「梅酒の実クッキー」

以前は、梅酒に漬かってた梅を利用して、ジャムを作ったけれど。

アルコール飛ばしたり煮込んだりは、火を長く使うし暑い。

大量に作っても、食べ切れるかわからない…ということで。

今回は、刻んでクッキーに混ぜて焼いた。

レシピより砂糖は控えめで、マーガリン（ラーマ）はサラダ油を半々にした。

クッキー焼くのも久しぶりな気がするが、作り方が丁寧で良かった。

卵も入って、強めに焼くとザクザク感が強くなるけれど、

ほどほどに焼くと、ソフトクッキーって感じで中はしっとりふんわり。

ほんのり甘酸っぱい味は好きな感じ。

梅だからって、すごい和風ってほどでもない。

思ったより多く出来てしまって。

そういえば、手作りのクッキーってどうやって保存したらいいか調べたら。

密閉容器に常温保存で3日くらい、乾燥剤がなければ紅茶のティーバックが代わりになるというので、さっそく試してみた。

冷蔵庫だと、魚とかそばにあるものの匂いがつく可能性とか、外の温度差によっては、常温に戻す時、湿気った感じになるとか。

翌日、お隣さんに、控えめに焼いた方をおすそ分けしたけれど、固さは大丈夫だったみたい。
