There was always someone she could find and rely on from her Titans. Usually her first thought drifted to Dick, having a special bond with the first human she had ever met and considered her best friend. Right beside him was Donna, her other best friend and closest ally. She had always been there for her and didn’t hesitate to go into battle of all things for her, and the same was said for Kori in regards to Donna. She had missed her dearly while dealing with Komand’r. 

“Hello, my friend! Surprise!” Kori beamed as she held up the two cups of iced coffee. “I have returned home and wanted to see my dearest friend! I have brought the coffee! Please, catch me up on everything!”

Cassie knew she should steer clear of Donna and Kara’s apartment, especially while still decked out in her Wonder Girl gear with lasso in hand, but the place was so close and she was trying to dodge an enforcer. She hated to put Donna in a tight spot, having been wary to reach out to the woman she considered an older sister when she was on the side of registering while she very much was not, but she was in a tight spot and hoped that the older woman wouldn’t mind. Too much at least. 

Landing roughly on the roof of the building, Cassie moved to discreetly enter the building and hurried to the front door of the older woman’s apartment. She hesitated before knocking, latching her lasso on her hip. “Hi.” Cassie blurted out as soon as the door opened up to Donna standing before her. “I’m sorry. I don’t mean to stop by unannounced and especially like... well. This.” She gestured to her Wonder Girl gear, “I was in a tough spot. Can I wait it out in here, please?”

“I will not be a crime lord, I will not be a crime lord, I will not be a crime lord–” Jason chanted to himself with a grumble as he cleaned the oil off of his hands after fixing a particularly rough looking car with an even more irritating owner. He had gotten himself a decent job that paid well enough, a normal one so that he didn’t go back to his crime lord ways that had Bruce practically hissing like a wet cat at him for. He had his tentative truce with the bat family and was doing his best to keep up his end of the bargain. There were plenty of days that he wanted some semblance of normalcy back in his life, to feel like everyone wasn’t walking on eggshells around him. Maybe it was all in his head, or maybe it wasn’t. Either way, he was willing to somewhat try to get a form of normalcy back. 

After dealing with the hellish customer, Jason slipped out of the shop to take a break. He snagged  his pack of cigarettes out of his jacket pocket in passing and tapped one of them out of the box, placing it between his lips before lighting it. He took a deep inhale and let the smoke out slowly, leaning back against the brick wall of the building. Someone clearing their throat had his attention, head jerking to the side to see one Donna Troy standing before him. Suddenly Jason felt like he did the one time Alfred had caught him sneaking cookies before dinner. Slowly pulling the cigarette from his lips, Jason offered a sheepish grin at the former Titan. “Uh, hey, Troy. Should I even bother to say it’s not what it looks like or are you already preparing to chew me out for smoking? I feel like I got caught red handed by my mom or something, can’t say that I’m a fan.” He quipped.

the  original  league  was  pretty  much  in  shambles  (  lol  )  so  diana  was  most  likely  focusing  on  individual  missions  as  well  as  participating  in  small  task  forces.  unlike  batman  and  superman  ,  her  heroism  isn’t  localized.  she  was  most  likely  globe  trotting   .  .  .  for  either  one  of  her  jobs.

as  the  founder  of  the  justice  league  as  well  as  the  princess  of  themyscira  ,  diana  always  valued  the  concept  of  working  in  a  team  and  as  a  team.  with  her  diplomatic  personality  ,  it  felt  right  to  join  shield.  diana  is  level-headed  and  it’s  easy  for  her  to  assess  what  she  wants  and  what  she  doesn’t.  she  determines  her  affiliates  based  on  their  strength,  morality,  and  mentality.

the  amazonians,  her  sisters  --  her  wards  ;  she  trusts  them  with  her  life.  the  original  league  is  her  extended  family  outside  of  themyscria.

whichever  group  is  capable  of  uplifting  others  ,  but  also  capable  of  carrying  the  burden  of  doing  so.  at  the  same  time  ,  diana’s  response  isn’t  so  simple  it  isn’t  just  whoever  is  the  most  capable  ,  it’s  who  the  greater  masses  trust  too.

there’s  a  lot  of  weight  diana  carries  from  being  the  champion  of  her  people  as  well  as  the  member  of  the  league.   it  only  increased  after  she  teleported  (  ?  )  though  she  tries  to  be  optimistic  ,  diana  is someone  who  is  “disaster  prep”  she’s  anticipating  the  worst  while  still  trying  to  keep  her  cool.

