PC can enter Robin's room naked and I think this should be taken to the next logical step where both of you are sitting naked and PC just casually cockwarms him the whole day. And they are playing games <3
You know what? Exactly my point, but since PC doesn't really come to school too often anymore cuz she's been busy fooling around with Wren, smashing stuffs in Remy's estate, go hunt the Ivory Wraith,... She'd prefer reading some books stolen from Sydney to maintain her school performance than playing games all day.
*Sigh* I wish PC and the school kids could graduate. School performance's such a pain to maintain when there are too many other things to do.

do you happen to know why there’s a noticeable drop in animation quality in the Daffy vs. Speedy cartoons? I’m very curious
short answer: studio shutdowns, the theatrical industry on the decline thanks to TV, lower budgets, all of their main talent either gone or mentally checked out beyond belief
MUCH longer answer reaffirming the above points!: the WB studio had a bit of a troubled lifespan, and the falling of the dominos can be traced back to the early '50s (or hell even post-war, since there were Technicolor shortages that caused lengthy backlogs) with the first--keyword, FIRST!--studio shutdown in 1953. 3D was on a huge rise around that time, and Jack Warner believed it would be the new industry standard. so! the cartoon department was shut for a few months so they could figure out if they needed to convert and adapt to this new format. Lumber Jack-Rabbit was a bit of a test subject for this
but the 3D bubble was indeed a bubble, and so the studio eventually reopened a few months later. a lot of the shorts are colloquially divided by this time period: "pre-shutdown" and "post-shutdown". the quality difference wasn't as big for directors like Chuck Jones and Friz Freleng, as they still had their units intact, but it made a HUGE impact to Bob McKimson, who was the lowest in the studio hierarchy. he lost his entire unit and wasn't able to get any of his animators back, so he had to rebuild his entire unit from scratch (and in cases like The Hole Idea and most of Dime for Retire, animating entire cartoons himself.) his shorts likewise had the strictest budgets, and that's why you begin to really see a noticeable quality drop in his shorts
fast forward about a decade or so. everyone is getting older, a bit more disinterested, crews are being shuffled around and people are leaving. Carl Stalling retires in 1958, the same year as the musician's strike (which is why there are shorts from that year composed of stock tracks courtesy of John Seely), Milt Franklyn takes over for him until his death in 1962... theatrical cartoons are on their way out the door as TV is growing bigger and bigger. there's a clear decline, both for WB and the theatrical industry as a whole, which is why the Warner Bros studio shuts down for a final time in 1963.
this is where we get a little more relevant to the ask. Dave DePatie was the last exec in charge of the studio, assuming John Burton's role after he took over for Eddie Selzer, who retired in 1958. DePatie and Friz Freleng teamed up to start DePatie-Freleng Enterprises (DFE), and so they leased the old Warner Bros studio and were contracted to produce their cartoons from 1964-1967. this is around the time where the Speedy and Daffy team-ups start beginning in early 1965. Friz directed the first handful or so, but DFE was ALSO making their own, non LT related cartoons at the time, and rolling in the dough with their new creation of a certain Pink Panther. so, Friz as a director started investing his time into these non LT cartoons, leaving Bob McKimson to finish up the rest of his dirty work for him. McKimson's crew is still the weakest, his budgets are still the smallest, and McKimson himself was growing more and more checked out with the job. he had for awhile now, but the death of his wife in the '60s certainly seemed to kickstart that sort of disenfranchisement further. the cartoons are the most obligatory than they've ever been
but don't you worry! the downward spiral still continues! once DFE's contract was up and they moved to a new studio, WB decided to bring back production in-house. such enters the Seven-Arts era, lasting from 1967 to the studio's last gasp in late 1969. Alex Lovy of Walter Lantz fame is brought in as the main studio director, and this is when you begin to see the emergence of characters like Merlin the Magic Mouse, Cool Cat, etc. they were still doing the Daffys and Speedys, budgets still cheap as ever, but attempting to lean into the late '60s animation landscape. all of the other LT characters had been retired by this point, and 1968 would see the last short with any formal LT characters in it (so... Speedy and Daffy)
i also neglected to mention Rudy Larriva's involvement with Format Films. going back to the DFE era, the Format Films studio (known for doing the '60s Popeye TV shorts and The Alvin Show) were used as outsourcing to make a handful of Road Runner cartoons. if you've ever watched a Road Runner and thought "wow, this sucks!" then CONGRATS! you're likely watching one of the "Larriva Eleven".
anyhoo, Larriva/Format Films also worked on some Speedy and Daffys (and when i double checked which ones he did work on, i was surprised to only see 3??? i thought he directed way more), and they too are cheap and quick for the same reasons above
SO! there you have it! and i've been slagging on the Speedy and Daffy shorts a lot, and i can't say it's without good reason LOL. with how many there are and in such a short amount of time and how utterly monotonous they are (as well as a reminder of the integrity these characters USED to have), it's easy to really point to them as the worst of the worst. but, unfortunately, they're just a portion of the studio's continued decline as a whole. all of the shorts were getting cheap and dull and droll--it's (unfortunately) not like the Speedy and Daffys were super flat and awful while the studio was also making amazingly lush Road Runner shorts at the same time.
like MANY of the most popular theatrical cartoon series, WB had a very unfortunate decline that i think is just more apparent to see because they were one of the studios that lasted the longest theatrically. i THINK Walter Lantz and DFE may have been the only studios that outlasted them, but i could be just as wrong so don't quote me on that! i'm not nearly as intimate with my 50s-60s history of the studio as i am the 30s and 40s, but i aim to change that!

