You’d be hard pressed to find anything other than a scarf for less than 10 quid in H&M!!! Even the cheap fast fashion isn’t cheap anymore and the other day I tried on a skirt that was £125 and it wasn’t even LINED. Meanwhile I’m still wearing my mum’s H&M tshirts from like 20 years ago!! And they probably DID cost next to nothing. Clothing options these days seem to be cheap and terrible quality or expensive and not good enough quality to justify the price. There are no options!!!!!!!!!

ok so. I saw Scream (1996) and here's my hot take: I don't think Billy actually killed Sidney's mom. I think he's just taking the credit for it. Who gives a shit what the sequels say...horror movie sequels are never actually trying to continue the story but just to have more horror movies. anyway here's my proof:

Billy is an established liar and plagiarizer. Not only is he plagiarizing all of the murders, but he also copies what Randy says about the killer's motive when prompted about his motive. In fact, the main theme of the movie is that the two idiot killers don't have an original idea in their heads at all!

Another main theme of the movie is that nobody believes Sydney when she's right. She was right about Billy being the killer, but he was let off the hook when there was evidence otherwise. I believe her when she says that her mom wouldn't sleep with Cotton Weary, and that she says Cotton killed her mom!

I believe that Billy heard about what happened with Sydney's mom and this, in fact, prompted him to become a killer himself. He identifies with the killer as he also has plenty of reason to hate Sydney's mom.

I mean, the murders that happen in the movie are basically copycat murders from the murder of Sydney's mom anyway. I feel like it's pretty much setting up that the killers are just copying what they see.

HE'S A LIAR AND AN EDGY TEEN OF COURSE HE WOULD TAKE CREDIT FOR A MURDER HE DIDN'T DO. I bet he didn't even kill the principal either...they clearly establish that anyone could be under that suit. I think there was some other kids getting murderous imo
