maybe he doesn't mean it that way, but somehow the words feel like a slap to the face, a chilling realisation that he's using her feelings against her in a way she's always feared would come from those supposed to love her. she regrets saying it now and she stares back at him like if she keeps it up, she might burn a hole through him. she's so busy being angry with him, that she isn't able to process at all what he's saying, not until he tells her he still loves her and her lips part in surprise. she exhales and looks away, frowning because she can't think of how else to respond to it. "how are we supposed to work things out, exactly?" she couldn't let herself soften for him, she couldn't give in. not right now. "you don't understand me. you couldn't even tell that i cared about you, you don't... it's like you weren't even trying and now you wanna work it out?"

follows her every movement quietly, waiting in silence as he searches for something to say. he misses her, longs for her. why is it that he just can't say that aloud ? " i don't get what the animosity is for, bess. it's not doing anything for us, not making you miss me any less. " and he can say things like that now that he's been reassured of it. not like he'd been looking for ammunition, but he'll use her feelings against her if she tries to behave as though she doesn't still feel things for him. " i asked you here because i feel the same way. i . . . i still love you. " finally forces the words past his lips, eyes squinting as though it physically hurts to say right now. and that's what he's most afraid of. pain, heartache, loss. " what if i think we should work things out again ? because, fuck, it's been months and i can't get rid of these feelings. "

✧ i have a theory that hasta natives look to bring god onto earth in their own ways and channel god and god-like power. hasta possesses "the power to manifest and place it in one's hands" and since hasta is in virgo, the sign that represents the material plane, their focus is primarily to channel god and god's presence onto earth.

✧ nuns are a very well known hasta association as many actors that play nuns have hasta placements and many real life nuns also have hasta placements. this is the most obvious manifestation of "the gods placing their faith in another" as nuns devote their lives to god and religion.

✧ christopher nolan (hasta ascendant) directed the movie "inception", where the theme of dreams and fluid identities comes into play. cobb, the main character, is played by leonardo dicaprio [above] and marion cotillard plays a major role as his wife. we see characters like tom hardy shapeshift from a man to a woman, time is explored and warped, and the truth behind reality is brought into question.

✧ christopher nolan is notorious for his exploration of the concept of time in his movies, popular examples being tenet, memento, interstellar and inception.

✧ marion cotillard [below] plays cobb's wife in inception and has spoken about liking acting as it allows her to have many professions while keeping the same profession in real life. hasta natives like the idea of exploring several different identities and facets of the human psyche.

✧ anne hathway [below] plays an important role in interstellar, constantly questioning the fabric of reality, time and space and our understanding of it. she has been in more than one nolan movie, playing catwoman in his batman movie "the dark knight rises", which is another hasta theme i will explore later in the post. she also wanted to be a nun as a child and played mia thermopolis, who went through a massive beauty transformation in "the princess diaries". the movie shows her going from an ordinary, geeky girl to becoming princess of genovia.

✧ this fluidity through identity is apparent in discourse surrounding ariana grande who is frequently criticised for race baiting, from her skin tone down to her voice. however her fluid identity is not all negative. the excellent tarot reader maestro, @bitdemonic, describes ariana grande as "the embodiment of dual personalities", due to her seeming innocence hiding her sexual nature in her 18+ tarot pick a card. (ps. i highly recommend!)

🪬 HASTA, THE TRICKSTER .

✧ hasta nakshatra is a moon nakshatra in the virgo rashi, which is ruled by mercury. the combination of these two planets lends itself to the fluidity present in hasta natives and aids in deception.

✧ hasta nakshatra is considered a trickster nakshatra because the planet mercury represents a prepubescent child that hasn't been sexualised yet. this means they are more focused on playing, as children do, and sliding through different expressions. this is also why hasta nakshatra is associated with fairies such as tinkerbell and glinda, the good witch. fairies were traditionally seen as trickster spirits.

✧ hasta nakshatra is deceptive moon and its natives uses this to serve their material desires as hasta is placed in virgo rashi.

