“42 Reasons” Chadwick x OC: Chapter One

Synopsis, Introduction

December 2019

That lunch with Chadwick never happened. Time got away from the two friends once again and they didn’t stay in touch.

Time seemed to fly and December 7th had finally arrived. Holly packed the remaining items she had sorted out on her bed. Her heart rested in her stomach as time ticked by and she waited for the black Cadillac Escalade to pull up in front of her apartment. Nervousness built up inside of her coupled with a bit of doubt. Getting this role was not even about the money for Holly. She needed it for her well being. To build her confidence and allow her to finally breathe again. A role like this would erase all that had happened a few years ago. Maybe it would even set her free from those demons that still ate at her soul.

The ring of her doorbell interrupted her thoughts and she drug her suitcases to the door.

“Ms. Wood,” a woman greeted her when she opened the door. “Your car is waiting outside. I’ll help you with these.”

“Thank you. What’s your name,” Holly asked, extending her hand.

“Maggie. I’ll be assisting you while you’re in Atlanta during your audition,” the red-head introduced herself, quickly shaking Holly’s hand.

“Cool. Thanks Maggie,” the actress replied, closing her door and locking the three locks. “Got to get used to leaving for flights this early again.”

“Yeah, but I’m sure it’s all worth it in the end,” Maggie beamed. When the two reached the front door, a driver was waiting for them. He grabbed the two suitcases and placed them in the trunk before shutting the back doors.

There was no turning back now. Not that Holly planned on it or wanted to.

Atlanta

Sitting in the conference room surrounded by warm hues of blue and ceiling to floor windows, still didn’t relax Holly’s nerves. Her hands grew clammy as she tapped her manicured nails against the glass table top.

“Holly Raye Wood,” a voice boomed from the doorway, sending Holly into a scurrying frenzy to stand on her feet.

“Yes,” she exclaimed with a bit too much enthusiasm. Get a grip, girl.

“I’m Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios. Nice to see you in person,” Kevin introduced himself with a warm smile, calming Holly’s nerves for the most part. “Take a seat and we’ll get started.” The actress took her seat in front of the President’s chair while he poured two cups of coffee. “Cream and sugar, Ms. Wood?”

“No, I like my coffee black, please,” Holly answered, quickly thinking Kevin would find a double meaning in her answer. Kevin didn’t even seem phased and placed a coffee mug in front of his guest. Thoughts of what happened with her last job still plagued how she auditioned for other roles. Sadly, she had already been blackballed once for being too political and pro-black as the network put it.

“How was your flight,” Mr. Feige questioned.

“Great. Very comfortable, thank you,” Holly replied, taking a sip of the hot liquid. Hopefully Kevin didn’t notice the slight shake in her hands.

“Good, we try to make everyone as comfortable as possible,” he began, pulling a pen from his shirt pocket. “I’m sure you’ve heard that Chadwick Boseman put in a good word for you by now.”

Hearing that name made her take a deep breath. “Yes, I heard. I’m very grateful for that and hopefully he said all good things about me,” Holly joked.

“Oh yeah, he did. He spoke highly of you and your work ethic. I must say that you two had amazing chemistry in ‘42′ and that’s one thing that very important for this role. Introducing Storm into the MCU is huge, especially in a Black Panther film. Obviously chemistry is important between whoever plays Ororo Munroe and Chadwick. We hit the nail on the head with Lupita playing Nakia, now we have to take it to the next level. So I’m glad he mentioned you.”

Holly nodded as she listened to Kevin explain the importance the role. “Storm has always been one of my favorite Marvel characters. I know she is powerful not only because of her abilities but the type of woman she is outside of that. I understand her relationship with T’Challa is one fans have been waiting to see onscreen for awhile. If I had the opportunity to take on the role, you wouldn’t be disappointed. I can promise you that.”

The President appeared to be impressed and scribbled a few notes in his planner. “Cool,” he smiled, tapping his pen against the notebook.

