🗓 11/23/20 // As I’m organizing the last logistical bits for my trip, I want to take a moment to remind myself of some goals I want to accomplish while in Indonesia (🙏...manifest it, so to speak). This isn’t a vacation. This is an actual move (until my visa expires on May 28, 2021 😅). But I want to enjoy it to its fullest...

Physical

Yoga or stretch at least daily

Find a gym and a workout buddy

Practice breathwork at the local yoga studio

Surf weekly

Scuba dive 1x/month

Hike or explore the landscape 4x/month

Try new activities that are offered in Bali (there are so many!)

Mental

Meditate every morning for at least 10 mins

Blog post at least 3x/week, as an ongoing practice, so I can get comfortable with my words being shared publicly

Read at least 4 books/month (bringing 3 books from USA and dusted off my Kindle!)

Complete my book proposal by end of January 2021 to ship off to literary agents

Finish my book by March 2021, so can be reviewed for edits

Continue ideating social media strategies for my one client—keep on top of industry trends

Meet interesting people, whom I can learn anything—and everything from

Spiritual

Continue my studies on all religions (was raised Catholic, once married Jewish, and now in a Muslim/Hindu country) and find a spiritual mentor

Meet at least two local healers, which is a thing here!

Complete Reiki level 1 training and practice on at least 5 people/week (goal is to learn more about energies and the power of its healing, and how to administer it on myself and for friends/fam. This is not a career move.)

Long story short, I wasn’t a believer for years even when my ex-hub’s Uncle and Aunt were Reiki Healers, but now after a sequence of events, I absolutely am. And with the encouragement of my friend, Annelise Cherie, who happens to also be a phenomenal Alignment Coach/Reiki Healer, I have decided to look into finding a Reiki Master to train under while there

Soak in all the magic of this country

Lastly, somehow I want to volunteer, whether it’s ocean clean up or school supplies for kids. Need to figure that out and not sure what category that falls under...