Undet the cut is my thoughts, a slight life update, and me basically complaining and ranting, so um yeah...🙂
Mainly I'm only doing this cus I just wanna like say smth so I can get it off my chest so hopefully I won't feel as stressed as I do. But every single year for the last 3 or 4 years I've gone black friday shopping with my friend and her family and when I get back to my own home I feel the holiday season finally kick in. And all year I wait and wait for this time of year but when it finally gets here it sucks. Nothing has happened around this time of year except for a few things, but thats for later or if someone wants more info (like my mutuals or smth cus I trust yall(mutuals) the most on this platform) ill do that but any other time of the year I'm fine but literally right after the end of the holiday season is my birthday (1st week of the month) and i remember every year since before 2020 I was afraid of getting older before but now it's only really during the holiday season because I'm old enough to get my license, but I don't have my permit, I've never had a partner (but thats the least of my worries right now) and too add on to it the strike in the area where I attend school is still going on. The strikes been going on for nearly a month. And I know there are WAY MORE important things than a teenage girl stressing about growing up up worrying about being alone for the rest of her damn life. Like once you turn a certain age (this is my opinion everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course) that once I reach a certain age I can't go and lean against my parents when I'm scared or stressed, and I can't go crying to them when I'm worried. I've said I've been afraid of growing up before but that was nearly 6 years ago when I was 9 or 10. I also feel like stuff has (obviously) gotten more violent around the world too, not just in the united states. The wars that are going on right now, although they don't affect me now, I still worry about the families over in those regions that are dying, injured, and sick. I've just been burnt out despite the 3 week shutdown due to th3 strike and I've been burnt out way before the strike started too. Chemistry is hard, it sucks, I have a c in painting, and my English teacher doesn't listen or even acknowledge mine (pr my friends) existence when we try ti talk to him. I've tried to convince my parents into getting me therapy, and that was shut down. Hopefully in a little while I can re ask the question because I've heard from several people now that therapy is one of the best things they've done. I dont have tramua I'm just so burnt out it's not even funny, i swear I'm not trying to unload my problems onto anyone else, which was the main reason I added the cut, so people could decide if they wanted to readbt my rant or not. But yeah anyways if you read this sorry for wasting your time if I did lmao have a good day/night

Comparing livestock color-words.
Both the Chenahyeigi and Wardi languages are derived from peoples who have been pastoralists for millennia, and both have an absolute ton of words for livestock coloration.
Both languages have had at least some mutual influence for about a thousand years (to varying extents by dialect, depending on geography/trade connection) so you'll see similar or identical words crop up here and there.
THE WORDS:
Hneya - [hne:ʝɑ] or [hne:jɑ] (whether the ʝ sound is retained in speech and to what extent varies by dialect)
Straightforwardly refers to bright reddish-orange color, but is mostly used for animals rather than other orangeish things. The word Was probably influenced by an older form of the Wardi 'reyla', and absorbed with the introduction of orange colored cattle. It may have been merged with the Chenahyeigi '(h)ne', which is the root of several red color-related terms.
Reyla - [rejlɑ]
This is a Wardi word for most reddish-orange hues in general. When applied to livestock, it refers to solid orange coats without spotting/masks/notable countershading.
Fels akhri - [fels] [ɑ:khɾi]
Translates readily as 'storm cloud' (the 'storm' here specifies thunderstorms). When applied to livestock, it describes fur that is rich dark blue-gray with white guard hairs.
Aganne - [ɑgɑ:ne]
This doesn't actually translate to 'night sea' in a straightforward manner, but as a color word it's poetically associated with dark seas, at night or in storms. When used for livestock, it describes this coloration exclusively.
Woud et lleng - [woʊd] [ɛt] [ɬeŋk]
Woud is the word for rich moist soil specifically, lleng refers to laterite and its association with iron deposits. This phrase is used to describe livestock with dark brown heads and and orange-brown bodies.
Tsipanibe - [t͡sipɑnibe]
This would be more literally translated as 'ochred'. Many Wardi words with the -ibe stem from verbs or nouns modified to indicate that the subject matter has 'received' an action or concept. (Examples of such words are long-established linguistically, you can't just add '-ibe' to any noun or verb). This one takes the root 'tsipan' (ochre) and applies it to the subject matter (cattle coloration).