✧ several catwoman actresses have hasta nakshatra. catwoman is a thief and a master of disguise, matching the hasta themes of fluid identities and tricksters.

The above Da Vinci diorama was heavily inspired by this beautiful canon piece of art that was brought back to my attention a couple of weeks ago:

To me the fact that Leonardo Da Vinci created this lovely double portrait of Aziraphale and Crowley in the canon GO universe is a strong indicator that they all knew each other well (you get to decide how well). So in my headcanon they might have spent some time together having fun, "sciencing out" in Leonardo's workshop. The idea is not too far-fetched, right?

While Crowley surely must have gotten a blast out of humans trying to invent clever machines that let them fly and testing them himself of course, Aziraphale would surely have appreciated all the marvelous scientific papers!

My LEGO Ineffables' hairstyles are strongly inspired by Paul Kidby's (fake) historical drawing, but I decided to go with less formal outfits here, since I really wanted to show a fun and informal meeting of friends rather than anyone dressing up to have their portrait painted!

Honestly, I can't believe how crammed this set ended up! There are so many little gimmicks hidden (some in plain sight, but out of focus, and some pretty much invisible) that I just gave up catching it all in one picture.

No, I don't expect anyone to admire the stained glass window or the bloody whimsical staircase, but please take a closer look at the piece of art Leonardo is currently working on; you might have seen it elsewhere on the show! Well, Leonard is trying to work on it... guess it's hard to get anything done while a demon is zooming through your workshop with a flying machine! 😉

It took quite a lot of fiddling to get the wings positioned like that, but I really wanted Crowley to stretch a wing over Aziraphale's head for reasons. 🥹

A huge shout-of goes to AREA-X (SEMBO) for providing their wonderful INSPIRATION FROM ART - GREAT ARTIST DIORAMA SERIES, feat. this Leonardo Da Vinci set I used to 'Good Omify' (that's not a word, but it should be) his space!

It was great fun to build, even if the staircase must have been designed in hell! The rest of it, though, feels and looks heavenly! There are so many gorgeous prints, awesome custom pieces, and teeny-tiny details that are barely visible once everything is fully assembled! A Metallic Gold frog sitting below the staircase and looking out the stained glass window? Sure, why not? I love it! 😂

Ok.. so this is for rise. Imagine, like future reader having comed back with CJ, but they only appears after the fight. And reader is just f/caked up, compared to the current reader. Idk if I’m making sense.

This could be platonic, or romantic but it’s just basically. How would the present turtles react to their future best friend/SO from future looking so scard and mentally and physically exhausted and so “out of character”, their personality has completely changed, they are just, grieving, and grumpy.

Past Days, Future Pain

Rise Turtles x Reader

Warnings: contains spoilers for the ROTTMNT Movie, angst

Premise: 

You knew that Michelangelo opening a portal into the past would be a gamble. You knew there was a chance that there would be complications. You just didn't expect to get separated from Casey Jr upon entry. In actuality, you hadn't anticipated to be joining him in his journey at all. The fight with the Kraang was meant to continue with you in it but Leonardo just had to push you into the portal. There's no telling what negative developments could arise with you being here and bumping into your old friends and, more importantly, your younger self. A worn laugh breaches your lips in a huff. Donatello would have a field day with this last-minute decision made by his brother. 

From atop a building, you gaze over the pristine city, untouched by the nearing destruction you have grown so used to. It would be nice to say that everything is just as you remember it but this peace is a luxury you have long forgotten. Closing your eyes, you take a deep breath in. The air is so clean - a statement you never thought you would use to describe New York of all places. Voices dance all around, engaging in their idle chatter, obliviously free. 

You frown. No time. There's no time to get nostalgic. Doomsday is just around the corner and there's no telling if that ball's already running in motion. Casey may have been born in ruin but you'll be damned if he witnesses apocalypse's birth.

Hours later, you would find out that, yes, doomsday is ripening into a poisonous fruit. Kraang minions are littered around the city, gravitating around the tall building where, just above it, Pandora’s box is open. It's too late, isn't it? The one chance you had. Gone. Your bleak reality is returning to fruition. As monstrous beings come at you left and right, your world darkens in tandem with all around you. Hope is lost for a second time. All the same, you continue to fight. Every breath, every swing, could be your last but still, you fight in the hope of at least finding Casey. You need to find him. 

