the IWW is not a US union. I have met IWW members from all over the world; far many more than US branch members.

the IWW has 8494 members in the US (2021), 2334 in the UK and Ireland (2020), 200 in German-speaking regions (2015) and 100 in Australia (2019), although those two are unsourced in wikipedia. According to the iww's website, IWW.org, branches are also in those areas and nowhere else. Perhaps the numbers are higher in Germany and Australia. The aotearoa twitter account has been inactive since 2022, judge that as you will. The Union's character is eminently usamerican, and if that's too simplistic for you, then it's very much an imperial core union. The point still stands
