PART I

Lucifer escorted both of you back to the House of Lamentation.

“For 1 year. this will be your place to stay.” Lucifer turned to you and said. “Go in and don’t cause any more trouble. You really gave me a headache.”

As you stepped inside the mansion. Lucifer followed behind you. But before Luke could go in. Lucifer said “You will not stay here, go to Purgatory Hall and meet Simeon there.”

“Wait!” you turned around to stop Lucifer but the demon already shut the door.

But to Lucifer’s surprise, Luke appeared right beside you, inside the house without walking through the door.

“You can’t separate a person from their Guardian Angel, you know that.” Luke said.

It had been a long time since Lucifer fell, so he nearly had forgotten the connection between a human and their Guardian Angel. The connection only breaks after the said human has received God’s judgement after their death.

“Please, let’s Luke stay here. He can stay in my room.” you pleaded with the demon.

“Don’t, MC, never beg these demons, especially HIM!” Luke said.

“...Fine. It’s not like I can do anything about this.”

A few minutes later, you and Luke were led to the living room by Lucifer. There, you saw other 5 demons.

“Alright, let’s play a little game.” Lucifer said. “They’re my brothers and Avatars in charge of different sins. Use that Catholic knowledge of yours to guess their names and the sins of which they’re in charge.”

Is this really a game? Or temptation to lead me to Pride? You thought as you looked at Lucifer. You knew that there would be a high chance that you would win, and it would make you feel proud of yourself, easily leading to Pride. You could refuse to play the game, but it might let the demons sully your Catholic Faith.

“What is it? Don’t keep looking at me. go ahead.”

“Alright.” you said.

“Lucifer, I’m hungry.” the orange-haired demon said.

“The orange-haired is Beelzebub, Avatar of Gluttony.” you said.

“Correct. Bonus information for you, he’s the sixth eldest of us brothers.” Lucifer nodded. “Beel, you can go eat now.”

Beelzebub immediately left without saying another word.

“Lucifer, can I return to my room to play games now?” the blue-haired demon said.

“Wait until MC successfully guess your name and your sin.”

“Why should I play some boring normie game?”

You went to the blue-haired demon and carefully observed him.

“D...don’t look at me, human. I...I’m just some yucky otaku that you should avoid.”

As you came close to him, you could smell...the sea.

“Leviathan, Avatar of Envy.”

“Correct. The otaku demon is also our third eldest.” Lucifer nodded. “Levi, you can leave.”

Leviathan immediately got up from his seat and left.

“Sweetie, try to guess my name! ♡” the champagne-haired demon said and winked at you.

“Asmodeus, Avatar of Lust.” you averted you eyes away, as you knew you were talking to a demon of Lust. You wouldn’t want to be charmed by him.

“Correct again. He’s also our fifth eldest.” Lucifer nodded at you.

“Woah, MC, you’re so good.” Luke cheered. 

“Wow! You are even hotter than I expected.” Asmodeus chose to stay behind to watch the show, instead of leaving, like the other two.

“Alright, I’m next.” the blonde demon said.

You looked at him from head to toe, but you couldn’t figure out any distinctive feature about him.

“Sorry, I’ll go with the white-haired over there first.”

“Oi, don’t ignore me!” 

“Hey, human, guess him first. You don’t want him to become mad. It’s horrible.” the white-haired demon said.

“He’s Satan, Avatar of Wrath.” you said.

Asmodeus began to cackle, apparently, they had fallen into your trap.

“Correct. And he’s the fourth eldest.” Lucifer gave you another nod.

Now Satan had become intrigued with you, so he decided to stay until the end of the game.

“Alright, one left.” you mumbled as walked towards Mammon.

As you looked as him, the white-haired demon became uncomfortable.

“Hey, human, quit looking! If ya can’t guess my name, just say so, don’t look at me so intensely. I’ll charge ya a fee for looking at me.”

“Mammon, Avatar of Greed.” you said.

“He’s our second eldest.” Lucifer nodded. “I have to say, that’s impressive.” 

“COMPLETE VICTORY!” Luke cheered.

“Congratulations!’ Asmo looked at you and smiled.

“Very impressive.” Satan commented.

“What happened?” Beel appeared with a burger in his hand.

“Don’t be so loud, I can’t focus on my game.” Levi also appeared and complained.

“It...it’s not that impressive.” you said but you still smirked from all the compliments.

“Mammon, stop dazing and lead MC to their room. The Chihuahua will also stay with them.” Lucifer commanded.

