💕Solo/Sami headcanons

I feel like a LOT of my headcanons on Solo and Sami come from one specific fic on AO3- The Solo Man

I love Solo as being selectively mute and/or very shy. I haven't really gotten to explore this with Solo in my fics very much, but I'm really looking forward to doing so.

I do feel like Solo has such a soft spot for Sami (I mean I have eyes) Sami was a real source of kindness for him when he really didn't have that from anyone.

💕CM Punk/Drew McIntyre headcanons

oh noooo my brainrot lol

They're TOXIC as fuck, they bring out the worst in each other. I can't find anything sweet or soft in them, it's obsession, it's raw, it's violent. Possessive and Obsessive.

And they fuck nasty obviously. I tend to prefer Bottom Drew, something so fun about subverting their size difference but I'll eat up anything.

💕Samijey headcanons

Ahhhh I just love them- I feel like a lot of my headcanons POP out in my fics. I feel like Jey Uso is an acts of service guy. I think he does anything and everything to make sure that Sami feels taken care of. This shows up really early on in Devil in the Details and uhhh fun fact I wrote the first part of that fic before I knew that Sami was vegan, hence why there are SO many references to Jey cooking chicken for Sami. It was too integral to how I was having Jey show his affection to take it out, so for that one fic Sami is just no pork not vegan lol

Sami talks ALL the time, and Jey pretends to be annoyed but the constant stream of consciousness is actually so comforting to him. He very rarely has to worry about what Sami is thinking or feeling because he will just tell him.

Jey cut those crop tops so Sami would look at him.

As if to prove his point, Sami sank his teeth into the soft flesh under his bellybutton. “Can’t stop looking at it,” Sami whispered into his skin. “So fucking perfect. Those stupid crop tops are fucking killing me, dude.”

“Really? Hm, I thought so.”

Sami’s head shot up. “You knew?”

Jey blushed. “I guess, I kinda knew you were like… Looking. I guess I thought… Nevermind, this is fucking embarrassing.” He clapped his hands over his face. 

“You thought what?” He felt Sami tugging at his fingers, and Jey reluctantly let his hands get pulled away. Sami had the worst look on his face, smug and bemused. Didn’t he know this was absolute torture?

“I don’t know, I thought maybe if I cut the shirts shorter, then like… You know… You’d look at me more,” Jey pushed out through clenched teeth. Scratch that, this was the worst look. Sami positively beamed, fondness radiating out from him in shameless sunshine rays. If he was a dog, he’d surely be wagging his tail like a maniac. Jey tried not to linger on that thought too long.

“Jesus you are so fucking cute,” Sami wheezed, burying his face into Jey’s chest.

Literally one of my favorite fics ever- I reread it all the damn time. (If the author of this fic is on here?? let me know pls & I'll tag you💖)

And I do think that Sami/Jey switch up who tops and bottoms, but I'm always here for bottom!Jey, sweet pillow princess.

💕Ambreigns headcanons

OO this is a good one- I typically go for Ambrolleigns (bc they all have two hands) or Ambrollins because of my donut sister @elementaldoughnut12 I feel like where Dean and Seth have that very turbulent high passion love, Dean and Roman have a level of like rock solid devotion?? Someone that they can always rely on, coming even closer together after everything fell apart with Seth.

Even more than Seth's betrayal, Dean leaving spurred on the creation of the Tribal Chief. Roman, alone and brokenhearted, left by the man who he thought would never leave him, turns himself into something cold and cruel. Makes himself monstrous, surrounds himself by a cheap copy of what they had.

He wants Dean back, wants it more than anything, but some part of him is terrified that Dean will reject him, will detest what he has become.

90k words posted on AO3 as of today has me feeling really good. I challenged myself at the beginning of the year to get to 100k by the end of 2024, but even where I'm at now... a year ago I would have laughed at you if you told me that. I've been writing in spits and spurts my whole life, but I really lacked confidence to do anything with my fanworks. I usually didn't even finish them. Before this last year, the most I had written was 2 NaNoWriMo attempts, both sat at around 25-30k and were never completed. And now with the all the support I've gotten here and on AO3, I've had the most creative period in my life. It makes me tear up thinking about it honestly.

My passion, my sense of humor, and my tits lol

The only pet peeve I really have is like being rude and giving people shit for what they like and don't like?? Like I've been around since the days of Don't Like, Don't Read. If you don't like something, it's not for you, it costs zero dollars to shut the fuck up.

