online. And no, being anon isnt actually fully anonymous. Also to send hate and threats anon is not only traceable but also cowardice. Grow a pair and find a hobby. I avoid my traumas for the most part. I will not allow you to weaponise or diminish my own or others experiences for your fictional based gratification. Likewise, if it becomes canon, I’ll just make an AU where it is not. Simple. You can hate it but Im not your personal circus so go be toxic elsewhere. IF you like HD and follow me, honestly... Youre probably better to unfollow as I am deeply and passionately against it and stolitz, and valvox, and am very vocal on that. Dont mistake my traumas and discomfort as a personal attack - and dont personally attack me over it either. And before anyone claims homophobia, no. This is nothing to do with sexuality. You arent the victim. If you love these pairings with your soul to the point of a ‘stan’, then youre best off unfollowing because I really am too old for extremists and rabid fans more crazed than the infected in REC. Also I never used to hate angel but now... Fans behaviour is abhorrent and hes so over saturated that I honestly really dislike him now. Doesnt mean you have to hate him too, but just bloody respect that angel isnt loved by all, he can be triggering to some as well as toxically enabling [incl. past addicts], a vile homophobic gay stereotype and just overall a lack of knowledge and respect of sex workers as a whole. When you know a lot of the ins and outs and victims, it’s hard to overlook. I respect your triggering ships by avoiding that mess. Respect others.  The problem with Viv - and I will elaborate in the future - is that your audience is often a reflection of your work and it’s message/presentation. And most of the fandom Ive met are awful. Honestly, though lonesome I find more comfort keeping distant from fandoms because yall often extremely toxic and petty. Perhaps others have had better experiences than I however Im drawing a line in the sand. For MY sake. I’m annoyed with virtually anyone I sense great potential in that becomes wasted. Im angry at Viv because she can do so much better but is blocking HERSELF. This is from a creative and business mindset. When someone has potential that gets wasted - especially creatively - it burns me. Im just passionate on artistic fields. It doesnt mean I hate them. I hate the waste of full potential.

I’ll state things here people disagree with but encouraging harassment, hate or just being an overall cunt just aint on- It’s like people charade as being this fair being but its all bullshit. Self improve and sod off, I do NOT have time to parent you online. 

And obviously there are RL duties I must fulfil. Some in which I will need the publics assistance for if you can spare it. Overall, Im just... Fandoms behaviour generally disgusts me. Disappoints me. We SHOULD be better than this. It’s like listening to bloomin incels rant on fuckin chad or some bullshit pill theory instead of looking to improve themselves too. Honestly... I do mostly acknowledge my own flaws and faults and try to improve each day. It just feels fewer folk see that in themselves and do the same. After like a year and a half of on and off play on The Division 2, I have finally completed the vanilla game (about 2 weeks ago,) and just now finished the Warlords of New York dlc. My only gripe is with how overpowered enemy npcs really are when you’re a player with no one to play with. Most fights and nearly all mini-boss and boss fights are scaled up to 15 it feels, even with overpowered gear you’ll get dropped within 5 seconds from automatic fire because the npcs are infallible with their accuracy. About the only tactical side of being a solo player is figuring out how you’re going to attack a group of idle npcs, and how you’re going to defend yourself when the waves start coming at you. That’s really it, and I’m not counting for weapon load outs here.

Asides all of that, I really only pushed through because I wanted to see how the overall story would progress after the first game. I never got to play the dlc for the first game, that still comes back to being a solo player. So, the story progression was paced and felt good to follow, and despite being really challenging was overall alright.

The character: Made out of this game became the model for a Halo OC, and is also my OC for the Ubisoft universe. Meet Valerie A. Mead.

The Division: Proficient with battle rifles/designated marksman rifles (M14/M1A/M21, SCAR-H) and prefers them to any other rifle. Along with pistols, shotguns, and LMGs depending on what is available. She also carries a foldable stock .50 BMG sniper rifle for when she really, really, wants to say goodnight.

