I’m not saying that everyone in the excited for the Barbie movie crowd would enjoy The Scarlet Pimpernel - but there probably are quite a few people in the excited for the Barbie movie crowd who would enjoy The Scarlet Pimpernel.

#it's one of the most female gaze-y things I know #superhero story but the protagonist is the lady trapped in a loveless marriage who needs to find out who the hero is to save her brother #also LOTS of pretty clothes and pretty people and pretty setting #IDK it's just great #my personal recommendation would be book>1980's movie>1930's movie>musical #(1982 and 1934 sorry I didn't remember and had to look it up)#but honestly whatever suits you best #it's all on the Internet for free #and an imperfect adaptation is still better than no version #but the mystery around the Scarlet Pimpernel's true identity is only kept intact in the book #and Marguerite is the most badass there #also it has The Pepper Sniffing Scene that isn't there in the other versions #anyways #Marguerite Blakeney #The Scarlet Pimpernel #Barbie Meme

archer is finally ending....

i have to admit it, this show was going on for too long. it already ran dry (in my opinion) after season 4 (although i like the coma seasons everybody seems to hate so much) and after the passing of jessica walter and the fact that the writers clearly didn't know what to do with the characters after season 10 i think its about time this show came to an end

#like im not upset i couldnt even get through the entirety of season 11 and it only has 8 episodes....#archer #and idk i feel like ppl hate those coma seasons so much because people have this adversion to filler.#if archer had no choice to continute after season 4 i think its acually cool that we have 3 seperate seasons in #the 1940s. 1930s adventure movie and a futuristic space setting it would have gotten VERY boring if they just #stayed in the real world but that is obvs my own opinion