Consider,,,,reader being on Wilbur's/Tommy's side during the election and they get exiled with them, and everyone turns on them including Punz right? Well Punz has had a crush on them so while he's shooting, he's intentionally missing the reader, but when he turns to shoot at Wilbur, the reader sees and shoves Wilbur aside, taking the arrow instead. It's not deadly, but it is pretty serious, serious enough to where Tommy and Wilbur have to double back to help them. And afterward, I can just see Punz feeling horrible about it until he stumbles across them one day, outside of Pogtopia, and they're sitting by a pond, with bandages around the area they got shot at and he rushes over and starts frantically apologizing to them and fluff :D

So you would be sitting next to your brothers, really really upset at how the election results had turned out. You had put so much time and effort into helping the two get elected and just hearing that Schlatt had won by 1% just broke your heart. So you would be sitting there, head resting on Wilbur’s shoulder, your hand holding one of Tommy’s, as you half heartedly listen to Schlatt’s speech. But then the tone shifts, the mood gets darker and Schaltt begins yelling. Your head slowly rises off of Wilbur’s shoulder and your eyes widen as Schlatt begins his decree, “Is to REVOKE the citizenship of Wilbur Soot, Tommyinnit, and Y/N.” And everyone’s heads turn to you and eyes snap to stare at you three. “Guys, we gotta go,” Wilbur mutters to the two of you. Schaltt is still talking and you watch as Ponk pulls out a bow. Movement beside him draws your attention and your eyes meet Punz’s eyes. His eyes soften ever so slightly but harden as he looks to your friend and he also draws his bow. “Now!” Wilbur demands, shoving your shoulder causing you to move into action and begin running away from your home. 

Arrows began flying around you as the people that were chasing you attempted to take a life. As these arrows fly by you, you begin to notice that none of them are even close to hitting you. You take the chance and slow down, looking over your shoulder to see what was happening. There was nothing out of the ordinary, only that Ponk was the one shooting at Wilbur and Tommy and Punz was the one shooting at you. Again your eyes lock and Punz lowers his weapon ever so slightly. You don’t know this, but Punz had been in love with you since the moment he saw you. He had just never had the courage to actually do anything about it. What he didn’t know is that you felt the same way about him. So you two would dance around each other all the time. Always making nervous eye contact and blushing when it happened. Giving slight waves when you passed each other around the SMP, never fighting each other in wars and stuff. Although neither of you really knew about the other’s crush, you knew about your own and that definitely wormed its way into your decisions. So Punz is the one that breaks eye contact and it’s because Ponk yells something at him. You notice Punz’s gaze shift to Wilbur and he raises his crossbow once again and aims for your best friend. And although you’ve been running for so long, it’s now that your heart begins to pound. You pick your pace back up and run as fast as you can at Wilbur. Once you reach him, you just shove him as hard as you can forward and right. Wilbur is super confused at what just happened but continues running, until he hears your scream. Your scream causes both him and Tommy to stop in their tracks. They whip around and find you now on your knees, an arrow sticking out of the back of your thigh. Immediately Wilbur and Tommy run for you and carefully help you up, putting your arms over their shoulders and helping you continue running away. (Okay I know this is serious time but like these boys are so tall and if you’re short enough, when they put your arms around their shoulders I just picture you dangling between the two… We’re going to ignore that though and pretend that you’re tall enough to do that comfortably lol)

You three get away from the two that were shooting at you but you can’t stop even though your injured, you have to find a safe place. It takes a while, especially cause you’re moving so slow due to the arrow sticking out of your leg, but you get there. The boys sit you down on some wood and begin setting up a small camp so that they could have a clean place to take care of your leg. “I’m so sorry about this” Wilbur whispers later that night, his hand on the arrow about to pull it out. You grit your teeth and squeeze Tommy’s hand harder, “It has to be done. Just do it. You probably screamed the loudest you’ve ever screamed that night. 

On the other side of the server, Punz was lying in his bed at his home, beating himself up. How could he do that? Especially to you, the one he was so obviously in love with. He should have known that you would attempt to protect Wilbur before you protected yourself and now you’re hurt and it’s all his fault. Maybe he’ll try and find you to make sure you're alright. Either way, Punz has a really hard time falling asleep that night. 

