what do you do in petz + how the fuck is spam tong in petz

ok, so! petz, or in this case, PF Magic Petz specifically, is an old, OLD pet simulator game from the 90s! it's made to run on doo-doo potato computers, and uses it's own wacky technonogy called, and bear with me, "ballz", to render the pet models.

there's other games by pf magic, but we'll focus on petz. before they became stinky ubisoft petz. (ubisoft bought petz) nono ignore that. this is PURE FUCKIN' MAGIC PETZ! (thats what pf stands for)

you adopt a dog or a cat... and you take care of it! and unlike most modern pet sims - your pet truly has a personality of its own. for the game's age it's actually surprisingly complex, and the community is finding new things each year! i believe just last year (or two years ago??) we found out petz have FAVORITE COLORS.

each pet is unique in their own way!! signature animations, favorite foods, what relationships they have with other petz, how you've trained them... one pet may love being fed cheese, while the other may not.

of course there's also personalities for each breed, as each breed has it's own personality. i can't explain this one well, so give this a read!

i used to play petz a lot more back then, nowadays i just check in on it sometimes, but the genuine connection you may get to feel towards your silly guys is real.

fun fact i only adopt cats. i dont do my breeding from scratch but the guys i adopt from other people or PUGS (petz universal game site) (i hope i got that right) i dont like the sounds dogs make. i still need to finish graphics for all my cats. heres some of them. i love them.

what really makes this game is the community! it's a small, but surprisingly lively and friendly community! many of these people may even be twice your age, enjoying this silly pet game online with everyone, it's wonderful! the game is very moddable, and people make their own breeds, toys, areas... anything you think of, it can be put in this game with enough time and creativity!

some people make realistic, breeds, and some people make Silly Guys! like me for example! i'm really into fan-made media petz! it's how i got into the game, after all! i've made some hexied (modded petz) of my own!

also, most people around the petz community have their own websites! for their downloads, shows, or to show off their petz!! what you can do is endless. i made my site because of that, though it's in constant disrepair and i SWEAR one day i will move to neocities.

and yes!! shows!! people do shows!! you can pose and take pictures of your petz and it'S actually a very pixel precise thing, trying to get your pet to do a show pose! people do these shows on forums and even give each other little graphic trinkets like badges!!

speaking of graphics... STAMPS!! petz fans love stamps!! i collect some, too, but my collection isnt as impressive as some other people.

people even have stamps for their own sites, that's where these come from!!

Well. you prolly werent there for it but petz spamton took some places of the internet by storm and OH BOY WAS IT BOTH REALLY COOL BUT ALSO VERY TIRING SOMETIME. im not the creator, i do not take credit, however i am partially responsible as that entity was created on my server. (after my friends talked about the reanimated joshua and the promised land video from saberspark - its a big collab and we talked about the people who worked on it. one of them was Moonkitti who has a petz profile picture. i then left the convo but my friend who i wont name so they feel comfy <3 remembered petz and had the wonderful idea of Modding Spamton Into It.)

i was graced with being able to see THE BEASTS PREMIERE. AND LATE AT NIGHT, WATCHING A DISCORD CALL OF THIS THING BEING BORN, SCREEN RECORDING IT ON MY PHONE.... LATER USING THE FOOTAGE TO MAKE This Infamous Video.

petz spamton doesnt look like this anymore its had many updates. (you can see the history on my spamtons as id update a new one and keep it with certain updates!! for example otterpop doesnt have colored paw pads, but mango does.) but this is the original. i had an og adopted as well but i lost it </3 BACK UP YOUR FILES BACK UP YOUR FILES BACK UP YOUR FILES BACK UP YOUR FILES. it got many people into petz!! it was wonderful to see people discover this old game. hell! even i got into it this way! though as trends are, they usually go away eventually. i stay however because im ill. hashtag number one spamton pet breeder. dont take it the wrong way. i like spamton mixies.

oh yeah! the breeding in this game! SURPRISINGLY VERY COMPLEX. WONT BE GETTING INTO IT. but! two petz can have a baby! including modded petz! it can create Monstrosities. but some are niceys! i like both the cursed ones because funny but also getting some niceys to keep :) i have many mixed spamtons!!

