the thing about minorities being rude online is it's usually a defense mechanism to keep terfs/racists/general bigots away and is not, in fact, a moral indictment of the person's character. not that everyone who acts mean has to be secretly niceys in real life but I feel it's worth mentioning that a lot of us are, you'd probably be surprised how many people who express violent sentiment against bigotry are super kind and chill people. it's just you know, bigotry is bad, and if you aren't vocally abrasive to bigots there are genuine and dangerous consequences.

Mini rant below and in the tags, the only time I’ll talk about this and my personal take on it.

The way people talk about hypothetical male Anya on Twitter and the idea of how Mouthwashing would play out if the genders were swapped makes me remember how people still don’t take sexual assault and rape with male victims with the same gravity, especially when the perpetrator is female.

So, hi, hello! I use to have a bit of a bigger platform that was better for making these kinds of posts but I don't have that anymore- despite that I feel this is VERY important for me, as an artist mouthwashing fan and rape victem should talk about

This is far from okay, this is fucking disgusting, even. I don't know what more to say, religious trauma may not be something I have any experience with, but you know what I do have experience with? Rape and abuse. At a very VERY young age I was raped by my uncle, at the time I didn't understand what was happening or why it was happening, all I knew was that it FUCKING HURT. IT HURT SO GODDAMN BAD. And so seeing something like this is genuinely so painful. It hurts on a deeply personal level.

This isn't just me trying to trauma dump or anything this is me trying to make a point, I was raped and it fucking RUINED me. I feel used and broken and worthless and fucking like I deserved it and that is not a feeling I would wish on anyone else, so seeing someone GLORIFYING rape is genuinely the most disgusting thing ever. I encourage everyone to report this post, and this user, get mad! Blow up! Spam report this fucker please! We cannot let this shit slide in this community. Sorry this is so ramble-y i am genuinely fucking livid right now, I'm mad and you should be do.

Brawling, fighting off animals and other borrowers, squeezing through tight spaces.... Sure they could cut an ear. But ears are flexible and really hard to tear. Also is a mouse really gonna chomp down right precisely on a borrowers ear?? Likely no...

But you know what is likely???

Cauliflower ear.

For those of you who don't know, cauliflower ear is a result of an accumulation of blood in the ear shell from blunt force trauma. Basically a weird hematoma that causes permanent damage to the cartilage.

Its what you'll typically see on UFC fighters

Basically your ear will look like chewed gum.

Now imagine that on those lovely pointed borrower ears??
