Hi, I translated those poems supposedly written by ilhan sen and then looked into it a little further. The tweet (x post) is screenshots of a tumblr account called ilhannsen - currently, this is a completely blank blog. the account that reposted was deactivated in 202205 - I am guessing this means may 2022 ? and I don't think a tumblr blog called ilhansenn is really a reliable source. that could have been any fan account and anyone who made those original posts. do we really think ilhan sen was writing poetry on tumblr?
Hey anon! I understand it's questionable. I looked around twitter and people said it was his account and he deleted it when people first started questioning his posts. The latter was in English but the first was Turkish so it might have honestly been a translation issue because the way google translated the post was awful --- either way, I'll keep his reblogs up and hope more information comes to light!
Also lots of actors used to have tumblrs with their names as their URLS and posted some weird shit back in the day (I can name 10 off the top my head dfsdfsdfsd) but I understand it could have also been a weird fan or something.

Hugging has numerous benefits, both physical and psychological, that contribute to overall well-being. Here are some of the key benefits:
Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Hugging slows down the heart rate and decreases the level of the stress hormone, cortisol, in our bodies. This makes us feel calm, safe, and relaxed[6].
Boosts Mood and Self-esteem: Hugging releases feel-good hormones such as dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. These hormones are associated with feelings of happiness, relaxation, and improved mood. They also boost self-esteem and create a sense of safety and love[5][3].
Strengthens the Immune System: Hugging can stimulate the thymus gland, which regulates and balances the body's production of white blood cells, thereby strengthening the immune system[3]. Some research also suggests that hugging may reduce the chance of getting sick, and if a person does get sick, the symptoms may be less severe[1].
Improves Heart Health: Hugging can lower blood pressure and heart rate, which are beneficial for cardiovascular health[1][2]. A 20-second hug could potentially improve heart health by lowering blood pressure[2].
Reduces Pain: Hugging can alleviate pain and aches by increasing circulation into the soft tissues. It can also disrupt how your brain processes where pain is coming from, thereby reducing the intensity of the sensations[2][3].
Promotes Bonding and Improves Relationships: Hugging builds trust and a sense of safety, which helps with open and honest communication. It also promotes closeness between people, strengthening relationships[5][3].
Alleviates Feelings of Loneliness: Hugging can help to combat feelings of loneliness, isolation, and anger by boosting oxytocin levels[3].
Remember, the benefits of hugging are not just limited to humans. Stroking a pet can have similar effects, such as soothing, lowering blood pressure, and reducing stress and feelings of loneliness[2].
