it's just very telling how JJ and Emily, both of them have highly accomplished careers in the FBI now have their careers and lives being "tainted" and ruined by gross and disgusting people on the internet with their conspiracy theories. I swear to god, if they go after Garcia and Tara after this, I will throw hands, not helped with Garcia's criminal past as the black queen and Tara being a woc which means some added racism into attempts to discredit her

Ok I read this yesterday and you just gave me a realization with this! First of all, I agree with you on this. Second, maybe this is how we get our "ultimate jemily moment" in the next ep 👀

Bc of like what you said both of their careers and lives are "tainted" by disgusting people and conspiracy theories on the internet, JJ and Emily are the only ones that really need the other person right now. As much as the team wants to help them, they wouldn't know where to start bc, even Luke or Rossi, they don't understand how much of an impact those situations made on JJ and Emily (whether they've noticed or not). Nobody else on the team has their images so publicly and online, only JJ and Emily (and probably Rossi but he's not too worried about that).

It is also like you said, really telling that it's Emily and JJ who are Gold Star and Voit's network's targets now (and hopefully they don't get further down the line with Tara and Garcia, which I think might not be the biggest worry it seems). But yeah, JJ and Emily are both women who progressed so much in their careers and in their lives, worked so hard to get to where they are, and it only takes damaging and even degrading things like those conspiracy theories and deepfakes to completely ruin them.

So the "ultimate jemily moment" might be JJ and Emily comforting each other, hopefully opening up about their situations, and coming to an understanding about themselves and each other. This might align with Paget's tweets of saying jemily will reach "new, thoughtful, and beautiful heights".