By the time you do, all is vanquished. You could cry from joy if part of you didn’t believe it was all a dream. There, you see all your old friends. Some you would have seen just hours ago, others you haven’t seen in many years. You pull the goggles from your face and rest them on your head for a better look. 

“Sorry, I’m late. Did I miss the grand finale?”

They all turn when they hear the new voice and each goes wide-eyed. The turtles look between you and… you! Present you. Future you. Young. Old. The space-time continuum isn’t going to like this one. It’s one thing to meet the son of Cassandra but a future (Y/n)? Wild. Looks like they’ll be getting to know you. Again.

There's no way to return home. Your home is gone. Now that the timeline has changed, the only thing to do is to get comfortable. It'll be difficult. The only comfort you know is terrorised screams and running for your life. Adjusting to the world from which you came is going to be no easy feat and the turtles adjusting to this version of you is… well…

From head to toe, you’re practically littered with scars. He doesn’t want to seem rude by staring but he can’t help it. He’s ridden with guilt for events that haven’t even happened. Events that won’t happen now thanks to them but that doesn’t change the fact that they’ve still happened to you. He notices how you avoid mirrors, how you avoid reflective surfaces altogether.

His fingers absentmindedly glide beneath his right eye. To an extent, he can understand what you’re going through. His experience doesn’t dare compare to what nightmares you’ve endured but it’s the ownership of a wound from said experiences. The memory associated with it and being reminded of those horrors every time you so much as look at yourself. It’s tiring. You look so tired; worn, broken, and beat.

Raphael frowns at himself. It would be hypocritical of him to preach tribute to your valour when he struggles to acknowledge his own. He could try all he wants to make you feel better but you’d likely call him out on the irony. That doesn’t stop Casey Jr and his brothers from psyching you both up when they recount stories from your ventures. It lumps the two of you into a corner but a corner you share nonetheless. As the others share their tales, he looks down at you, noting the way you fidget and avoid the praise. When he pulls you in for a side hug, you look up at him and he flashes a coy smile, making you do the same. There’s not much he can do for your physical scars but he can be there to share in the mild awkwardness of being glorified at least. 

Leonardo

The Tortured Trooper

He tries many times to get a laugh out of you, just as he would with the (Y/n) he’s grown to cherish but no dice. Nothing he does works and it’s such a harrowing disparity. He himself has had a life-changing revelation because of all that’s happened but he couldn’t imagine what 20 years of that could do to a person. Well, he doesn’t need to imagine it. The result is right in front of him and translated through your future self. When he isn’t trying to put on some show for your amusement, he watches you. He notices how you stare off into dead space. Your eyes pale and glass over and he doesn’t need to think hard about where you disappear off to. 

One night, he’s unable to sleep, pondering ways to get you out of your funk. His thinking would get cut short, however, when he hears a shrill cry come from your quarters. Sword in hand, he bolts for your room, expecting to find a threat but it’s just you. You’re hunched over, shaking and struggling for air, drenched in sweat. He carefully drops his sword and crawls out in front of you, trying to get you to calm down. You latch onto him with a deathly grip as if your life depended on it. 

"I saw you die b-before coming here,” you sob out in broken breaths.

These are rare moments for Leo but it’s the kind of time where he doesn’t know what to say. No quip, no bad joke, no charming motivation. Nothing. All he can think to do is hold you and let you cry into his shoulder. It’s not much but if he can at least be there for these dark hours, that’s enough.

Donatello

The Hateful Hero

He's so used to fighting your present self's hug attempts that your chosen isolation throws him off course. Any attempt to even breathe in your direction is met with a raised weapon and a second-nature standoffishness. The laser-focused glare in your eyes for the short second you’re ready for battle is enough to give Donnie chills. He knows you’ve been through a lot but himself and everyone else included are your friends, aren’t they? They’re the one group of people guaranteed that you’re safe around.

