Im straight up hating on my mom, she forced me to eat something for dinner while I was in the 28hour mark of my fast, like commonnnnnn so lame. I'm trying again tmr, I'm not gonna eat anything before I fast like have a normal food day cause I already had one this week and am pretty satisfied with it

A nurse came to ask me if I want to have lunch, told her no because I was studying.

I'm so happy I can refuse meals

For 4pm snack I'll have a black unsweetened coffee and maybe a yogurt or applesauce or jelly depending on what they have

(To avoid a potential binge, I let myself have a small liquid snack)

AMVETS post 89 donates $500.00 to Sebastian Jude Scott Foundation

The foundation was started 2 years ago in memory of Sebastian Jude Scott (Seabass) who passed awayfrom Pediatric cancer at approximately a year and a half old. AMVETS post 89 donates $500.00 to Sebastian Jude Scott Foundation Inc. President Kevin Scott said the foundation focus is to help the families with children with pediatric cancer cope with expenses incurred from transportation, medication needs and hospitals etc. We do that by providing gas cards, gift cards for meals and helping with places to stay for the families of children that have pediatric cancer.The 2nd annual fund raising event featured a BBQ. dinner cooked by Chris Merritt who donated 28hours of his time to support the event. Five time number one hit Singer/Songwriter Ryan Stevenson entertained the crowd during the feast.Next event will be June 23rd with entertainment by Nick Norman and Lewis Brice.President Kevin Scott stated the foundation plans more cookouts and other events to gain more fundingrelated to children with pediatric cancer. Good morning all!!!!!!

Today I completed the last day in the splits app. Over the past 108 days I have spent 28hours doing stretches for the splits. Neat!

Got my pushups, squats, and Pushups in for a 1/2 punch. Still not doing the 5k haha I am booked.

Last night successfully finished my readings and notes in 1.9 hours, not bad! Added up with Wednesday's numbers I am still on track.

Monday I start Yoga instead of stretches and I am so excited!!! Happy Friday all!!
