Taiwanese Bubble Tea

Location: The Night Market (restaurant in Elements I think. Or IFC. Either one. A pretty good place)

When it came on to our table, we were all thinking the same thing: why did it look so white? The answer was quickly found after the first sip: there was waaaaay too much milk in this, neutralising the tea flavour so there only left the vaguest hints of tea taste. That isn't to say it has a bad flavour though. It's just that, like what I said to my mom, "there's no bad taste if there's no taste at all to classify it as bad." Though that is probably in itself a bad thing.

I've been sleeping most of Wednesday and Thursday because bloody hell, ughhhh. But relatively little cramps this month which is nice. Starting today, I'm working straight for the next week. It's hopefully going to be fun. I have drabbles planned and fic prepared to keep me sane through the workload. I haven't had an anxiety attack these past day, just a mild claustrophobic fit today at work, which was not surprising. Too many people in one place setting up a security barrier. I wanted to write on my stories today but ended up cleaning a bit. Yay for the flat being a bit more clean!!