Hypothesis: you’re so used to fighting for your life, that your body doesn’t know how to readjust to a more peaceful setting. As peaceful as you can get in this place, anyway. Your fight or flight response must be fried, constantly geared in combat mode. He tries to make the lair as hospitable as possible, filling it with things he knows his version of you likes. This only enrages you further and he has to believe that his initial theory may have been slightly off. When he tries to get an answer as to why, you just sit back in your corner and scowl off.

“How do I know this won’t all go away, too?” you ask bitterly.

Donnie stares down at you and slowly joins your side with no response. He dislikes questions he can’t answer with his usual certainty but he doubts any reassurance could put you at ease right now. It’s clear to him now. You’re scared to get close in case you lose it all again. He can’t guarantee that another doomsday won’t arise but he can say that they’ll be ready, at least. Until you’re soothed of your worries, he’ll let that be known every day if he has to.

Michelangelo

The Sullen Soldier

Mikey has always valued togetherness with his family and friends. He’s always cherished the joy that comes with unity, the memories that you make together. That’s why it’s so heartbreaking to see you shy away from the entire group. The only person who can get more than a few words out of you is Casey Jr but that’s understandable given all of what you’ve been through together. What happened to his fun-loving (Y/n) to turn you into this husk of a person? In hindsight, he and his brothers only caught a glimpse of the disastrous future from whence you came and that’ll be enough to last him a lifetime.

That makes this all the more terrible in his eyes. The world has been saved, the threat vanquished, and everyone is happy except for you - the one person who, outside of his family, means the most to him. He knows that deep down inside that gloomy shell you want to be a part of the household. You just need a gentle push in the right direction. 

What’s the one thing that fixes everything? Pizza! That’ll do the trick for sure! It may not necessarily fix everything but it’ll get a smile out of you. That’s all he wants. You take that first bite and he sits at the ready. Even a little smirk would be good enough. Your lips move and then they start wobbling. Before he knows it, they’re scrunched up and silent tears run down your cheeks. He assumes he’s done more damage than good but, then, you smile up at him sadly with watery eyes and quietly thank him. Mikey can feel tears of his own blur his vision as he joins you. He’ll know the world is right when you can spend time together without crying over each other.

Bonus:

The Knowledgable Knight

You don’t even recognise the person you’re looking at despite it being you. This young dear, so bright-eyed and so unknowing to the terrors you carry with you. A version of you long bypassed from the two decades of war. They have so many questions they wish to ask - you can tell - but they hold back in fear of seeming insensitive. You almost find it funny given who they are.

When there is a moment alone, you only have one thing to say, “Life is precious, so lead yours reasonably and to the fullest, okay?” 

They smile sadly and nod in understanding. They don’t need to know all of what you’ve gone through to know that life shouldn’t be taken advantage of. It’s a lesson to learn from yourself and, funny enough, yourself.

“And one other thing,” you continue, playfulness hinted with the light smirk on your face. “For the love of God, just tell him how you feel already. You never know if you might end up losing your chance.”

Your younger self goes wide-eyed and there’s practically steam coming off their face but they give you their promise with a raised thumb. You do the same and wish them all the best. Even if you’ve had a life of lost opportunities and lost love, that doesn’t mean the same needs to be true for you again. You watch them run off and glance around the room. Whilst you hold the pain of a future no longer to be, you can take solace in the fact that it won’t be repeated. The apocalypse can’t lay its wretched hands on anyone else. You sit down and let your weary bones rest, well and truly for the first time in years. A long breath washes out of you and, finally, you feel a sense of ease. 

Maybe there is such a thing as second chances.

For years, none of them knew the origins of his expertise: a beating in Auschwitz.

As a teenager, Mr. Greenfield was Maximilian Grünfeld, a skinny Jewish prisoner whose job was to wash the clothes of Nazi guards at the concentration camp. After a fellow prisoner taught Max how to sew, he mended the collar, but then decided to keep the shirt, sliding it under the striped shirt of his prison uniform.

