Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Smena 8M. Kentmere Pan 100.

Yorkshire Sculpture Park was opened in 1977 and occupies 500 acres of parkland within the grounds of Bretton Hall near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

As Kentmere Pan 100 requires a lot of light I took more than one roll of film with me and decided which one to load when I arrived and had had tome to judge the weather conditions.

My friends and I had a really nice walk and packed lunch. We saw a lot of cool sculptures by many renowned artists. I also took my Nikon F65 to take shots of works by individual artists.

Squirrels play an important role in forest regeneration. As winter approaches, squirrels prepare by burying nuts and seeds to help see them through. A single squirrel can bury up to 3,000 nuts in a season. Inevitably, some of their stash will be forgotten and germinate in the spring. Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV.

Sefton Park and boating lake. Lomo LC-A. Kentmere Pan 100.

Despite living a stones throw from Sefton Park I seldom visit. This thought struck me as I was driving home one day and realised I needed to use up the remaining frames in my Lomo LC-A. The winding mechanism stuck as I got to the end of the roll and the result where some diptych style multi exposures.

The boating lake dominates the area of the park near Aigburth Road and facilities to hire pleasure boats where present until the late 1970's when cuts to local authority budgets forced the park into somehwta of a decline.