After the interview and first audition, Holly was allowed to go back to her hotel suite. When she arrived in her room, a large vase of flowers was sitting on the kitchen counter with a note attached. The actress frowned, pulling the note off to read:

I didn’t forget about our coffee date, Raye. Meet me at the coffee house downstairs at 4pm?-Chad

Holly’s heart seemed to skip a beat when she figured out the person behind her beautiful roses. She pulled out her phone and took a picture of the roses and typed a message to her ex co-star:

Holly: Thanks for the roses. Hope your ass doesn’t stand me up this time. 🙄

Chadwick: Don’t be like that. I’m heading over now so I don’t have much of a choice, do I? 🙃

She playfully rolled her eyes at his reply, freshened up and headed downstairs to the coffee shop. Thankfully it wasn’t as crowded as she thought and her anxiety vanish when she spotted her friend in a corner of the shop. That infamous toothy grin was already on full display and there went her heart to her stomach for the second time that week. He looked as handsome as ever. Smooth dark skin, accompanied by broad shoulders and toned arms. The man was fine as hell and only seemed to get finer as he aged.

Holly shook her head, hoping to loosen some of memories that flooded her brain. Don’t think about those nights, don’t you even do it girl. Memories of his naked body-

“Raye, Raye,” Chadwick sang, grabbing his old friend’s hand and pulling her into a hug. His body still felt the same. Warm, toned, and like...home.

“Hey, hey, hey,” Holly squealed, wrapping her arms tightly around his neck. “It’s been forever.”

“Yeah and it shouldn’t have been. You look good, girl,” he complimented Holly, moving back so he could get a good look at her. “How you been?”

“I’ve been okay, good times and bad. You know how the business is,” she explained, taking a seat in the opposite booth. “I don’t even need to know how you’ve been, King T’Challa. Congrats on the movie, man. I’m proud of you.”

One thing Holly always loved about Chadwick was his humbleness. He waved her off with a shy grin, “Thanks. It’s been crazy out here but I’m glad I can at least come in here without doing the Wakanda salute.”

“Oh, should I have bowed before sitting down,” Holly joked, bending her head. “How rude of me.”

“If you don’t stop,” he laughed. “But seriously, I’m blessed. It’s definitely been a ride and I’m enjoying it. Enough about me though, what have you been up to?”

Holly’s face instantly fell but she tried to cover it up with a smile. “Can’t say I’ve been too busy after what happened with my show.” Chadwick nodded sympathetically. He had heard rumors of what happened and how the executives left Holly out to dry. All because she spoke up about how she was being treated as a black woman on a predominately white show. Little did Chadwick know, there were other reasons why the network forced his ex co-star off the show.

“Sorry to hear about that Raye. These networks can be shitty, but things happen for a reason. Maybe there’s something bigger out there for you,” he said, reaching across the table for Holly’s hand. The tenderness of his touch instantly sent chills throughout her body. Those memories once again rearing a head.

“I hope so. It hasn’t been the same since and I’m starting to regret getting into this business. Should have taken my ass right back to Howard for grad school,” Holly huffed, staring at their intertwined fingers. “I’m 29 years old and still going at it to only come up short every damn time.”

“Okay and I’m 42 years old. I’ve been in the business for awhile and people are just now starting to respect my talent. Trust the process. The fact that you’re still trying let’s me know you still want it. And there’s no doubt in my mind that you’ll have a big break. Your dedication and faith will lead the way,” Chadwick comforted Holly, drawing circles around her knuckles with his thumb. “I respect that about you. Hang in there.”

Her eyes got misty and it was hard to hold back her emotions. The actress had been through hell and back though people only knew about her controversial firing.

“Hey,” he said softly. “Things will get better.”

“Thanks,” Holly sniffed. “I needed to hear that.”

“You know I always have your back. Even if we haven’t been as close as we used to be,” Chadwick added, squeezing Holly’s hand slightly. Their eyes connected for a long second before they were interrupted.

“Hi, Mr. Boseman, can I have your autograph,” a small boy asked, barely able to see over the table. His wide eyes were full of innocence and awe.

“Hey little man, sure thing,” Chadwick cheesed, reaching down to grab the torn off notebook paper from the boy. “What’s your name?”

“Dontae,” he replied shyly, looking back at his mother who was watching from the coffee shop entrance.

“Alright, Dontae. Here you go,” the actor wrote a short message and signed his name to the paper.

“Thank you,” Dontae expressed, a wide smile taking over his small face. Holly couldn’t help but smile at the scene before her. It was truly a beautiful moment.

“You’re welcome. Wakanda Forever,” Chadwick responded, crossing his arms over his chest.