The garment transformed his life. Other prisoners thought it signified that Max enjoyed special privileges. Guards allowed him to roam around the grounds of Auschwitz, and when he worked at a hospital kitchen, they assumed that he was authorized to take extra food.

Max ripped another guard’s uniform. This time, it was deliberate. He was creating a clandestine wardrobe that would help him survive the Holocaust.

Giovanni Zatara and Zatanna Zatara

Coming from a long line of stage magicians who immigrated from Italy to America when his father, Luigi Zatara, was a child, Giovanni Zatara decided early to continue the family legacy. He was drafted into World War II as a young man but continued to practice stage magic when he could, often using it to entertain his comrades during rare moments of rest. While overseas, he met the Phantom Stranger, who told Giovanni he had the potential to use “real” magic, not just sleight-of-hand stage magic, and gave him a notebook written by Leonardo da Vinci, Giovanni’s ancestor. He tried to decipher the notebook but didn’t succeed until he got home and could actually focus on it, rather than using it to distract himself from the horrors of war. He spent the next decade learning all he could about real magic, falling in love with a natural magic user named Sindella, learning about the magic community though her, joining the Justice Society of America under the name “Merlin the Magician” along with his mentor Sargon the Sorcerer (John Sargent), and eventually fathering Zatanna with Sindella around 1950. Shortly after Zatanna’s birth, Sindella “died” in a car accident, leaving Giovanni to balance raising Zatanna as a single dad, being a superhero, and continuing his day job as a stage magician.

(I know he canonically never uses a superhero name, instead using his public stage name while being a superhero, but this bugs the ever loving CRAP out of me so I’m changing it. In my story, Giovanni didn’t want people to think he was “cheating” in his profession by using real magic on stage, or risk making non-magic people think they can do superhuman feats via stage magic illusions. He really wanted to keep the two separate.)

He may or may not have been cursed by the Evil Allura before he was found and saved by Zatanna and the Good Allura. Either way, this was all before the Justice League debuted, which he considered joining but ultimately decided he’s too old for this, retired from the JSA (and heroing in general), and opened a magic shop (stage magic, not real magic, though he does consult for real magic stuff on the side).

Born around 1950, around the same time Clark Kent was adopted, Zatanna Zatara was naturally gifted in magic and very passionate about learning everything to do with magic and the occult. Her father, Giovanni Zatara, kept his superhero identity a secret from her until her teens when she expressed interest in becoming a superhero. Zatanna had asked to learn more “practical” spells, like those a superhero might use, and the two danced around Giovanni’s superhero status and Zatanna’s budding desire to become a superhero before they ultimately came clean to each other, bringing them even closer as father and daughter. While he was proud of her choice, he could admit that the thought of his daughter being a superhero made him nervous. He was all too aware of how difficult and dangerous the life of a superhero was and didn't necessarily want that for his daughter, but more than that, if she was to become a superhero, he wanted it to be because she wanted to, not because she wanted his approval or felt obligated to follow in his footsteps or, heaven forbid, trying to impress a potential partner! Those were nice bonuses, sure, but he wanted to make sure the desire came from within Zatanna, not from an outside source.

Giovanni trained Zatanna for a few years and she was just starting to make a name for herself as “Zorina” when Giovanni went missing, prompting Zatanna to search for him and becoming a superhero in a trial-by-fire kind of way. He is eventually found and decides to take a step back from heroing, retiring from the JSA (slightly miffed that they didn’t help Zatanna more in finding him) and acting as Zatanna’s “sidekick”/background mentor as they work independently for a while, slowly falling back into a more consulting role rather than being out in the field himself. At some point, both of their identities had been revealed to the public but they decided to roll with it, incorporating real magic into their shows as a wow factor display and only keeping “superhero names” as a symbolic gesture to the superhero community.  

By the time the Justice League debuts in 1994, Giovanni is in his 70s and really feeling his age, despite his magic keeping him young for longer than the average human. Zatanna, in her 40s, still feels like she’s in her prime and appears to be in her mid-20s; due to her mother’s magic lineage, Zatanna inherited “decelerated aging” and a long lifespan similar to Atlanteans. Zatanna happily joins the League as the Mistress of Magic and while Giovanni himself doesn't join, he agrees to consult in all matters magical and even help teach younger magic users to respect the craft. Zatanna looks maybe 30 by the time Danny is introduced to her, even though she’s in her 50s.

