🕸one in-between-the-games story i'm a bit bummed we didn't get was what was the fallout for peter with what dr. octavius did? yes, spider-man stopped him, but peter parker was an employee of otto octavius and directly helped develop and fine-tune the system that otto used for those arms at multiple steps along the way. and like obviously peter can't be held directly responsible for what otto did with his work, but even if otto plead guilty surely there was some legal proceedings that peter had to be a part of. heck, i'm sure that someone would've tried to charge him too- though perhaps that got dropped in exchange for his testimony/cooperation. either way he probably still had to go through something like that and i would've been really interested to know more about that part of the story tbh

Note: This is my third and final series as part of my Tobey!Peter Parker x Black Cat!Reader saga 😭 This will follow the events of Spider-Man 1-3 with Tobeys version of Spider-Man in which the reader is a version of Felicia Hardy/Black Cat from his universe. Everything I have hinted or talked about in the other two series will be revealed in full depth in this series. This does diverge from canon and will include warnings if sensitive content is implied or referenced in the chapter—this is because I am basing the Black Cat persona off her comic book character which involves how she became the costumed anti-hero.