“Wakanda Forever,” he cheesed, running back to his mother with excitement. “Mommy, he signed it for me!” The young mother waved in Chadwick’s direction before grabbing her son’s hand. Dontae didn’t take his eyes off his favorite Superhero until they were out of sight.

“Wow. That’s something,” Holly hummed. “You probably made that kid’s day.”

“You know I’ve always loved the kids, Raye,” he beamed, causing the two friends to burst out in laughter at their inside joke.

For once, things were looking up for Holly.

Two Months Later

Auditioning for the role of Storm had taken a lot out of Holly. The process was long and at times rough when she didn’t hear back from Marvel for days. They were finally down to their last three possible Ororo Munroe’s. In all honesty, Holly was afraid she would be beat out for the role. The other two ladies were new to the business without the tag of ‘Angry Black Woman’ attached to them.

Two months had gone by and she had not heard from anyone about the role. Thinking the worse, Holly tried to forget about the possibility and started thinking about her plan B. Maybe Hollywood wasn’t for her and this was her last sign.

Pulling out her laptop, she searched for graduate programs at her alma mater. Back to the regular life she went. When she got deep into her search, her cellphone rang from the bedroom.

“Hey Angie,” she answered, putting the phone on speaker.

“Holly, I’ve got good news,” Angie piped, barely able to speak clearly. “Congratulations, you’re the new Ororo Munroe. You got the part.”

Suddenly, time stopped along with Holly’s breathing. “What...what did you say?”

“You’re Storm, Holly. Marvel wants you to play Storm in the MCU,” Angie explained to her shocked client. “I know you worked hard for this. I’m proud of you and I hope you’re ready for this ride. This is huge!”

“Oh my God,” the actress whispered. “Are you sure I’m not dreaming? They want me to play Storm for real?”

“White hair and all, Holly. Congrats honey,” Angie added.

Tears of joy rolled down Holly’s cheeks. “Thank you so much. Thank you.”

When she hung up from Angie, she opened the text message notification from Chadwick.

Congrats, my Queen. What did I tell you? Things will get better, right? 😍🙌🏿

“You were right,” Holly muttered, holding her phone to her chest.

NYFW 2019 Looks 3 & 4

Guess who’s back and ready to share the next lot of NYFW 2019 looks?? That’s right, it’s ME!!

NYFW 2019 Look 3: Rebecca Minkoff Goes Edgy with a Leather Jacket and Glam Accessories

PREPARATION

The Wetherly Group invited me to pick out some Rebecca Minkoff items to wear to her NYFW 2019 presentation, and I noticed the leather jacket and statement accessories right away. All of the pieces were chic and edgy, and I couldn’t wait to wear them to the presentation. I wasn’t able to shoot this look beforehand, but thankfully my video intern was there to save the day. We shot the look after the presentation, and then rewarded ourselves with some Artichoke Pizza (AKA: THE BEST PIZZA EVERRR)!

DAY 3 + LOOK 3

So, Day 3 of NYFW started and right when I woke up, I felt like such a celebrity! E! News invited me to a photoshoot for a feature on their website (see the post HERE) and even sent a Cadillac Escalade to pick me up from my home. It was the perfect way to start my morning! I pulled up to Spring Studios in the car to attend the amazing Son Jung Wan S/S ’20 Show and then headed to the E! News studio right after. Then, after the E! News shoot, I went straight to the Rebecca Minkoff presentation and was so ready to see some new looks for her Spring/Summer 2020 collection!

THE BASICS

To start off this look, I chose the stunning and chic Rebecca Minkoff Andrea Jacket. Leather jackets are a favorite of mine to accentuate any outfit. I even wrote about having them as a staple in your fashion closet in a previous blog post, so you know the love is real! Next, I paired the jacket with a HOT bodysuit from Intimissi. The zebra print and the lace looked so nice with a pair of dark wash jeans (shop similar HERE, HERE, and HERE). Overall, I was so happy with how this look turned out. I felt sophisticated, sexy, and most importantly confident!

ACCESSORIES

To make the look pop even more, I chose some amazing Rebecca Minkoff accessories. The two accessories that I NEEDED to have were the Rebecca Minkoff Stella Convertible Satchel and the Rebecca Minkoff Gold Patti Sunglasses. I love this satchel because you can carry it as a handbag or a backpack! If you are running around the city all day like me, you will be so appreciative of this bag. For the sunglasses, I loved the gold frames and round design – they were so flattering on my face and gave me that extra glam.

