✦゜ANSWERED: AAAA I don't have the time do a full piece of UT Ren rn, but I did do a lil 10 min redraw of some of my old art!! It also features (untraumatised) younger Ren and BNHA AU Ren!!

Yanderen't Ren facts !

He's a soft, quiet boi who prefers it when others talk.

Very owl-like with his wide, inquisitive stare and quiet nature. Sometimes you can't even tell if he's there unless you call for him.

A child genius that grew up with a talent for technology. He graduated university with a PhD in computer science because he thought it was his calling, but got burnt out and eventually found his passion in being a tattoo artist instead.

You can often find Ren on walks with Violet and her plants at night, or helping his other childhood friend Leon with stretches at the beach during the day.

He's in an alt indie band with a few of his close friends and often switches between playing the bass and electric guitar!!

Ren takes his mother to a butterfly conservatory each year for her birthday because she absolutely adores them. She always tells her children that they're lucky to share such beautiful eyes with her loving husband, because they remind her of morpho butterflies.

Often sits and listens to Elanor ramble on and on about her day while he waits for you to finish work. He won't give her much input, but he'll be nodding his head and taking in every word instead.

Owns 14 different hoodies because you always seem to steal them when he's not looking. Sometimes he'll leave your favourite candy in the pockets for you to find.

He likes to pick up Hannah from university every so often, and they usually go on night drives on his motorcycle whenever the stress from exams become too much.

Dyes the ends of his hair blonde to feel closer to his father. Ren hugely admires him for founding his own company at such a young age, and was a big inspiration for him growing up.

Ren also got to marry his beloved childhood friend after you proposed to him in an all-too-familiar playground!!

How come you're not a popular blog? Does it make you upset that all your friends are better than you?

A) I don't want to be "popular" I'd rather have a small few in whom I call friends than a million people I call acquaintances. People have their preferences and mine is to not have a lot of followers/follow a lot of people. I value connection which might not be what other people want and that's okay, I'm happy being "unpopular" ♡

B) firstly, popularity doesn't equal "better" and secondly, this isn't a competition. Nothing makes anyone "better" than anyone else and it certainly isn't numbers that makes someone popular. I cater to no one.

If people like me, great! If people hate me, alright cool! I'm not here for everyone and everyone is certainly not here for me, world doesn't revolve around me and my ships, as the world doesn't revolve around others and their ships. We all are just out here vibing!

I'm an idiot on the internet popping off about my f/o for me, myself, and I. If people want to tag along for the ride that's a bonus and I feel honored that people actually want to invest their time in my ships/me when I'm reality they don't have to but they do and thats amazing.

Valentine’s Day is ruined, and it’s all Higuchi’s fault. Okay—it’s not her fault, exactly. She didn’t ask to wake up in so much pain she could hardly stand, nor did she ask for her tics to increase in correlation with her stress. And said stress has only been mounting for the past week—partially from work-related issues, and partially because Higuchi has been spending every spare moment attempting to plan out the perfect Valentine’s Day for her girlfriend, and now… She hisses in pain as her shoulders jerk, causing the heating pad she draped over them to slide to the ground.

higuchi's plan to give gin the perfect valentine's day falls through when she has a bad pain flare up; gin helps her have a nice evening regardless

So I didn't ever want to be "that person" who makes a post like this, but I just wanted to say I'm going offline for a bit to go touch some grass. So many of you are people I would genuinely call my friends, and I feel I owe you some explanation rather than just leaving you hanging. A year ago, ygo and the community around it dragged me out of a really deep hole I was in, but lately I've been really struggling again and I need to step back and relearn how to be myself, and tumblr (and twitter too, though i jumped ship there a while ago) is just not a healthy place for me to do that. I want to come back, I will come back, and I'll miss being here, but right now my head is a mess and I need distance from the toxic and triggering parts of tumblr that I stoop to when things get bad in my head. I might be back in a few days or a week or just some time in the future, I guess just however long it takes for me to stop feeling like this. I'll miss the community but I don't have any enthusiasm to give for anything at all right now, not yugioh or chainsaw man or even my sweet chicken husband, and everything I see just makes me sad. I need some time to shed that bitterness to be able to bring a better version of myself back to enjoy characters, art, fics and community here. I'll miss you guys, please don't forget me while I'm gone! See ya later💜

[12 May 2022] I just played the demo and let me tell you I had such a visceral /pos reaction to that seggsy scene I am barking, growling and howling over this man 😤💘 kudos

Okay now that I got all of that out of my system AHEM so was Ren really a virgin or did he just say that to test the waters? I honestly could not tell if he was being genuine or not xD

Everyone is going feral for this man after that scene I'm caCKLING 💀 But thank you sm! I'm glad you enjoyed the demo!! 💕💕

In the old 2017 version, Ren only said he was a virgin because he was still leaning into his Haruko/"Ren" persona (and figured that it was what MC wanted/preferred). But in the 2022 version however, I got annoyed with his constant whiplash of emotions during the woohoo scene, so I just made him sincere throughout the entire thing lol

So yes, he was being genuine at that time ^^

Saturday Six (Stuff)

The Dude (@super-ultra-mega-kami-guru-blog) and I were still testing positive for Covid on Wednesday. Ugh. I the congestion (for me) and the cough (for them) is still lingering. Hopefully when we test tomorrow it will be negative. We both really, really exasperated with this shite.( ಠ ಠ )

Leeloo kitten has been the only thing to keep me from being totally depressed during this illness. I'm glad I made a snap decision to take her home.₍˄ุ.͡˳̫.˄ุ₎ฅ˒˒

Although my parents have been really helpful, I know they're tired of having to help us out. Idk what they'd like us to do though. It's not like we planned to get sick. It could have even been mom who got us sick. Who knows?(~_~;)

I am seriously upset that someone did get us sick though. We've been pretty fastidious about staying away from people, cleaning up, and everything. Idk. It's really annoying. I want the new booster asap.(.﹒︣︿﹒︣.)

Trying to look for positive stuff, because I know my therapist will ask, and it's really hard. (゜-゜)

The weather has been nice even if I couldn't really enjoy it as much as I'd have liked too. I'll be sad to take my patio down next month. (⁎•̛̣̣꒶̯•̛̣̣⁎)

my very first BL was SOTUS way back in 2017!!!!

my girlfriend of the time was really into it so she convinced me to watch both that and then later that same year the original 2moons as well. even if our relationship ended badly and im fully aware of the problematic aspects of the show, im still very fond of SOTUS, especially because i feel like it treated its female characters way better than some of more recent BLs even do

i was never active in the fandom back in the days tho and after i broke up with my ex-girlfriend i stepped away from the BL world until 2021, when by complete accident i saw someone i followed on tumblr reblog a gifset of history 3: trapped and i got really really curious about it until i decided to watch it, got completely obsessed by it and decided to make this sideblog (which very quickly became my main one ;;;;;)

so yeah, technically my very first BL was SOTUS, but history 3: trapped was what actually made me want to explore the genre and interact with the fandom!!!