Hey Lana! As you know, both Me and Jackie use the app/website, but both of us struggle with sitting down and writing things. We both like writing detailed things and anytime we sit down together to write, we only ever write one sentence before getting distracted or unmotivated... We know what we want to write to, so it gets frustrating. Any advice on how to feel motivated to write more than a sentence every other day?

as a fellow writer, this problem is something i also have. getting unmotivated or losing attention to your writing is completely normal (and im saying this as someone with the worlds WORST attention span)!!

get setup and prepared before writing: this is different for everyone based on how you do it, but one pre-step you should try is to prepare your area before actually settling down to work on your writing. for me, i like to fill up a waterbottle, turn on my led lights, grab a blanket, have a small snack, grab a comfy hoodie, open my windows, or whatever im really feeling. this will most likely look different to you, but its a really good prestep.

use study techniques: using study techniques for writing works is UNDERRATED!!! there are so many out there, and i could read billions of articles on them, but i'll keep it simple and give you one that it is incredibly useful, which is the pomodoro technique! pomodoro is basically working for 25 minutes, taking a 5 minute break doing something productive (i like to put away my snacks, refill my water, read or practice spanish on duolingo, but you can freestyle it), repeating that 3 times, then having a longer break to do whatever you want, typically being around 15-30 minutes. then, you repeat! you can also find easier versions on youtube or other resources (most are usually work for 20 minutes, break for 15) and some even have music! i recommend using chill with talki if you want relaxing study music. :)

use apps or other resources: some apps i recommend are notion, study bunny, habit rabbit, or even just youtube or soundcloud! there are some really good ones out there. music even counts too! its a good way to focus. :D

hello! you asked me a bit ago about my experience w chestbinder.co but for some reason i can't like, answer it privately from my drafts? idk. anyway i'll just post my response here.

so i had a good experience with them, the one i bought was the side-latching one (the 'classic chest binder') and it arrived on time iirc (i live in nz) with zero issues, as described. it flattens out my chest pretty well but i'm not sure how this specific one would do for larger chests (i'm like an a to b cup when wearing bras).

a friend of mine also bought binders from there and his ended up being too small for him so the size chart on their website might be off. weirdly i had the opposite problem and both of mine ended up too big, fortunately the smaller size i bought was easy enough to alter to fit me (it's p easy when you know how to do some basic hand sewing)

i have heard that there are some pretty mixed reviews out there but my experience with them was perfectly solid. i hope it turns out similarly for you if you decide to go for them! good luck!

oh i just saw this, thank you so much for responding! i ended up getting one that zips up and a strapless one that clasps. i only really wear the zip up one and it flattens great and id super comfy and easy to wear.

i dont wear the strapless one at all because its hard to clasp and it pushes the skin under my armpits up LMAO

the zip up one might have been a little small but honestly ive been binding for so long i didnt really care and it stretched out on its own (DONT do this if you dont have experience binding. you won't be used to the feeling enough to know your limits yet. so if anybody sees this and orders from chestbinder.co you might want to get a size up, especially if youre new to binding!)

If you already know the sort of look you want to put together, and you're a good fit for their size chart Forever 21 is a really good store to find pattern pieces. They have Leopard prints, they had a hibiscus collection a while back, and even have some pop culture collections like their most recent hello kitty and friends collection! Typically they run small on me, I'd go a size up or 2! Also check out their plus sized section!

Good for cheap alt pieces, pop culture pieces but also adorable accessories! Lots of their clothing is cheaply made and runs small so i only typically shop here for accessories. Cheap clothes, Its a bit dicey but i think you can find ANYTHING on Shein! Pattern pieces, Statement pieces, I really love just scrolling through and finding cute fits! Be sure to check your size charts! I'd order a size up most times but sometimes thats not possible on here.

I think we put a lot of emphasis on all of these specific looks and while that is important to the aesthetic i think it really makes us undermind base layers, and basic outfits that are enhanced by our statement pieces and patterns as opposed to getting lost in our outfit. I really like buying generic looking clothing and making it flashy with our makeup and statement pieces! Maybe thats not new information but i think a lot of new gals overlook that.

I just made my first sale on my website! Thats exciting! And the girl is super chill so we figured out some weirdness together. I hope Im doing the tax part correctly. I am trying! 

