I’m back with more extremely specific content that I’m extraordinarily late to enjoy!! Anyway — my sister got me into the Arcana last month and I’ve been really enjoying it (never got into it when it was releasing for some reason)
I’m very slow to make art these days and I have some other drawings of my faves in process still, but I figured I’d share some recent sketches with you all for the hell of it (I’m impatient)
I am motivated by one thing and one thing only in video games and that is romance. If I cannot woo the most (in any combination of the following) uptight, mysterious, theatrical, and/or tragic fictional love interest in the game, then what is the point of me playing? If I cannot shower them with affection and love and give them all the soft things they deserve, then what is the point???
not quite sure what you all will think of these but i made them ages ago and personally love them so i figured i'd share... i've only ever made a few but i adore making them so very much if anyone would like to request one with a specific CG please do.
The Chariot. Art by Ryolie, from the Moon Prism Tarot.
Conquest
The Chariot is about relentless pursuit of your goals, regardless of obstacles. Minako, the first of the inner senshi to receive her abilities, is our Chariot. She fought alone, with odds stacked against her as Sailor V to keep those around her safe. Even when she was exhausted and bruised she kept forging forward.
Upright: The Chariot is about willpower and boldly forging ahead to win your fight, defeating everything that stands in your way. This is the pursuit of a goal, as well as the drive and power needed to attain it. The cards may be telling you to reconnect with your willpower and drive. This is a time for conquest, accomplishment, and energy.
Reversed: The Chariot Reversed is about struggling to face challenges, lacking control and direction, and being overly aggressive. Perhaps you have a goal or dream but you aren’t making any movement or actions to attain it, simply daydreaming and waiting passive for it to come to fruition. Alternatively you may be seeking your goal with too much force, paying no mind to the damage and destruction you are leaving behind you. What are you sacrificing to reach your goal? Is it worth it?