It isn’t until a solid week later does he find you. He didn’t even really mean to. Punz for the whole week would go back to the place where he shot you, but this day he just kept walking. He walked for many hours just to clear his head. It isn’t until he hears running water does he realize that he has gotten so far away from home that he no longer knows where he is. So he just keeps walking to the water, hoping it would give him some sort of direction back home. He breaks through the tree line and finds the most beautiful scene. It’s a small pond that is so clear and blue that he can see all of the little fish swimming around. Lily Pads float pretty on the surface and flowers littered the ground around it. It’s beautiful and peaceful, just what Punz needed. He takes a step forward and a stick under his feet snaps and a voice startles him, “Tommy I told you to leave me alo--Oh!” Punz’s eyes snap to the voice and his breath catches at the sight before him. It’s you. You’re actually there. You are sitting by the pond with pants rolled up to your knees, feet dipping in the pound. “Hi,” He breathes out, looking at you up and down, his heart clenching at the sight of your still bandaged thigh. (You have a bandage under your pants and then one for more support on the outside as well). “Hi,” You breath back, really stunned to see him here, “What are you doing here?” You ask, your eyes not leaving his. “I… I went for a walk to clear my head and found you… How’s your thigh?” He asks, guilt filling his entire system. “Oh, uhhh. It’s alright. Better than it was, but alright…. Do you want to sit?” you ask, patting the ground next to you. Punz slowly made his way over, watching your expression for any form of discomfort as he carefully lowered himself beside you, being sure not to get his feet wet. 

It’s silent between the two of you for a few moments, both of you trying to find something, anything to say. “I’m really sorry,” spills past Punz’s lips before he can stop himself, “For everything. For your exile, for shooting you… For not telling you how I felt before you left,” And you freeze. Because you never blamed him for your exile or shooting you. He did what he had to and besides, he was purposefully missing you when he was aiming for you. But as for how he felt? You never knew about that. “What are you talking about?” you would ask softly. Punz would let out a sigh and a small laugh, “I cannot believe this is what it’s going to take to confess… Y/N, I’ve been in love with you since the moment I met you. And I know you probably don’t feel the same, I mean I shot you, but I walked all the way out here because I couldn't stop thinking about you and now… Now I’m here, confessing to you…” Punz explained, very nervous. And you can’t help but let out a laugh, because this? This is what it took for your crush to tell you he likes you? Of course it would be! Punz wouldn’t be looking at you, too nervous to see your reaction, so you would have to reach up and physically turn his head to face you. “Punz,” you whisper, “I’ve been in love with you since the moment I met you too. I just never pictured that you could actually like me back… I don’t blame you for shooting me or exiling me, you did what you had to… Can I kiss you?” And Punz can only nod before you lean forward and kiss him. The kiss is filled with so much feeling. Filled with passion, a hint of disbelief, joy and just pure love. It’s perfect. 

The two of you spend the rest of the day sitting there at the pond, talking and kissing. You’re there until sundown, and then Punz helps you back to Pogtopia. Tommy is really upset at the sight of ‘the enemy’ in your base, but Wilbur keeps him calm and tells him to shut up. Punz and you fall asleep cuddling in your bed and he’s still there the next morning. He has to leave the next morning, but he’ll be back soon. Now that he knows that you feel the same way, there is nothing that could keep Punz from you.

i really like this line because i feel like it not only adds more depth and more to love about 3tan yoongi, but it also really encapsulates what i (and a lot of other people) love about irl yoongi--he always knows the right thing to say, and when he does, it just makes you feel so seen. even in the context of that scene, he's showing his concern for oc but its hidden beneath a thin veil of casualness that's so him and makes the whole conversation sweeter.

i also really like the whole back-and-forth that we see between the different pov chapters because both yoongi and oc constantly have moments where they're hit with the realization of how well the other can read them, and its really a testament to how much of a match they really are, despite the fact that those instances scares them

One of the intentions is for 3tan!yoongi to make reader feel seen, so to have that comparison to irl yoongi just makes me feel many things🥺🍊 That’s incredible. And it’s even better when we know that reader is now truly seeing this side of him in a normal way and not just a sexual sense, if that makes sense.

Can you image the tension of sitting in the van driving back to where ever they hide out? They're sitting next to each other (Orchestrated by the other three) but are both staring resolutely in other directions, pretending it's all fine but Not Talking. Silence. Nothing. Not even music, since Coomer is driving, but likes to eavesdrop, and is also not subtle about it-

Like they’re just sitting in ABSOLUTE silence and both Tommy and Bubby are getting THIS CLOSE to saying something like “CAN YOU GUYS JUST TALK IT OUT” but Coomer manages to keep them wrangled in

They stay quiet until they get back to home base- and by home base I mean, of course, Bubby and Coomer’s house. Usually they all reconvene and go over what they got from that days heist, but Gordon- ever the avoidant one- barely stays a moment before saying he needs to step out for a second, and he does! The Coomers have a balcony on the second story, so Gordon’s quick to retreat up there for some fresh, summer night air.

Benrey’s hesitant to follow him at first- His excuse is something about “stupid gordon lameman and uh- not. talking about shit. kinda cringe lol dont wanna deal with that” but Tommy manages to talk him into going to talk to Gordon about the fact that- well, they kissed during a heist. Twice.