I am so glad I got to have today off. It was almost stress free. I am still feeling some stress but mostly Im just in a good mood.  Honestly I think most of my stress is that I am tired. I did not sleep well last night. I think my body was worried I was missing something, like it was like when I have to be awake at an unusual or early time and I wake up every 15 minutes because Im convinced Im going to mess it up. So it was not restful sleep. And getting up was hard. So my regular schedule I have made the last couple weeks was an hour behind. But that was alright. 

James came and laid with me and we both just scrolled on our phones until my phone died and I decided it was time to get up. 

I got dressed in comfy clothes. Set up my crochet stuff on the bed with the windows open. I had breakfast and spent a few hours working on my sweater. I have half a sleeve done! Its going to take a lot more time but Im happy with what I accomplished. 

I did take a break to play animal crossing for a little. But then it was back to work on my crochet. 

James came in in a panic because he thought I was going to be late for work. But I reminded him I didnt have to go! So he came and laid with me before he had to go. 

I had my left over chipotle for lunch. And then James was off. And I had what was basically my work shift to fill. 

I spent some time cleaning. Not much but some. I finally found my loose tea strainer, which will be good for when my thai tea mix gets here. I worked on some digital drawings. I am enjoying playing with that more and more. 

I spent some time just resting. Playing games. I found some games from when I was a kid online and I was texting with my brother while playing those. It was nice. 

I had some toast. And now I am sitting on the couch excited about my sale and because I finally got the email for the meeting for camp. Thursday morning. Excellent. Im looking forward to it. I hope its everything I wanted. 

Its still early. But I am feeling really tired. I think I may take a bath. Because I like those. And then James will come home and that will be good. I go back to work tomorrow and I hope its just a chill day.

Sorry I’m spamming, (Taurus, food, music Anon lol ), another thing I’ve realized I’ve been lacking is spending time w my friends and I think I’ve been a little less happy because of that reason (bc we are in quarantine obviously) therefore the only way I can get in contact with them is through FaceTime and I LOVEEEE FaceTiming my friends , like they make me feel much less alone if my grammar makes sense lmao like I feel comfy again right?? Also touching in with your passions , as I’ve mentioned before I FREAKING LOVE MUSIC HEHE and actually our recording equipment arrived here today!! I’m so happy lmao so today we were working on setting it up and getting ready to record music and I’m bringing this up so that it can be a reminder to make sure you don’t forget about your passions and make sure to set aside some time for what you enjoy doing, like maybe you’re an artists as well (bc u write really good fanfics so imagine u would be imaginative and likely good at art🤩🤩) but yeah one other thing basically would be j to do things u like when u have time for them and it usually helps for me to stay occupied so that I don’t have bad thoughts during this time :) I feel like also online shopping is fun like even if it’s just “window browsing” online if that makes sense like just looking through potential outfits is soooooooo much fun for me since we are isolated anyways and u only need urself to do that:) hopefully these suggestions help, ily girl❤️❤️ I know things will get better for u!

you are so right. im already a pretty introverted and social anxious person so having to be locked up in my house and not being able to hang out with friends has really affected me and made it worse :/ but last week me and my group of friends face timed cause it was one of my friend's birthday and it was really fun and refreshing and now we wanna do it every week if possible :)

i did study photography in college and it's something i really like but haven't picked up my camera in so long :( maybe i'll give it a try and make a little photoshoot with myself, who knows maybe it will make me feel better about myself too. sometimes it's hard to keep up with things i wanna do cause i give up pretty easily and i'm one of those people that gets really excited to do something and then after two days of doing it i get bored and stuff haha gotta work on that

I personally find my binder(from gc2b btw) extremely comfortable! They've got measurements on their site, and you can contact support and tell them your measurements if you need help deciding what size to get (from experience they're very helpful!! I had to contact support bc my shoulder and chest sizes were five sizes apart XD) if you think you'd be more comfortable with a binder, trans or not, I say go for it- the one I got was $35, it was one of the nude tank binders, very comfy- also feel free to snatch my Def Not Trans™ reasons if they'd work for you XD

Have you ever gone to a camp or summer school? I’ve been to two camps: science camp and Girl Scout camp. I also had to do summer school once in the 6th grade cause I missed a lot of school due to spending months in the hospital and at home after having surgery. I voluntarily took a few summer classes in college.
