1. Skilled Independent -189
You can live and work anywhere in Australia with this permanent visa.
2. Skilled Nominated – 190
A permanent skilled nominated 190 visa is available, which requires you to be nominated by a state or territory government and commit to reside and work for two years in the nominating state or territory. If you are nominated, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will ask you to submit a visa application right away.
3. Skilled Regional – 491/191

What is SkillSelect?
Applicants must use the SkillSelect pathways to express interest in skilled workers or business owners from other countries who want to migrate to Australia (EOI). SkillSelect is required to submit all Expressions of Interest (EOIs) online. An expression of interest (EOI) is not the same as a visa application, and creating and submitting an EOI through SkillSelect is optional. The following visa categories require expressions of interest (EOI) in SkillSelect:
1. Independent Skilled Class SI Subclass 189. 
2. Nominated Skilled Class SN Subclass 190.
3. Skilled Work Regional Class PS Subclass 491.
Steps for preparing Expression Of Interest
Step 1: Create an EOI in SkillSelect
You have to list out the personal information necessary to create your SkillSelect account. You must provide the following information:
1. Your name and the family name. 
2. Birthdate 
3. Country of birth  
4. Gender
5. Passport and Nationality Information
6. Relationship status 
7. Current Residence
After confirming the details mentioned above, create an account with an email address and a password.
Step 2: Register
Log in using your SkillSelect expression of interest and password. Fill in the blanks with your information for each location. You may save your request and return it at any time.
Step 3: Select the visa kind.
Choose the visa that applies to you. It is possible to use for more than one type of visa.
Step 4: English Test Proof
You will be required to produce documentation of your English language test if one is needed. Please complete the requested information, and this might include your exam date, test reference number, and test results.
Step 5: Education and skill information
Provide accurate information about your training history and qualifications. You must include information about each stuff, such as:
1. Qualification title and course name.
2. Name and the location of the institution.
3. Beginning and finish dates of the course.
Step 6: Skill evaluation
You must submit skill evaluation information for the indicated occupation. The following details must be provided:
1. Detailed job description.
2. The name of the evaluating authority.
3. The completion date of your skills evaluation.
4. The reference number is issued by the assessing officer and must be submitted.
Step 7: Employment history

5. If the job is connected to your chosen profession, apply.
6. If you’re claiming points for the job.
Step 8: Review and make declarations
Examine your data entry. Read each statement and check the box next to each assertion. To be specific, you should edit your application. If a mistake occurs, you can update the information by changing the details. Once everything has been checked, click the submit button.
