So, about Lewis leaving: It's more about the feeling of being isolated or left out or completely ignored when you keep saying something to the team and they don't bother listening. The feeling of going from being the most important person in a team bc you brought them their success singlehandedly to going to the feeling where some newbie is getting all the preferential treatment over you and you're getting straight up DISRESPECT.