Next up is my jewelry! I, of course, had to throw in some pieces from one of my favorite brands, Sequin! With this look, I wore the Sequin Moon & Star Necklace, the Sequin Sagittarius Bracelet, and a Sequin Charm Bracelet that I customized (shop similar HERE and HERE). I also added some amazing Brook & York bracelets to the look. Those included: the Brook & York Metro Cuff Bracelet in Rose and the Brook & York Coordinate Bracelet. Last but not least, I popped on a geometric stone bracelet (shop similar HERE and HERE) and added a pair of white tassel earrings (shop similar HERE and HERE).

SHOES

For the shoes, I chose the Rebecca Minkoff Sallest Too Mules. Mules have been so in lately, and I was so excited to take this look to the next level with the fierce snakeskin print. Plus, the shoes were so comfortable thanks to the chunkier heel!

NYFW 2019 Look 4: Representing Australian Style with a House of Campbell Heroine Tee and a DEA the Label Leather Skirt

PREPARATION

The Riviere Agency invited me to pick out more looks for the remainder of the week, so obviously, I accepted the invitation. For their Fashion Palette S/S ’20 Show, I wanted to showcase the amazing Australian brands, specifically House of Campbell and DEA the Label. I absolutely loved the casual, yet sophisticated look of the House of Campbell Heroine tee with the DEA the Label leather skirt. When I saw the two pieces, I knew I needed to pair them together! And with that, my NYFW 2019 Look 4 was all set.

DAY 4 + LOOK 4

Day 4 started with going to the True Worlds Food Expo with Jay. We ate a bunch of sashimi, sushi, other Japanese food, and even got to witness the cutting of a 400-pounds Spanish Bluefin Tuna! We also were fortunate enough to go to an Omakase tasting event as well and tried many different types of fish. Yum, yum, yum!

After attending the fun and largest sushi festival in New York, it was back to the reality of NYFW. At 6PM, I headed to the Fashion Palette Show at Pier 59. Fashion Palette is an Australian fashion agency designed to help Australian fashion designers expand their business through runway shows and platforms. Their main focus has been to establish Australian labels more into the U.S. market. As a huge supporter and fan, I was so happy that I was able to represent them for another season!

THE BASICS

First up, I chose was the House of Campbell Heroine Shirt! I loved the strong message of “HEROINE” and the complement of the cool and casual feel of a graphic tee. I paired the shirt with a to-die-for DEA the Label Leather Skirt, and I was so obsessed. The brown/orange hues in this skirt are perfect for Fall, and the skirt can be dressed up or down depending on how you style it. To complete the look, I added a cute embroidered kimono (shop similar HERE and HERE).

ACCESSORIES

To start the accessories, I went with this adorable Jet Set Candy necklace that I customized with a Hong Kong luggage tag, an NYC metro card, and an Italian french press. I then paired my necklace with some Gold Circle Drop Earrings (shop similar HERE and HERE). Cadillac’s pledge to launch a new vehicle every six months continues with the introduction of the 2020 CT5, a sedan that essentially replaces the ATS and CTS in the luxury brand’s lineup. A smaller CT4 will be shown later this year, the CT6 remains available, and Cadillac’s crossover lineup is expanding, too. The XT4 recently launched, the new three-row XT6 goes on sale soon, and a refreshed XT5 will be shown later this year.

“We’re still very committed to sedans,” Cadillac president Steve Carlisle said. People who buy sedans often do so deliberately—they are SUV-rejecters. “Sedans also serve as a gateway to the brand,” he said. And there is ample opportunity for growth in key large markets such as China so Cadillac will not be exiting the car market any time soon.

Visitors to the 2019 New York auto show next month will see the 2019 Cadillac CT5, which is being assembled at the Lansing Grand River plant and will be on sale near the end of the year. A social media campaign starts rolling out today with new videos weekly until the final one April 16, ahead of the auto show.

The CT5 will have a standard 2.0-liter turbo-four engine and optional 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6. Both are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The new Cadillac is a rear-drive car, on the Alpha architecture, and all-wheel drive will be available on all trim levels.