THEY  ARE  ALONE.  EVERYONE  IS  QUIET.  asleep,  perhaps,  or  elsewhere,  he  is  sure  dick  is  somewhere  in  gotham.  and  for  once,  he  gets  that  lingering  moment  he  wants.  “hey.  I  think  that’s  enough  work  for  tonight.”  he  points  out,  half  concerned  she  is  overworking.  hands  reach  through  as  he  leans  in,  reaching  for  her  waist  and  there  is  a  little  struggle  from  his  part  as  he  pulls  her  close  and  then,  down.  “at  least  take  a  seat.”  he  chuckles  through,  looking  down  at  where  she  is  now,  sitting  on  his  lap.  he  is  full  of  pride  to  think  he  is  the  best  type  of  seat  one  could  get.  “or  maybe  I  should  dress  in  blue  screen  to  get  as  much  attention  as  that  screen.”  arms  adjust  around  her  waist,  eyes  lift  to  her  own,  getting  a  thrill  in  the  quiet  moment,  and  the  closeness.  “what’s  going  on  in  that  mind  of  yours?”

with dick in gotham and kori in tamaran donna wants to keep everything in control, and monitor job is important for that. it has nothing to do with the fact roy and her are all alone. of course not  . . .

a tiny tiny  smile curves her lips at his words and even rolls her eyes. ▬ it’s not even midnight and there is something else i have to- . . .  - but the words just stop at the touch of his hands and even if she tries to fight him she ends on his lap. bullshit, donna troy !!  of course she has been keeping her mind busy with the monitor duty and it’s all because of him. she is weak for him, for his touch and the way he talks to her. it has been like that since they were teens and has not stopped since then. the starlight in her eyes stes on him, and that chuckle is enough to make donna to take a deep breath to calm her nerves. suddenly her mouth feels dry. 

roy’s ability to lighten the mood is something she has always loved, donna shakes her head and the smile appears again. ▬ blue is my color, not yours. - she jokes, this time her hands search for him too, it’s impossible to keep them quiet when they are this close, to they take place over his chest. the amazon’s head tilts, still looking right into his eyes. ▬ nothing. - she says, but after a moment she say keeps talking. ▬ i can’t think in anything else but you when we are in the same room. that’s all.

ever since he was a kid roy had a pretty good idea that he wasn’t only attracted to girls. he grows up to become a major flirt, but is always proud of who he is. the man never makes it into a big deal because for long as he can remember he’s had these feelings.

people that can kick his ass. he’s attracted to a strong personality for sure.

he doesn’t really have an emotional story, but he has told his adoptive father and everyone close to him. he just lives his life, and if anyone has a problem with that then he doesn’t need them in his life.

how do they feel about pride month?

it’s important to celebrate how beautiful everyone is during not just this month, but each day of the year. roy also thinks that it’s a good opportunity to spread awareness  about issues in the world that are affecting their community or others. it’s important not just to celebrate but to continue building a future for everyone to be accepted.

roy has never been to a pride event before, but wouldn’t be opposed to going. he doesn’t know a lot about going to parades, but maybe next year he’ll take the plunge.

Getting precious moments on film that Maddie was sure that would be appreciated for many years to come. She hadn’t been around for Jean’s wedding to Scott and wished she had been. The happiness and warmth that she could feel in the room may be overwhelming to some, but soothed something deep in Maddie. She was glad she had decided to tag along. 

“Have you always been a fan of photography?” Maddie asked curiously. There were plenty of faces she didn’t recognize, had yet to meet and was glad to extend her circle out somewhat. “I’m Madelyne, but feel free to call me Maddie.” She introduced herself with her hand brandished out for a handshake.

@adventurepunks​ sent : Smack smack Donna was repeatedly being smacked with a glitter card until her eyes would open. " Happy momma day" Lian wished poking Donnas nose with the card. Oh dear, glitter was EVERYWHERE.

the alarm clock hasn’t sounded yet, but she is being forcibly  smacked in the face and that makes her eyes open even if she’d like to keep sleeping a little bit more. as soon as her eyes can see properly the little kid in front of her a soft smile curves her lips, forgetting about any  shred of annoyance she could have ever had disappeared. ▬ good morning sweetie. - she says, sitting on the bed with the kid by her side. donna never meant to take jade’s place as lian’s mother. she always understood her place, but with all the co-parenting thing between her and roy and the following retake on their relationship it wasn’t a surprise at all that lian thought about her like her mother, just as robbie always talked to roy like his father. and donna loved it, because she may not gave birth to lian, but she was her daughter and she will take care and love her like that. taking the card and not caring for all the glitter in the sheets donna read the words on it and smiled looking at the draw of her and lian that the young girl made for her. donna was so lucky to be her mother . . . it almost made her cry. ▬ you’re an amazing artist, my dear. this is wonderful, i love it !!  thaks. what if we put this on the fridge where everybody can see it ??
