At a grade school in Gotham, there's a teacher who has an assignment for their students write the rogues in Arkham Asylum a letter. It's something they do every year, and the kiddos get to ask the rogues fun questions. Most write to the joker, but a lot of them will send letters to Scarecrow, Riddler, Catwoman, etc.

Questions include

"How many people have you killed?" "Have you ever eaten fear toxin, Scarecrow?" "Do you like batman? What about Nightwing?" "How many riddles do you know Mr. Riddler?"

And other child like inquires. Sometimes they even write back to the kids. One year they even took a field trip to Arkham and got to ask questions in person.