I don’t know what I am going to do with The Division universe, but since nearly all Ubisoft games share the same universe, I bet I could probably find a way to work her into all of that mess of the Ubisoft collective. For the Halo universe; Valerie is a trooper within the UNSC Army, and is a part of the Spirit of Fire’s crew. Having fought through the events of Halo Wars 1 and Halo Wars 2. Where during the events of Halo Wars 1, she lost nearly her entire company between various planets and missions between the Covenant and the Flood. With nearly all ranking command staff dead by the end of Halo Wars 1, a huge vacuum in leadership became a problem. Valerie finds herself receiving a field promotion from Staff Sergeant to 2nd Lieutenant (see Halo UNICOM ranks) for promising leadership in saving the very last of her company from the Flood.

The Legislative Branch

Like most Democratic lawmakers, they tend to vote in hopes of having much more control over United State’s Citizens�� guns. Kamala Harris, Dianne Feinstein, and Mark DeSaulnier all align this way and fight to set more restrictions on our 2nd amendment. In January of 2016 Kamala Harris supported AB 1664 which would widen the category of guns that are considered “assault weapons”. An amendment by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., would allow the attorney general to deny a gun sale to anyone if she has a "reasonable belief" or a lesser standard than "probable cause" and that the buyer was likely to engage in terrorism. The proposal is popularly known as the "no-fly, no-buy" amendment, but wouldn't just apply to people on the "no fly" terrorist watch list. Mark DeSaulnier voted yes on AB 48 which banned large capacity magazine conversion kits. 

There are lots of current bills that pertain to my issue because gun crimes have been on a rise recently. The topic I chose to analyze is HB 86 which is about making it legal to have or use a firearm in a school zone. Local governments would still have the power to choose whether or not they want their school zones gun free. I would vote yes on it because gun free zones make it easier for shooters to attack. The bill originated in the house and was reviews by the following committees House Committee on the Judiciary Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations. Neither the Senate nor the House has voted on the bill yet. I think the current Federal Legislation is going in the wrong direction with how we treat guns. We should instead be looking into the people who cause so much harm with these guns. However, I realize there are some measures we can take which would help decrease the availability of guns for people who should not have them.

Armament(s):

• 60mm Vulcan Gun (full helmet armor) A standard armament of the mobile suits that are descended from the Earth Federation Forces's RX series is a pair of head mounted 60mm vulcan guns (which only the full helmet armor). These shell firing weapons have a high-rate of fire but have little power and can't damage the thick armor of a mobile suit, though it can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. The weapons are ideal for shooting down small, fast moving, lightly armored targets such as missiles, small land vehicles, and attack helicopters.

• Beam Saber The beam saber is a small cylindrical device held in the mobile suit's hands when operated and is powered by an energy capacitor that is recharged from special racks. This weapon is capable of cutting through any metal that has not been treated with anti-beam coating. The RGM-79C Powered GM is equipped with a single beam saber stored in a recharge rack in the left side of the backpack.

• HWF GMG·MG79-90mm Bullpup Machine Gun The bullpup machine gun is an open-bolt, gas-operated, magazine-fed, mobile suit handheld sub-machine gun. It does not require energy to be used, however it is ineffective against heavy armor. When the magazine is empty, it can be discarded and replaced with a new one.

• HFW-GR·MR82-90mm GM Rifle The GM Rifle is a simple shell-firing machine gun that is based on older technologies, it has no where near the power of a beam rifle, but it is a weapon that can be cheaply produced and easily maintained. It features different barrel, sensor unit, stock and magazine configurations that allows for different ballistic and handling properties.

• BLASH HB-L-07/N-STD Hyper Bazooka Technically a large rocket launcher it could fire several 360mm missiles to attack targets at long range. No mass-production MS's armor is able to stop this weapon. While very powerful, it has a slow rate of fire and a fairly little amount of ammunition. Most oftenly used to take out slow, heavily armored targets.