“A...alright.”

“Hey, I’m not a chihuahua.” Luke shouted at the eldest.

As you were following Mammon to your room, one question popped up in your head.

💓 BEATING HEART - what gets their heart racing?

Attractive women. Not just a pretty face, but a woman who looks downright dangerous, and especially if they're touching him. Doesn't even need to be in a sexual context! Just a tap on the shoulder might make his heart short-circuit.

💘 HEART W/ ARROW - what traits do they look for in a relationship? do they believe in love at first sight?

This one's tough, because he's not the sort of man who ever looks for a relationship at all. He doesn't even particularly like being close to people, and romantic relationships tend to tread into tricky territory for him. Deep down, though, he wants someone he can be truly himself with. Someone he can strip bare for, both literally and figuratively, who will look at all his sins and all his demons and whose love will persist despite them. He's always putting on a bit of an act, and it gets exhausting. He wants someone he doesn't have to act for, and to them, he'll damn near give the entire universe in return.

Now, he doesn't really believe in love at first sight, but mostly because he's never actually experienced it. Lust at first sight, sure. Maybe even borderline infatuation. But love? Absolutely not. He's not a naysayer, though. Never say never and all that.

💗 GROWING HEART - if they have a crush, is it noticeable? what changes when they're in love?

100% noticeable. He's never shy about a crush or an attraction, and tends to go after what he wants the moment he has the slightest whim. This doesn't change when he's in love.

He's only been in love twice, that he'll admit to himself anyway, and he just becomes a bigger and bigger simp because of it. He's got the slightest jealous streak in him that only rears its ugly head when he's truly attached to someone, and he'd probably literally move mountains for his paramour. "Ask, and you shall receive," is his MO.

Giving: Physical touch, acts of service, gifts. Receiving: Physical touch, words of affirmation.

💙 BLUE HEART - do they miss their s/o easily? how do they act when their s/o isn't around?

He'll miss her the moment she leaves a room.

Around other people, he'll be pretty nonchalant about it. Logic dominates his public persona when talking about fairly personal matters, so he'll shrug it off while he says, "Oh, I haven't seen her in months."

Behind closed doors, he'll bury himself in work to keep his mind off the fact that HE IS TERRIBLY ALONE, AGAIN, AS USUAL, BECAUSE HE IS UNWORTHY OF LOVE AND AFFECTION, AND WHY DID HE EVEN TRY AGAIN? WHAT'S THE POINT?!

💚 GREEN HEART - what things make your oc feel comforted? hugs, kisses, food?

With a partner: any physical affection. He might be mid-meltdown yet the gentle touch of someone he cares about will bring him right back down to earth. He loves a good cuddle, and is liable to shirk all responsibilities to stay snuggled in a disheveled bed with his lover all day long.

Without a partner: straight-up gluttony. Maybe it's a smorgasbord of comfort foods and sweets and pastries and other baked goods. Sometimes, though more of a rarity these days, he'll binge liquor and thistle and other fun drugs til he forgets his name. He tries, though, to just stick to holing up with a good book -- even one he's read sixteen times.

💖 SPARKLING HEART - are they a subtle or a showy lover?

A bit of both. He's a huge fan of grand gestures and spontaneous romantic adventures, but these are things reserved solely for the object of his affections. He doesn't make a point to brag about how he swept his girl off her feet, or even bring it up, and in public, he might at most hold her hand or steal an uncharacteristically demure kiss.

💌 LOVE LETTER - do they like love letters? what kind of messages do they leave for their partner?

He finds full-on letters a bit much -- too sappy even for him -- but he's not exactly above them, either. He'll write one for a special occasion, like a holiday or birthday or anniversary, but he prefers face-to-face professions of love over putting them in writing. He does like leaving little notes for a lover, though, like a tiny bit of parchment with a little sketch or message left in a jewelry box or satchel for them to find throughout the day.

💔 BROKEN HEART - what could their partner do that would absolutely break their heart?

He'll only be vulnerable to heartbreak if he's really attached to a person. This much is pretty damn rare as he keeps his heart and mind heavily guarded in various ways. That being said, if he has gotten attached, like really, really fallen for them, all they have to do is leave, or otherwise choose not to be with him. He has a lot to unpack when it comes to his feelings of inferiority, and although he knows this about himself, it doesn't stop him from hating himself for not being good enough for the person he chose to actually [try to] love.
