Week 1 Thoughts ✔️ Sore but tolerable: my booty hurts to sit on a hard chair but I also like the pain because I know that it means change is coming ✔️ Timed nutrition is hard: I was not 💯 perfect this week but I learnEd something every day. My hardest times are late afternoons and when I’m stuck at the hospital until 8:30pm trying to finish charts...then my dinner becomes a handful of Hersey’s kisses 🤦‍♀️ ✔️ Non-scale victory: I fit in a dress I bought in 2013 pre-babies 🙌🏼 ✔️ Accountability: Having friends both old and new to cheer you on is FUN! I’ve appreciated all of the encouragement from my fitness family 🥰 12 weeks to go! I’m hoping to pay it forward and help 19 women get started on their journey for 2019! Don’t wait to get started! The actors are cramped, equipment space is nonexistent, and it gets hot and funky fast. As a director you’re trying to keep all things on level “happy.” So a lot of rehearsing outside the vehicle, helps when you actually get in. Several scenes in the series were set inside cars to see what works and what doesn’t. No better teacher than experience right.