Sindella didn’t actually die, she was abducted by “her people”, who are a clan of magically inclined humans that call themselves “homo magi” rather than “homo sapiens”. They live in the mountains of Turkey and are similar to Atlanteans, though without their particular bias towards water-based abilities. They may also be mildly related to Themyscira, as the Amazon's language is described as a mix of classical Greek and Turkish.

I picked the name Merlin the Magician for Giovanni Zatara’s superhero name because there was a similar magic superhero by that name created shortly before Zatara debuted in DC Comics, and while this Merlin was originally made for Quality Comics, he does have ties to DC Comics and is apparently affiliated with the All-Star Squadron, which is very much a DC team. Both Merlin and Zatara were based on Mandrake the Magician, generally agreed to be the first comic book superhero as we would recognize them today, and (aside from a green cloak said to belong to King Arthur’s Merlin) both had the classic “stage magician” look with a tux/suit, mustache, and cape/capelet. Zatanna’s titles, Zorina and the Mistress of Magic, were much easier to pick, as she had apparently used them before according to the DC Wiki.

Raphael and Michelangelo: Clairvoyance

Donatello and Leonardo: Telepathy

They are quadruplet brothers, but twin supermutants.

What does this mean, you ask?

SO YOU SEE-

They share similar powers, but they use them in different ways.

Raphael (see no evil) is able to glimpse future events, but he only sees good ones. No matter how hard he tries, he can’t predict the bad. He saw that they’d get to leave the sewers for their Fifteenth Mutation Day, but he didn’t know that they’d see April get kidnapped or get dragged into battle. And he can’t see the good that comes to far into the future. Splinter says won’t be able to do that until he learns to embrace the possibility of good when things seem dark.

Michelangelo is his opposite. He can only witness the bad, no matter how much he tries to see the good. It terrifies his family when they can’t tell the difference between his predications and his nightmares. (Their lives are too insane for them to question giant purple squirrels.) The nightmares all seem real to Mikey. And he doesn’t have a prediction and then it automatically comes true hours later. It could be minutes, hours, weeks, or even months. At five years old, he has a nightmare about Leo getting beaten by large animals and a man in armor. He forgets about it until their days in the farmhouse.

They can’t see the future at a whim, though. Only through random dreams/nightmares or during intense medication (which they hardly ever do because of how much they hate it).

They both wish that they had the powers of the other. Raph, because seeing the dangers are the best way to protect his family, and Mikey, because he hates never knowing which horrors will come true. But neither of them dares to admit it out loud.

Leonardo (hear no evil) can hear people’s thoughts, but he only listens when they’re loud or clear. Very few people (Shredder, Splinter) can block him. He can’t read animal minds, but he does get a general sense of emotions. Forcing himself into another person’s thoughts is extremely harmful, especially when they can’t fight back. They aren’t sure how, but he tried once when he was just learning to adapt to his powers, certain that Raph was lying to him. It was once and very brief. Raph had as splitting migraine for a week. It’s very effective when it comes to missions, though it can get annoying. He can only safely pick up on strong thoughts near him, which means that while he can’t hear the entire city, he can hear a legion of Footninja’s thoughts clearly. It can get overwhelming. He has to manually make the choice to stop hearing, and it can get distracting to shut them all out while mid-battle. Despite their initial challenge, he’s grateful for the day that they begin to use Footbots.

He respects his brothers right to privacy… Mostly.

Donatello (speak no evil) can broadcast thoughts and emotions to others. It can be done as an unconscious and a purposeful feat. When he was a toddler, his family always knew the minute that something upset him. It started as a general feeling of needing to be by his side, and as he got older, it transformed into words, subconscious calls that Donnie swears he never gave. He can broadcast over a certain distance, but it’s strongest when the minds are close by. He learns, as a teen, on complete accident, that his power to broadcast is also the power to manipulate. It’s more dangerous for him than it is for others. Even the smallest compelling suggestion drains an intense amount of energy, so his brothers are firm in keeping him from doing so. At least until he’s able to do it without potential deadly consequences.