• FADEGEL RGM-M-Sh-007 Shield Shields are simple in their design, being essentially thick slabs of metal that the equipped mobile suit can use to absorb the impact from attacks that, for whatever reason, cannot be dodged. However shields can only withstand so much pressure before becoming damaged themselves. As technology progressed it became necessary for shields to be treated with an anti-beam coating as a measure of defense against beam weapons which can normally penetrate any physical barrier, however the coating gets gradually burned away each time a beam strikes it until it is rendered useless. Powered GM could optionally mount a shield on either of its forearms.

#PHnews: Palace sees wisdom of having ‘designated survivor’

MANILA – Malacañang on Wednesday believed that Senator Panfilo Lacson’s intention is good when he filed a measure authorizing the President to name a “designated survivor,” should any of the constitutional successors fail to take over the presidency.

In an interview with CNN Philippines’ The Source, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque acknowledged that there is a need to pick a successor who is not part of the constitutional line of succession.

“Perhaps, there is definitely wisdom in the bill filed by Senator Lacson,” Roque said.

The Vice President, Senate President, and House Speaker are the legal successors of the President under the 1987 Constitution.

Roque admitted that despite having a “clear” line of presidential succession under the Constitution, the possibility of the President's successors dying all together on any occasion should not be discounted.

“There is that scenario that should be addressed,” he said.

On Monday, Lacson pushed for the passage of the “designated survivor” bill to avert a possible “constitutional crisis and leadership vacuum,” in the event that the president, vice president, Senate president, and House speaker die in “exceptional circumstances.”

Lacson said a constitutional crisis is possible if all of the four top elected officials perish during a terror attack at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City while the President delivers his State of the Nation Address.

Under Lacson’s Senate Bill 982 that was filed last year, the most senior senator, most senior House representative, and Cabinet member designated by the President shall act as the country’s chief executive in the following order in case of death or permanent disability of all constitutional successors.

The counterpart of Lacson’s bill in the House of Representatives has been withdrawn.

Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Precious Hipolito-Castelo in August 2019 filed House Bill 4062, which authorizes the President to choose a successor who is not part of the constitutional line of succession.

On Sunday, Hipolito-Castelo withdrew HB 4062 to dispel any notion that she was for “ignoring or scrapping the constitutional line of succession to the presidency.”

Lacson said it was “unfortunate” that Hipolito-Castelo requested the withdrawal of HB 4062. (PNA)

 A suggestion of research was made to study the factors causing a gene mutation.

Summary

The article describes the own observation of lamellar ichthyosis - a child aged 14 months, was born from the 8-th pregnancy. There are many forms of ichthyosis, and in 2009 in the framework of the 1st Consensus Conference on the Ichthyosis (Sorez city, France), approved the unified classification and terminology of ichthyosis. The group of autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis includes lamellar ichthyosis [1,2]. 8 known genes coding for these violations: ABCA-12, ALOX12B, ALOXE3, CERS3, CYP4F22, NIPAL4, PNPLA1, TGM1. Approximately half of the gene mutation of transglutaminase-1 (TGM1), which is involved in the formation of corneocytes shell leads to the development of lamellar ichthyosis [3]; one of the loci - 14q11. The disease usually occurs in consanguineous marriages. Defeat captures all skin folds in which the process is more pronounced. Hair and nails grow fast, nail plates are deformed, thickened, typical subungual hyperkeratosis, keratoderma of palms and soles. There are lip and eyelids eversion, which promotes the development of infections and, as a consequence, lagophthalmos, keratitis, photophobia. Sometimes mental retardation [1,4,5] is observed in lamellar ichthyosis.

