I do know for sure that I will be completing ACOSF, The Dragon Republic and Dragonfly in Amber this month. I will be starting and finishing Instant Karma. That book was the pick for We’re All Booked book club for this month. Not only am I celebrating the release of my new book today, I have decided to join the 21 in 2021 book challenge that @gretchenrubin has going on! After much thought I decided to mix my list up this year and be intentional about including author’s like me (writers who are working their butts off without the benefit of a team to help potential customers trust that they have something worth reading). Day 4

Ah sadly I have to go to bed; I've been working on getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep and I have to get up early for work tomorrow. Had a really good day; proud of what I'm doing. This feeling motivates me to stay on track with my diet (lifestyle change).

Fourth day on the 21day life style change and happy to say it's going great! Just after the second day I started to crave water all the time; which is awesome...even though I'm peeing and insane amount! 

The first two days were really rough and made me crave crappy processed high sugar foods like chocolate and cookies which I don't usually crave which left me feeling really upset and disappointed in myself yesterday. :( But today was much better! I ate extremely healthy, all fruits and veggies except for two egg whites and a tiny bit of Farro in my salad, on my last glass of water now, and completed the 'Total Body Melt-Down'

Sadly the work wasn't as intense as I had hoped. I didn't even break a sweat and it only took 18minutes. I think next time I'm gonna try doing 2 or 3 cycles of it and add in some more cardio. 

Going to bed satisfied!