These brothers are closely connected at all times. Not only because they prefer to be pared in the battlefield (If Leo picks up on a new danger or comes up with a change in the plan, Donnie can broadcast to the others immediately), but they can always sense one another, no matter how far away either is. It terrifies Donnie the day that Leo enters a coma and he doesn’t feel him again for months.

There is no A-team or B-team because they’re too busy trying to figure out which “twin team” is the more powerful. Neither of them takes the comparison too seriously, until the day they do, and Splinter makes them spend the week completely separate so they learn why having more than one kind of duo is important.

LOTURA FANTASY AU AESTHETIC

Fun Facts abt the residents according to Ikevamp Radio (ヴァンなま) Part 1

Found a playlist of Ikevamp Radio that occurred multiple years ago so I decided to collect my findings about the residents in a list. I haven't seen anyone translate it or talk abt it so I decided to do it for a bit of fun. Anyways, here are episodes 1-3!!

Some quick things to note before:

Vincent/Aramaki Yoshihiko (Makki) is the MC, Sebas/Morishima Shuta (Morishi) is a guest (but he’s in every episode he might as well be the 2nd MC). They also have other people as guests in some episodes (other ikevamp VAs or others related to the game itself)

Episodes 1 & 2 occur before Ikevamp’s release

most of my findings are from a segment from the livestream where the residents (mainly Vincent and Sebas) talk to each other & ask each other questions about the lives while they spend some bonding time in the thermae. The segment's called "I love yu" which is a pun on "I love you" and yu (湯) which means "hot water" or "bath"

There are also other segments where the VAs draw based on a designated theme & the viewers vote on the best art (van Gogh's drawing section), and another one where the VAs read the summary of the game in their in-character voices (but the VAs interrupt and make it funnier & less romantic) called "Ikemen Vampire, a guidance for you" (I won't talk abt these sections much tho)

The other VAs joke that Aramaki’s similar to Napo in the sense that they both admire soldiers/military commanders

Question: Favorite part of a woman’s body? (This sounds so wrong in both jp & eng)

Napoleon: from the neck to the shoulder, he's prob talking abt the shoulders to the neckline or vice versa（首から肩まで）

Mozart: voice (so he can understand what his partner’s thinking & feeling)

Leonardo: thighs (bc it’s soft & he likes lap pillows)

Tsuda said Leo’s a bit of a pampered/attention-seeking child (甘えん坊), and not an ore-sama (which he thought Leo would be), an unexpectedly cute reason considering how reliable Leo looks

Vincent gets a bit sad when he’s bathing alone

Leo can sing a song that he’s only heard once (as expected of a genius)

Sebas can be seen hanging the sheets outside from Vincent’s room

Leo’s unsatisfied that there’s only men in the mansion (this was before MC stumbled to the mansion)

Vincent doesn’t want women in the mansion bc he wouldn’t know how to act in front of them

Sebas thinks Leo is an expert in handling women, Leo is confused when he became one

Leo’s weak against Vincent’s pleas/suggestions (honestly who isn’t??)

Sebas thinks it’s impossible for a woman to stumble upon the mansion (foreshadowing)

Leo thinks that fate will play a trick on them, his mumbling confuses Vincent and Sebas (more foreshadowing)

Episode 2: feat. Jun, singer of Ikevamp theme song "Rouge"

Jun is a repairman who fixes things around the mansion… HE'S ALIVE IN THAT ERA???? (Idk if its canon)

He also sings “Rouge” while he works which means the song exists in the 20th century (again idk how much of this is canon)

Jun also sells milk in the mansion, acting as a different person as the repairman, although Sebas & Vincent are suspicious of him (he literally just enters the bath to sell milk to Vincent and Sebas lol)

Vincent and Sebas talk about MC, she has arrived @ the mansion

Vincent worries abt her since she is surrounded by vampires in an unfamiliar environment, but to Sebas, it looks like MC enjoys her life and is headstrong (aka Vincent is just nice to others, nothing new)

Vincent believes that Sebas is cool and can do anything, to which Sebas indirectly disagrees (he coughs)

Sebas is weak to Vincent’s innocent eyes (just like Leo from the previous episode, again, who isn't?)