Here is our observation of clinical cases of lamellar ichthyosis. The child is a male aged 14 months enrolled in a skin clinic with complaints of peeling and dryness of the skin. The child was born from the 8-th pregnancy. Parents are not related to each other. It is noteworthy that out of 8 pregnancies mother has 3 stillbirths (2 boys, 1 girl), 1 miscarriage in the 2nd month of pregnancy, 2 medical abortion. The two surviving children are a girl of 14 years (health), and the boy.

From history

Fifth births in 37 weeks, the amniotic fluid with a meager bright yellow grease. On the 4-th day transferred from the maternity hospital to the children’s hospital.

Objectively

A serious condition; cutaneous covering hyperemic, with marble, the subcutaneous layer is sealed, imposing remains of the colloidal film; on the skin of cheeks, thighs, areas of the epidermis peeling irregular shapes. Eating is enough.

Respiration is puerile, it is over all lung fields, the number of respiratory movements

42 per minute, pulse - 138 per minute. The abdomen is soft. The liver protrudes from under the costal arch in 1cm. The spleen is not palpable.  

Genitals

Male, the testes in the scrotum does not clearly palpable.

Neurological status

Movement are shackled; reaction to the inspection is excessive and negative. Scream is painful. The head is rounded, cranial sutures are closed, large fontanelle is not strained (1,5x1,5cm).

    Examination

Neurosonography

 Structural brain is tissue; periventricular region is of slightly increased echogenicity. Flow rate via a vein of Galen is 7cm/s. Lateral ventricles: left is 1-1,5-5mm, right is 1-1-7mm. The third ventricle is 2mm.

Echocardiography

Heart ejection fraction is 75%. Diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle with moderate tricuspid valve insufficiency.

a) Chest X-ray - pulmonary atelectasis.

 b) Ultrasound examination of the abdominal cavity - the left kidney - cups to 9mm, pelvis is 10*8mm, right pelvis is 9*5mm.

Sowing from skin gave rise to Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae Blood cultures is sterile.  

Procalcitonin test to 0.5ng/ml.

Alanine aminotransferase is 1U/l, aspartate aminotransferase 21U/L. Total protein is 47-48g/l; in the general analysis of blood - lymphocytosis and neytrofillez.

Consulting of an ophthalmologist - allergic dermatitis of eyelids, of a gastroenterologist - a syndrome of malabsorption in the intestines.

The diagnosis of primary: intrauterine infection of generalized form, dysbiosis of gastrointestinal sub compensated. Bilateral outer diffuse otitis. An allergic dermatitis of eyelids.  

Main 2: congenital ichthyosis, bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma.  

Complications

Malabsorption in the intestines; postnatal malnutrition is of 2-3 degrees; mild anemia.  

Related: posthypoxic neonatal cardiomyopathy with diastolic dysfunction and tricuspid valve insufficiency; pyelectasia left.

    Treatment

Intravenous

Heparin, glucose-saline solutions, ampisid (9 days), amikacin (8 days), prednisolone, mediflyukan, sulperazon (10 days), pentaglobin №3.

Intramuscularly once introduced antibiotic - aseptic necrosis at the injection site. Intramuscular injections hereinafter are contraindicated!

Inside

Diflucan, bifidumbakterin, Summamed (10 days) of prednisolone, a polyvalent bacteriophage (12 days), Enterofuril, Creon (6 days).  

Locally on the skin a methylene blue 1% aqueous solution, oily solutions and creams. The patient was discharged in mid and grave condition of the skin, malnutrition. It is recommended to continue inpatient treatment for the syndrome of malabsorption and malnutrition.

    Objectively

lagging behind in physical development (in weight almost does not add), seen crying loudly. The vision is normal. The thyroid gland is not increased. Palpable obligate group of lymph nodes - not enlarged, painless, not soldered, mobile. Heart: rhythmic tones, clear, sonorous, the correct ratio. Breathing puerile, carried out in all parts of the lungs, wheezing does not listen. Belly is of regular shape, a bit swollen, symmetrical, painless, soft, available deep palpation. The liver appears in 1cm. from under the costal arch. Regular chair, decorated, without pathological impurities. Urine output is sufficient. External genitalia are formed correctly (for izoseksual type).

