Mr Zagani says, in designing and building the home, it was important that it not just look beautiful, but be of the highest quality throughout. As such it features 18mm oak flooring, solid timber internal doors, a glass-front gas fireplace, Clipsal Saturn light switches and powerpoints, a ducted vacuum system and remote-control blinds. The internals were built with treated pine to prevent white ant damage, and the outside is rendered brick veneer, Mr Zagani says. The finishes are beautiful we didnt cut any corners and we wanted to leave something that would stand the test of time.

Mr Zagani says the homes low-maintenance front and rear yards make it a great option for those looking for a lock-up-and-leave lifestyle.