Sebas breaks the 4th wall talking abt a popular romance game where you can fall in love w/vampire-turned historical figures

This is literally the beginning of how Sebas goes ooc (becomes weirder) throughout the series (is it even ooc if it’s basically approved by official??)

Sebas says that Theo is overprotective of Vincent, Vincent comments that he’s supposed to be the older one

they also introduce my fav segment (Can you tell me... your name?) where they have listeners vote on quotes they want the VAs to say, and they will say the line w/the listener’s names so it sounds like the VAs are speaking to them. Vincent's & the guest (if there is one) will have legit cool lines (like “(y/n), Don’t let go of me” or “(y/n), you’re the only one in my eyes”) but Sebas always has one funny line as one of his options (ex. “Hey, do you wanna have a takoyaki party?” or “Do you want to fry one more sanma?”) and every single time the weird line gets voted and ITS FUNNY AS HECK

Also in the same segment the viewers will sometimes submit funny names for the VAs (especially Sebas) to say & it adds to the laughs

Ex. for Sebas’s “Hey, do you wanna have a takoyaki party?” some viewers gave names of Anpanman characters (a children’s anime in Japan) so Sebas will literally say things like “Jam-ojisan, hey, do you wanna have a takoyaki party?”

There was also one whose name was Tako (octopus in japanese) so Sebas would say “Tako, do you wanna have a takoyaki party?” so he’s asking the octopus to have a takoyaki party where the octopus will be eaten (the irony as well as the dark underlying meaning behind it is very funny)

Also the way the other people are laughing while Sebas’s VA is trying to keep his cool is so hilarious

It’s predetermined and agreed upon the Ikevamp staff that Sebas (or Morishi) is willing to do/say weird things for the audience

This whole segment is a whole ride in and out of itself

Episode 3: feat. Leonardo’s VA Tsuda Kenjiro once again

Sebas once again breaks the 4th wall by referencing episode 1 of the show

Sebas teaches Leo the basics of manzai (a type of japanese comedy)

Leo says “Vannama” (the name of ikevamp radio) and “tendon” (the food and a manzai phrase)  in a weird accent further proving that he doesn’t understand Japanese (or maybe it's bc the two phrases are too specific idk)

Sebas tells Leo to ignore what he’s saying as he is saying metafictional expressions (メタ発言) basically how he is breaking the 4th wall, and Leo just accepts that as another one of Sebas’s quirks

Vincent comments that Leo’s very manly, Sebas further compliments him saying that Leo is a man amongst men

This episode has one of the funniest (imo) “Can you tell me… your name?” segments ever. Vincent and Leo’s VAs had amazing lines, but Sebas… oh gosh where do I even start. (ok Leo’s VA did say “Ushi (cow), wait for me by the bed,” and “Namamono (raw food), wait for me by the bed” & that was funny too but…)

One of the options for Sebas’s lines (and the one that was ultimately chosen to be said) was “Do you want to fry one more sanma (a type of seasonal fish eaten in fall)?” and the viewers got crazy with this one.

There were some legit names but most were for jokes, choosing names going along with the theme of fall foods and creatures (tuna, matsutake, karaage, grasshoppers, etc.)

There was “Akashiya, sanma mouipikki yaku?”(Akashiya, do you want to fry one more sanma?) which was the funniest one. Akashiya Sanma is a very famous Japanese comedian and it’s very genius of the viewer to connect the person with the food. I laughed straight for like 10 min when I first listened to this (I still laugh just remembering it. The double-entendre!!!)

Literally any episode with Tsuda is chaotic (this isn’t the last time where he shows up)

At the end of the episode, Vincent’s VA couldn’t stop laughing and messed up his lines multiple times (I don’t blame him everything is just so funny)