Livestock with a dark brown or black head and orange-brown body are given this description, the idea being that their bodies look like they've been painted in ochre. This word is extremely rare outside of this context (you would usually just say the full 'ochre-painted' to convey this idea for other things)
Drengh yipeg - [dɾeŋg(h) yɪpɛ:g]
This is pretty straightforwardly 'little moon'. Yipeg comes from the same root as the Wardi 'hippe' for 'small', while drengh refers to the appearance of the moons in the sky (rather than the gods they embody). It's used to describe small round white blaze marks.
Ipalen hamita - [ipɑlɛn (h)ɑmitə]
Straightforwardly 'star marked', used for small round white blaze marks. Wardi actually does have a 'moon marked' (ipalen amit) to describe round white blazes that entirely cover the animal's forehead.
Brinyavir - [bɾi:nʝɑvir] (ʝ is retained for this word in most dialects)
This one is not directly translatable, 'celestial' or 'heavenly' just function closely enough. The word conceptually relates to stars but most specifically describes a layer of sky in which the afterlife rests (brinyavir is part of the phrase I translate as 'celestial fields'). The cattle there are said to have these markings. The stars in the night sky are sometimes playfully described as the spots of these cattle (though not literally, in Chenahyeigi cosmology stars are spirit-inhabited bonfires lit along pathways through the heavens).
As a color word for livestock, brinyavir refers to this rare (I Think nonexistent irl) white-spotted black coloration, due to both resembling the stars and the cattle that are moved among them.
Asi inwetadi - [ɑsi in:wetɑ:di]
This directly means 'like night sky', and is applied to this coat pattern with a similar underlying logic- it looks like a starry night sky. You will often see asi (like/akin to) retained in place or animal names like this, and it is sometimes part of names for people (the name Asinya is derived from a contracted 'like the sun').
Ogriye - Chenahyeigi: [oʊ:gɾije] Wardi: [oʊgɾi:je]
This word is (or was) a way to say 'gravel' or 'gravelly' in both Chenahyeigi and Wardi, and is pronounced very similarly in both (with the only significant difference being emphasis)
In Chenahyeigi it is a loanword from the Wardi language family, most likely received in the exchange of cattle of this coloration. It is retained in general speech as a word for gravel, more specifically the adjective 'gravelly'.
The word is mostly obsolete in contemporary Wardi, speakers do not know it used to mean 'gravel' (though it sounds close enough to assume a connection, the word is 'ogri') and exclusively use it to describe this livestock coloration (one of the more common among Wardi native cattle).
---
Also here's some cow lore.
There's some fairly tremendous diversity in Wardi cattle herds, given they have genetic influence from at least two separate aurochs domestication events (also distant and negligibly minor influence from one instance of bison domestication) and from multiple relatively isolated domestic cattle populations. Present day herds within Wardi provincial territory near-ubiquitously have at least some ancestry from the kulustaig and the Burri tepang cattle.
The ancestors of the Wardi native cow have been in the region for at Least 5,000 years. Burri cattle Possibly could have had tiny, isolated introductions between 2500-3000 years ago (this is extremely unlikely, but maize Was probably introduced by seafaring proto-Burri peoples at this time) or at more recent points since, and the tepang was certainly introduced during Imperial Burri occupation. High quality cattle are also occasionally received in diplomacy with the present-day Different Entity that is the Burri Republic. The kulustaig cattle arrived with proto-Finnic migrants starting 1500 years ago, and is the biggest external genetic influence on Wardi herds. Small populations of Yuroma native cattle arrived with migrants 540 years ago, though these have been wholly absorbed into Wardi herds, with their biggest trace being genes for naturally polled horns. Some Finn cattle were extracted in the recent two decades of Wardi occupation, though not enough to have a noteworthy genetic impact on any herds.
Most of the cattle in this post show predominantly Wardi native cattle + kulustaig ancestry (this takes place in the Ephenni riverlands, where the ancestry of herds tends to be around 2:1). The one with the blaze has a delicate sloping muzzle that suggests Burri tepang ancestry, and also likely has a wild aurochs grandparent (the white ring around the nose is a telltale sign, as it usually vanishes within a few generations of introgression).
Diversity in color and coat pattern is culturally favored for Wardi cattle herds, and selective breeding for aesthetics is usually limited to the purpose of preserving unique coats. The average herd tends to be very colorful, though the one shown here is a bit of an outlier, the universe having mysteriously put in place perfect conditions to compare the words for a variety of coat patterns.

A phrase that’s always stuck with me was my friend Lia way back in middle school talking about sleeping too close to someone else. It was a big negative for her when she thought about cuddling, “You’re just breathing in their out air.”
I cannot explain why those words carved themselves deeply across my brain but they did.
When I’m too close to people and I can feel their breath I’ll deliberately breathe out while thinking, I don’t want your out air.
It is an act of love for me to be close enough to someone that I don’t mind breathing in their out air.
Every person I have told this phrase to has come back and informed me later that it lodged deeply into their psyche too. So here you go, Tumblr. Out air. You get to think about it now, too.