Under the new badging system Cadillac is implementing, the back end will sport a new badge that says 350T, meaning the 275-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter engine will deliver approximately 350 newton meters (Nm) of torque (295 lb-ft). The 3.0-liter generates about 404 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, which would require a torque-figure badge that rounds up to say 550T. The “T” denotes turbocharged.

The CT5 will have Cadillac’s Super Cruise hands-free, highway driver-assistance system during its lifecycle but the semi-autonomous feature will not be available at launch. That is similar to its debut on the CT6; Super Cruise was added for the third model year. All models of Cadillac will get Super Cruise starting in 2020.

On the CT6, take rate of the package that includes Super Cruise was 18 percent initially, but as awareness has grown, the take rate grew to 34 percent at the end of 2018 and is now approaching 50 percent, Carlisle said. Engineers are continually updating the software of the system that focuses on hands-free lane centering, braking and acceleration on freeways but does not do passing maneuvers or tackle on/off ramps.

CT5 ushers in new look

The 2020 CT5 showcases a new design direction and aesthetic language for the brand, says Andrew Smith, executive director of Global Cadillac Design. The new Cadillac sedan features a wide stance, aggressive front, big wheels, and crisp lines along the side and in the hood.

The Art and Science era still offers rough direction but this car takes it further. That means vertical lights remain, but the taillights have been reinterpreted, in part so that the back end of all Cadillacs don’t look the same. Time for more individual character. The car has a wide blacked-out mesh grille, reminiscent of the CT6 and XT6, and derived from the Escala concept.

Inside, it appears there is a nicer grain of wood on the dash and doors. The infotainment system is the next generation of what used to be called CUE with a large screen integrated into the dash and a rotary controller for the functions. In addition to the Cadillac crest, the “Cadillac” script is used throughout the vehicle.

The car follows Cadillac’s Y strategy, so the CT5 will be offered as a Luxury or a Sport model, each with a distinct look and ride character.

First Drive: 2019 Cadillac XT4

SEATTLE, Washington — We’ve been herded into a ballroom at the Four Seasons hotel in Seattle, where we’re listening to Cadillac reps explain the why behind their new ‘Y’ trim-level strategy, augmented by a fancy PowerPoint presentation. Because the 2019 Cadillac XT4, the marque’s all-new compact crossover we’ve come here to drive, represents the first implementation of Cadillac’s Y approach, that’s Y.

Cadillac says it’s aiming the XT4 at the entry-luxury, compact crossover set (think Audi Q3, BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, Volvo XC40, etc.), though it feels at least a half-size bigger than any of those vehicles. The Cadillac team says it focused on providing more usable interior volume than the competitive set, and indeed, the XT4’s 39.5 inches of rear seat legroom beats all the players mentioned here, and its 22.5 cu-ft of cargo space with rear seats up, 48.9 with them down is better than most.

As for how it stacks up in the exterior looks department compared to the competition, we’d say pretty well, especially from the direct front or rear view. The 2019 XT4 sports a version of Cadillac’s new, thinner grille that first debuted on the CT6 sedan, with sleek and slim vertical headlights and similar taillights that echo one of the old CTS Wagon’s best styling traits. Let’s just say the profile isn’t its good side, with a generic appearance not unlike that of its General Motors stablemates. Standard wheels are 18 inches all trim levels, though each varies slightly in color.

That brings us back to the Y strategy. The base Luxury model checks in at $35,790 to start and features aluminum-color interior accents, leatherette seats, and satin aluminum exterior trim. For $40,290, buyers can veer either to the left or right side of the Y with the Sport or Premium Luxury trims. Choose the Sport path, and you get carbon-fiber interior and gloss black exterior trim, body color door handles, leatherette seats with sport accents, carbon-fiber or wood interior trim, a thicker steering wheel and unique pedals, and gloss black roof rails among other features. Premium Luxury takers get leather seats, wood or aluminum interior trim, satin aluminum exterior trim and roof rails, and nickel-finish door handles. Both upscale trims also receive front and rear park assist, lane change and side blind zone alerts, and rear cross traffic systems. A power liftgate, driver’s seat memory, and an auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror are also part of the Premium Luxury package.