Benrey makes his way up to the balcony and sure enough Gordon is up there, leaning over the railway and staring up at the night sky. He doesn’t notice Benrey come out, and Benrey almost doesn’t want to alert Gordon to his presence because he looks so...calm?

His eyes transfixed on the stars above, for once there’s no tension being held in his shoulders, there’s no exhaustion or frustration hidden behind his relaxed expression- perhaps there’s a little nervousness, given what’s just happened, but..He looks peaceful. For once in his goddamn life, Gordon Freeman seems at peace.

And, of course, Benrey is the one that ruins that peace- Not intentionally. That goddamn Sweet Voice of his goes off again (pink to blue- we all know what it means by now) which makes Gordon jump. He turns to Benrey and, for a second, doesn’t say anything. He just watches the colorful bubbles of the Sweet Voice float into the air.

Surprisingly enough, Benrey’s the one who talks first. He says some dumb shit like “so uhhh...we gonna like. talk about that. top ten gordon freeman gay moments? numbers one and two may surprise you? cause like they surprised me” and it manages to get a laugh out of Gordon. More Sweet Voice bubbles come out at that- much to Benrey’s dismay.

And, yeah, they talk about it. Benrey comes over to the railing and looks out over the sky with Gordon, letting the two of them stay in silence for a moment- for once in his goddamn life. It’s Gordon’s response that catches him off guard.

“I’m sorry.”

Wait- huh? What the fuck?

Benrey looks at him, “baffled” doesn’t even BEGIN to cover his expression right now. Gordon takes a deep breath and continues- “Look I- I know it was kind of weird of me to-” He pauses, vaguely gesturing with his hands- “Especially after...Everything that. Happened between us. I- I like you, a lot, I do but I- I dunno I feel. Shitty just- dropping that on you? We- said and did a lot of shit to each other back there, man- I said and did a LOT of shit to you that I- I probably...wouldn’t have if we weren’t in the middle of the literal fucking apocalypse right in the center of Black Mesa and- I don’t. Know. This is stupid- I’m kinda stupid. The shit I did is stupid. And I- I love you but it’s selfish of me to-”

Oh. Oh no, that wasn’t gonna do.

“bro. shut up. like- listen.” Benrey puts a hand on Gordon’s arm- It’s not lost on either of them how gently Benrey’s fingers brush over the scars just above where Gordon’s prosthetic connects, “i like. did a lot of...shitty things too, man. unepic gamer moments or whatever. i uh...i shouldnt have though. kinda dumb of me. real dumb of me. but like...shits? different now man. im not like. the bad guy anymore- code doesn’t make me do shit. you dont gotta be some big hero protagonist or whatever either so like...we can cut the shit. it all like, sucked, sure, but like. its different now, bro. we’re cool.”

Gordon blinks. Ah, yeah, there’s that smile again, “Y-Yeah? We’re cool..?”

Benrey rolls his eyes, “pfft i mean- fuckin. wouldn’t say it if i didn’t mean it. wouldn’t have kissed your stupid ass if i didn’t want to either. did that twice now. idiot. take a hint maybe.”

And before Benrey knows it there’s a gentle hand cupping his face, making him look up at Gordon- God. His eyes are so pretty. His smile is so soft. A few more of those Sweet Voice bubbles escape from between Benrey’s lips- fuchsia to lavender, you set my heart aflutter!

Before either of them can say anything, Gordon pulls Benrey into kiss- It’s soft, it’s genuine, it’s-

“IT’S ABOUT GODDAMN TIME!” Bubby’s voice echoes from the doorway.

 The two practically jump apart, Gordon letting out a startled yelp as they do. He shoots a glare to Bubby, “Dude! What the FUCK!”

“You were taking too long! We have loot to look over, you know! Quit being saps and hurry it up!” Bubby says, snapping his fingers impatiently. 

Two other figures pop up from behind Bubby- Tommy and Coomer, both with equally large grins on their faces.

“See Benrey I- I told you you could tell him!!!”

“Young love is beautiful!”

Gordon groans, leaning back on the rail with a hand covering his ever reddening face. Benrey chuckles a little.

“cats outta the bag. bro you gotta keep hiding your shame or are you gonna like. come count the loot with us lol.”

Gordon huffs.

“Y’know what. Sure. Fuck it.” He says with a small smile, taking Benrey’s hand and walking with him back into the home.

Benrey can’t help but stare as they walk. Gordon’s got the stupidest grin on his face, his blush is still somewhat present. It’s cute.

It’s nice to see him smiling again. too.
