Happy Friday y’all. Happy September! What a summer it was.

This summer I got to connect with the man @devonwerkharder. What a gift! We’re the same age and I grew up watching his show Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Fond memories there. It wasn’t until in the last year I watched Dev talk about mental health and growing up and entering your 30’s that drew me to wanting to be friends truly. Nice when you meet people the same grit of sandpaper ya know! We got together and created some stuff for his music project @goodvlly.music. He doesn’t need me to promo his shit but friends ya know? Go out there and make some! Grateful to @thechristycarlsonromano for the bromance.

OLD FURNITURE

I am lost. Without my favourite psychological furniture, I feel lost. My thoughts, during my working and waking hours, are not the same. My reactions in my interpersonal interactions, have changed. I am not coming from a place of fight-flight-freeze any more!

Now that I have stated it, I feel stranger than before. It is a catch 22 situation. Peace is a strong medicine that is yummy in taste. The more I meditate now, in the Peace Zone within, the more I’ll change. And I can’t help but meditate more and more in the Peace Zone. I’ll have to be ok with fundamental changes in my personality at the age of 48 years.

I can’t even tell when the change took place. When did Peace undo my favourite thinking position of survival? When did they begin undoing the furniture for the music video for John Lennon’s Imagine? Jayadratha is the character in the epic Mahabharata who is said to personify the human desire to survive. How long does it take for Jayadratha to die? What is the duration of Jayadratha dying of arrow wounds?

During last night’s shortish single meditation, I perceived sounds that don’t have a vibration to them. Having heard them, the Peace I was experiencing seemed to turn towards the unstruck sounds. That’s Peace finding direction. That’s Peace, having undone the sticky nature of my survival instincts, finding direction!

This is going to be an emotional one.

I know this coming year is going to be a tough one.

One with new experiences. Some exciting but some, shall we say unwanted(?), and challenging at the very least. Most likely many struggles as well.

It's not going to be easy.

Not for him.

Not for us (yes, this is selfish me talking right now).

But I also know that the JK coming out on the other side of it all will be stronger and at the end of the day happier as well, leaving whatever had to be done behind him and allowing for much more freedom as an individual and as an artist.

Seven is a huge success, broken so many records.

And I can't wait to see what else is install for us next (single and album in November).

I just cannot wait to see what JM has install for us this year.

Not one year.

Not one year since 2013 has gone by without JM celebrating JK's birthday with him, even if it meant flying all the way from Paris for it, and sharing some of that happiness with us as well.

I just can't see him missing out on this year as well.

So, happy birthday JK.

We might not get to celebrate 2024 with you, so I hope we do get to celebrate this one together.

Keräyksemme alkaa 1.9.2023. Sitä ennen emme logistisista syistä toivo neulomuksia meille lähetettävän.

Neuloa voi toki mitä tahansa käyttökelpoista. Pääasiassa meiltä on kuitenkin toivottu villasukkia ja ampujanlapasia puolustajille.

Puolustajien käyttöön aiotut neuleet tulisi olla tehty maanläheisistä väreistä. Lasten ja naisten käyttöön aiotuilla neuleilla väri- tai kuviorajoituksi ei ole.

Yhdistä sukka- ja lapasparit toisiinsa löysällä, umpisolmuun solmitulla villalangalla. Näin niitä voidaan sovittaa – kadottamatta pariaan lajittelussa.

Jos haluat, liitä paketin sisäpuolelle pieni kortti tai paperi, jossa nimesi (tai nimimerkkisi) sekä paikkakuntasi. Julkaisemme neulojien nimet tällä sivulla vain paketin sisäpuolen tietojen perusteella. Jos tietoa ei paketin sisältä löydy, kirjaamme lähetyksen anonyyminä.

Ryhdy vanhusten, lasten ja sotilaiden sankariksi, neulomalla villasukkia ja lapasia Ukrainaan. Niitä voi neuloa kaiken kokoisia ja kaikissa väreissä sekä kuoseissa.

Ainoa vaatimuksemme on asetettu niiden materiaalille: Jotta ne ajaisivat niiden oleellista käyttötarkoitusta, tulisi niiden valmistukseen käytettävän langan – nimensä mukaisesti – sisältää vähintään 50% villaa.

Sama sääntö koskee toki myös mahdollisesti valmiina ostettuja tuotteita. Toisaalta lapasissa ja erityisesti sukissa olisi suotavaa olla jonkin verran myös keinokuituja (esim. polyamidi), tuomaan parempaa kulutuskestävyyttä.

Omg. You are inside my mind! I was literally reading this and wondering the same thing:

This live was on 1.9.2023 and the article on contracts came out on 20.9.2023. And Jimin says he's talking to the company about it.... hmm.

I also think I could have been part of his contract negotiation. Something definitely changed.

The fan meet is connected to his Production Diary so it would make sense for it to happen now and perhaps he thought the fan calls where sufficient during FACE but that doesn't explain the FACE vinyl.

Indigo was available for pre-order January 9th, a month after Indigo was released while FACE took almost 7 months. Right after contract negotiations, strangely?

I don't know what else it could be, really.

Můj obličej je totalní katastrofa. Všude svědivá vyrážka. Netuším z čeho to je. Napadá mě mýdlo na obličej, krém, neustálý holení, make up, nebo zolpidem. Takže dávam antihistaminika a začínam vysazovat věci, co mě nejmíň trápí. První půjde mejdlo a pak zolpidem. Klidně se nevyspim, ale holení, líčení a hydratačního krému se prostě nevzdám. Dobře, krém možná oželim, ale nic víc! Snad se mi to do zítra zklidní a budu na ten sraz vypadat normálně. Chci se aspoň jeden den cejtit zase jako já.