After reading all that you may be asking yourself, “Self, where are the V-Series and Platinum models at?” Not every Cadillac will get those treatments, but we suspect the XT4 will be at least going Platinum soon enough. All XT4s regardless of trim get Cadillac’s new 8.0-inch infotainment screen with the marque’s redesigned Cue system that does away with the frustrating haptic feedback switchgear in favor of a center-console mounted rotary knob controller. Located behind the gearshift lever, it’s further augmented by a volume knob and various quick key buttons. We had limited time to explore the setup in depth, but our cursory experience is that it’s an improvement over the outgoing Cue, mostly in terms of usability. We’re told this new rotary-knob system will find its way to other Cadillac models and is already being implemented on the CT6 sedan.

Under the hood of the XT4 is an all-new 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, producing 237 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. While that’s down significantly from the old 2.0T’s 272 hp and 295 lb-ft, Cadillac says the engine is far more efficient thanks to a twin-scroll turbocharger, cylinder deactivation, and the engine’s trick “Tripower” valvetrain system, which utilizes a shifting groove that effectively “slides” the cam lobe profile to one of three settings depending on driving condition. At the low end of the profile spectrum is the Active Fuel Management groove, which disables two cylinders and is designed for very light, freeway cruising; low valve lift is set up for balanced power and efficiency; and high valve lift engages when you need to put the hammer down in passing or hill climbing situations, for example. Additionally, the new engine’s peak torque comes on between 1,500-4,000 rpm compared to the outgoing engine’s 3,000-4,600 rpm, meaning in routine cruising conditions you’ll typically see the tach needle stay under 2,000 rpm, further optimizing fuel economy.

The XT4’s transmission is all-new too, a 9-speed automatic with a broader ratio than the outgoing 6-speed unit (7.6:1 vs 6.0:1) and a 4.69 first gear along with a 0.62 top gear to get that sub-2,000 rpm cruise speed. A twin-clutch all-wheel-drive setup is available on all XT4 models for an extra $2,500 and features a front disconnect to run in FWD at the push of the drive mode button. Other drive modes are AWD and Sport, both of which activate the all-wheel-drive system, while the latter also boosts steering effort and throttle response, allowing for higher shift points. Suspension is strut-type up front, and five-link a la XT5 in the rear. Sport models are available with an optional Active Sport Suspension.

We had a chance to wring out both Sport and Premium Luxury versions of the XT4 over a smorgasbord of Washington state highways and rural backroads, and we came away impressed. Both XT4 trims exhibited a sporty feel for a crossover thanks to a combination of precise steering and throttle inputs and good body control. Slowing things down are strong electro-hydraulic assist brakes that we’re told were benchmarked for feel against the ATS. This means the pedal is firm and not over-boosted like several other crossovers we’ve driven. It took a little getting used to initially, but ultimately rewarded us with excellent modulation.

The XT4’s 2.0T engine felt lively and eager to rev through the midrange, though it starts running out of breath above 5,000 rpm. That said, in normal driving, plenty of low-down torque and the 9-speed transmission conspire to keep revs low while not feeling like the XT4 is bogging in the slightest. This is possibly the best 9-speed we’ve experienced to date, with little gear hunting and silky smooth shifts that are almost imperceptible at times. That said, the XT4 is no rocket—258 lb-ft of torque only goes so far when there’s nearly 4,000 lbs of crossover to push around. Given that the XT4’s target demographic is young urban dwellers, this shouldn’t matter in the least though when tooling around the nation’s cityscapes.

Both XT4s we drove were equipped with the optional all-wheel drive system. Switching between FWD and AWD is seamless, but it takes a few seconds to complete. In FWD mode on dry pavement, a firm boot of throttle from a stop led to a bit of wheel spin and light torque steer, while the XT4 moved out confidently under heavy acceleration in AWD mode. We wonder how many buyers will actually toggle between the FWD and AWD settings, but they should keep it primarily in FWD if they want to optimize fuel economy and lessen drivetrain wear.

We’re looking forward to getting more seat time in the XT4 and seeing how it compares with its rivals. But for now, we can safely say we enjoyed our first encounter with what’s bound to become a volume seller for Cadillac. And there’s more where the XT4 came from. Cadillac is promising a new model launch every six months through 2020, and if the XT4 is any indication, we’re betting the American luxury brand is in for more successes to come—especially now that we know more of the what behind the Y.
