Prius PHEV memiliki spesifikasi lebih lengkap dari Prius HEV, seperti adanya panoramic sunroof, termasuk mesinnya yang berkapasitas 2.000cc M20A-FXS dengan baterai lithium-ion 13.6 kWh dengan total output 223 PS.
