last year was literally so wild what with the alpine press release n then all the journos being like yeh mark is asleep cos he’s in aus and there’s a high chance oscar is too and then oscar tweets the most iconic tweet ever n it was just all a bit ???
and then exactly a month later mclaren announced oscar and the legal battle commenced
#i can’t remember wasn’t it like everyone thought mark was in aus#but then it turned out he wasn’t in au#*aus#either way it was so wild#also i still can’t believe to this day ppl will say yeh alpine was in the right#n as someone who did contract law it was vvvv funny to see it all#n all the internet lawyers being welll mclaren are wrong#n it was like no they weren’t cos oscar n mark never signed anothing#*anything#and then it was revealed that they was being bare dodgy w mark#n not sending him the correct stuff or they would n it would be wrong or late#and everyone was convinced mark n oscar were the worst people ever

my flatmate has left an open packet of chicken to defrost right next to the permanently open window 😭😭 thsi is chickengate round 3: the succulent asda chicken thighs
#thats what it says on the packet.#defrosting#by the window#on the windowsill#chickengate round 1 was the martinating open chicken with prawns in the fridge#round 2 was buried in the vegetable drawer under some chillis#now this has left the fridge#it has breached containment#this is a flatmate we can't really speak to openly about it#because she's never here#we don't know her taht well#i think i might have to take it upon myself if it's there by midday tomorrow#because that's just not safe#like the other times#i leave chicken to defrost but it's sealed and i make sure it doesn't get to room temperature#it's also not on the windowsill???#shes clueless abt food safety tbh but we can't say anythinf#*anything