Status specialis

 Lesions of a skin is diffuse in the form of vivid hyperemia, infiltration, large and lamellar peeling over the entire surface of the skin (Figure 1), including the folds. Face is mask-like, mucous of eyelids turned inside out (ectropion), dehiscence of mouth, radial furrows in the perioral area, deformed ears (Figure 2). There is some infiltration and swelling of fingers and toes (Figure 3&4).

Laboratory data complete blood count

Hb-108g/l, er.-4,05.1012/l tromb.- 482,109/L, LS-7,5.109/L, P.-0%, SV-42%, e. - 2% 0% B.- lymphocytes - 50% monocytes - 6%. Urinalysis is normal. Biochemical analysis of blood: glucose - 7.17mmol/L, Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. - OK, C-reactive protein -25.0mg/l (normal 0.00 -up to 5,80), IgE-total 131.99IU/mL (normal 0.00 -up to 22.80). Thyroxine (T4) free - 13.3pmol/l thyrotropin (TSH) - 5.83mU/L.

Ultrasonography (ultrasound) of the internal organs

Spleen signs of additional shares, pyelitis-calycectasis left, hyperechoic parenchyma of the lower pole.  

Otolaryngologist

 Rhinitis, protracted course, carriage of pathogens.

Neurologist

Perinatal central nervous system of mixed origin, hydrocephalic syndrome.

Recommended

NSG, ophthalmologist, consultation neyrohyuurga, exercise, Pantogamum syrup.

a) Ophthalmologist: conjunctivitis symptoms have not been identified; fundus without disease, macular reflex is pronounced.

b) Neurosonography: asymmetry of lateral ventricles.

c) Neurosurgeon: Information for Increased intracranial pressure is not obtained. There are not compelling indications for neurosurgical intervention.

d) Pulmonologist: at the time of inspection there was not pathology of the respiratory disease. In attacks of difficulty breathing - inhalation beroduala 7 drops 3 t/d, Pulmicort 250mcg 2 t/d, mucolytic Lasolvan 7.5mg (1mL) 2 times /day.

e) Ultrasound of the heart: the pathology is not revealed.

f) Consultation of gastroenterologist: aggregate data we can talk about the presence of immunodeficiency.  

g) Clinical diagnosis: lamellar ichthyosis.

h) Treatment: prednisone 1mg per 1kg of body weight with gradual withdrawal, lendatsin 400mg intravenously №7, asparkam 2 1/3 tablet twice a day, retinol acetate 1 capsule 1 once a day for kreon ½ tablet 1 per day bifiform 1 capsule 2 times a day, Suprastinum on ¼ tablet 2 once daily, Pantogamum by ¼ 3 times a day, Otofa 3 drops zykapyvat ear 3 times a day, podideksa spray into the nasal passages injected 3 times per day .  

    Conclusion

He is discharged in a satisfactory condition with an improvement of the skin process. As can be seen from the description of the disease a genetic defect in this skin disease is also accompanied by disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, allergic condition of the body, high levels of C-reactive protein and the total of IgE, visceral, which determine the severity of the condition.

Given that the parents of a sick child are not related to each other, it can be assumed that the mutation occurred during fetal development. In this family, three cases of stillbirth, and therefore it is necessary to study the mutagenic factors causing gene defect. In attention it is necessary to accept the fact that none of the family members of this family have been recorded like skin disease and the fact that stillbirth.

Considering that the parents of a sick child are not related to each other, it can be assumed that the mutation occurred during intrauterine development. This family has three cases of stillbirth as well that’s why it is necessary to examine mutagenic factors causing a gene defect. It is necessary to take into consideration the fact that none of family members of this family have been recorded by such a skin disease and by the fact of stillbirth before.
