So I TA for a painting class. It’s my fourth or fifth TA position and I’ve never previously disliked a student. But there’s a kid in this class who is so wildly arrogant and bloviating that I have taken an instant dislike to them. Every interaction I remind myself I’m getting paid to help this student, regardless of my personal irritation.
