What do Jungkook’s people think of him? And what do Belle’s people think of her?

Their people have the same feelings towards their respective monarchs. Part fear, part respect, part love, it’s kind of a mixture of things. 

Belle’s people have an even denser mixture because she did take in other kingdoms who had previous monarchs. If we know anything about politics it’s that every monarch or leader no matter how terrible has at least a handful of dedicated supporters. So some of those people might not take to Belle as kindly.
