the gym workers received mini Hershey bars

my Mom's respite stay in the nursing home ended today and she was transported from the nursing home back to her house. i will be back at my Mom's starting tonight

spin class went well. we had a small group but class was fast paced and a good cardio workout

top and middle left = after exercise, i attended election training for the November 5 election. the training was almost all repeat. for the new instructions, they gave us a handout and also a list of phone numbers to call on election day if you have issues

bottom = Peanut at the veterinarian this afternoon. the ulcer on her lip hasn't healed. the vet said sometimes it takes several treatments and to bring her back in 3 weeks or so if her lip isn't better. Peanut was well behaved at the vet and she received a steroid shot to help heal the ulcer on her upper lip
