Jungkook planned and paid for the trip, they went in their private time in between tour dates, they only had last minute staff help in certain areas for their protection after their flight info was leaked. Jungkook edited and worked on the video in his free time.

Most interesting of all is that, instead of setting up a YouTube account of his own, he uploaded it at 10:00:13 KST for the millions of people subscribed to the Bangtan TV account to see.
